17/07/2025: Posto incantevole, accoglienza magnifica. Il proprietario è stato molto cortese e ospitale. Si mangia divinamente, cibi freschi e di ottima qualità. Le ragazze che servono ai tavoli sono molto attente alle esigenze dei clienti e molto gentili. Da andarci assolutamente. Quando tornerò ad Alberobello non potrò non passare per degustare i piatti tipici pugliesi.

15/06/2025: accoglienza familiare del titolare sig.Gianvito che ci accolti nel suo locale come assidui clienti,tutto molto molto buono,piatti tipici della tradizione pugliese ...rivisitati ma con molta attenzione ...senza sforare nel gourmet.La qualità dei cibi era molto buona e servizio eccellente...starei fino a tardi ad elogiare i piatti...ora me li gusto😘

30/07/2025: Exceptional pastries, excellent service. Every morning, since I discovered it, I've been coming for breakfast with coffee and a polacca (a specialty pastry). I can't help but say, I've been so enchanted by this pastry shop that on Tuesdays, their day off, I refuse to leave the house. I can't face the day without the excellent coffee and polacca (plain) served with exceptional courtesy. I forgot, breakfast only cost me €2, and sharing a croissant is included in the service. Try it and believe it! And on Sundays, I come here with friends to buy their excellent pastries.

18/09/2025: Booked in advance and arrived on time and seated at nice table. Waited 20 mins and nobody been near to offer drink etc- had to go and ask for some service. Everything was average basically due to too many customers and not enough staff - will not return.

18/07/2025: Destinato ormai ai turisti che vanno una volta e poi non tornano più, questa antica Braceria nel centro di Polignano ha deciso dopo tanti anni di montarsi la testa. Molto semplice nell’arredamento esclusivamente all’esterno con tavoli in posizioni improbabili, anche nei pressi di abitazioni. Qualità della carne nella media, selezione di antipasti molto basica, così come per i dessert . I prezzi sono elevati rispetto all’offerta, ma fa parte di un meccanismo per cui molti ristoratori della zona hanno deciso di alzare i prezzi senza motivo, ma solo perché la Puglia è ormai diventata un’attrazione che con questi prezzi si autodistruggerà.

27/06/2025: Il ristorante é sulla piazza dove si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno ed é per questo che uno lo nota nota perché c'é molta gente nell'area circostante. La carne é di una qualità alta e qualsiasi tipo di carne é tenero,un piatto molto gustoso che consiglio sono le bombette pugliesi. Lo staff é simpatico e cortese. Consiglio di andare a questo ristorante perché é davvero ottimo.

14/09/2025: Very friendly and helpful hosts, accommodating, even though the restaurant was actually fully booked, they even prepared a table for me. I had a very good starter (bacala) and an equally good pasta con cozze. A swirl of Chardonnay Pugliese was also included. Thank you very much, I would love to come back!

11/09/2025: Despite the refined cuisine, the wait is interminable. No dessert offered... too bad! Even to pay, we had to wait for the owner (who favors his friends), with his haughty air, to make us pay...that's a long wait, all that for a plate of pasta...thankfully good! Still a lot of work to be done on the service!! Move on by 😠

09/09/2025: We're originally from the area, and since we still have relatives nearby, we often return in the summer. With fond memories of a dinner there in 2019, we decided to return to what, at the time, seemed like an excellent restaurant with excellent value. We booked for 1:00 PM. Once we arrived, the place looked exactly as we remembered. As soon as we were seated, we weren't presented with a menu. Perhaps out of naivety or trust, we believed they had the same fixed menu for everyone like years ago. The appetizers arrived: a rather anonymous selection of cold cuts, pancetta, salami, and a parmigiana terrine. Nothing like the flavors and quality we remembered. At 1:30 PM, the place was full. At that point, the waiter asked us for patience: the kitchen would "align" with the other tables that had just arrived. We, convinced there was a fixed menu, understood and patiently accepted, even though it seemed strange. From here on, a frenzy like never before began. Because the kitchen was open, most of the diners could see what was happening inside. A constant coming and going of people seemingly unrelated to the staff, laughter, jokes, confusion. The staff seemed completely disconnected from reality, as if they didn't even own the place. Some customers got up to get water themselves (perhaps all relatives?). The cooks looked agitated. A package of pasta was opened and fell to the floor (let's hope it wasn't the same pasta we ate later). Meanwhile, the diners in the dining room, growing increasingly impatient, awaited the first course. The waiter's only comment was: "Don't look at me, it's only 3:30, we've only just started." At 3:30, the first course finally arrived: orecchiette with a single piece of cardoncello mushroom each. The table behind us finds a piece of plastic on their plate, which turns out to be part of the pasta packaging, as the waiter himself admitted (and the question of the fallen pasta returns). Meanwhile, two impatient tables ask for the bill and leave; we do the same, explaining that we've been there since 1 PM and that we need to get back to start preparing for our trip home. The waiter, in a rude and indifferent tone, "invites" us to stay because "everything is arriving," and also tells us to say hello to his aunt (up north), as if to say "Hello to so...". Convinced to get up, in 10 minutes they bring us EVERYTHING AT THE SAME TIME: 1) a second "taste" of the first course each with asparagus 2) 8 strips of tagliata to share between three, so tough that not even the dog wanted them. On the side, old and wilted arugula, probably forgotten in the fridge. 3) 1 pineapple and peach segment each. 4) 3 reheated puff pastry pastries. Finally, we were presented with a receipt listing the total of 120 euros, with no details about the menu chosen, only the "cover charge" section. Feeling nervous, we politely asked if he thought the service was 40 euros per person. He responded, "You ate everything, the price should be even more." I'll spare you the final details for privacy reasons and unprovable insinuations, but nevertheless, with great difficulty and always with a general sense of rudeness, we finally managed to smooth out the cost situation and bring out the menu (because there is a menu!) with the words "NEW MANAGEMENT" written on it. The menu offers various options, starting from 18 euros up to 40. Probably mistaking us for passing tourists, they saw us as a classic cash cow. Given the QUALITY, the TREATMENT RECEIVED, and the cost, we can only say: AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Catering is a whole different ballgame! And if you're someone who can't stand rudeness and arrogance, avoid it twice. We, with no small effort, kept our cool and handled everything diplomatically, but between the arrogant responses and sarcastic jokes, I assure you it was truly difficult not to completely lose our temper.

05/09/2025: Small but well-maintained. Excellent food. Appetizers with a wide selection of well-prepared local products. Friendly staff, always ready to answer any questions. We tried a wonderful homemade fig compote. Delicious desserts.

30/08/2025: We celebrated a colleague's birthday, but it was a disappointment. The pizza was decent, but the rest of the food was poor quality. The location was shabby and outdated. We thought we'd have fun with karaoke, but it was a disaster. The person playing the music wasn't at all engaging, mostly just letting a few people he already knew sing, making them sound like they were participating in a singing competition. The average age of the customers was high, and the music was old and sad.

28/09/2025: We had a very good meal here. The atmosphere was great in the historic center. I would have liked the service to be a bit friendlier and more attentive—but it was still okay!

05/09/2025: We ate at this restaurant on our visit to Bari. A good choice. We had starters, a main course, and dessert. Everything we tried was very good. The waiter who served us was very friendly and professional.

16/09/2025: The echinops pizza is simply delicious. Chilled red wine for €13 a bottle. 2 pizzas, one bottle of wine for €34. I recommend it.

16/09/2025: The design of some tables and chairs remind me of the film of Alice In Wonderland 😍. Our taxi driver recommended this Pizzeria to us. And he’s not wrong about this good price and delicious pizzas. The most expensive pizza cost 11 euros. The size was good. The pizzas that we ordered were 🤩 all amazingly delicious! I want to come everyday to try them all!!
