We had dinner with just the main course, a Florentine steak for two, baked potatoes, homemade desserts, and a good local Primitivo wine.
The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked, and everything else was good.
The service was excellent; rarely do you find such knowledgeable and courteous young people.
The price was reasonable for the quality.

The Fusillone with pork cheek and nduja is very tasty, but only 1 gram of pork cheek. Very little. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Everything was incredible! As soon as we finished dinner, we booked for the following evening.
The service was excellent; and honestly, since the beginning of our trip, the fact that we were tourists often shows in the attitude of servers elsewhere… but not here!
The steak was excellent, cooked to perfection! The veal cheek was equally incredible, and even the side dishes were delicious.
We ordered a local wine, simple and inexpensive; also excellent.
And the tiramisu… definitely the best!
We recommend it 100%!

The food was absolutely delicious – every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. And the views… simply breathtaking! Dining with such a stunning seaside backdrop made it even more special. Highly recommended – I will definitely come back!

I'd like to start by saying that I've been coming to Polignano for work for many years now, and I always love returning to Piga! The meat is top-quality and expertly cooked on the open grill, and the tartare is excellent, strictly hand-cut. The first courses are very tasty, especially the spaghetti all'assassina, which I think is the best in Polignano. The restaurant is well-kept and clean, tucked away from the historic center, so it's always quite quiet, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Pietro and his entire staff!
