20/10/2025: A beautiful place with many small rooms and a wealth of medieval history. The building features exposed stone vaults, very simple, clean, and welcoming. The food was excellent; I loved the risotto with beetroot cream, stracciatella, and pistachios for starters. I would have preferred outdoor entertainment for the kids, given the size of the gardens. But otherwise, nothing to complain about. The waitress with long hair and the waiter were also excellent, very kind. Worth a try.

21/09/2025: We had the privilege of celebrating our wedding at Barsentum, and we truly couldn’t recommend it more. From the moment we drove through the gates and up the impressive driveway, we knew it was the perfect setting for our Apulian wedding vision. Marika and the team were a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, making all the logistics feel seamless. The food and wine were absolutely outstanding and received endless compliments from our guests. We were especially impressed by how the chef and kitchen team maintained such an exceptional standard while catering for over 100 people—a huge credit to them. The service on the day was impeccable, and Michael, in particular, was wonderfully helpful and attentive throughout the entire journey.

10/12/2025: If there were more stars, they would be worthy: enchanting location, knowledgeable staff, excellent food, and a vast wine cellar. I will definitely be back.

11/09/2025: Good people, good service, good product, and they know how to handle it. From the simple Margherita to the delicious octopus sandwich and the entire extensive menu, you always get something tasty and well-made. It's truly worth it.

05/09/2025: The staff is very friendly and attentive to their guests' needs; the restaurant is very quaint, with outdoor seating where you can dine overlooking the sea. As for the food, just one word: spectacular and masterfully prepared!

03/08/2025: Il pane e la focaccia meravigliosa...unica pecca la signora che serviva !Le consiglio di alzarsi la mattina con il sorriso visto che è il biglietto da visita .... è importante anche l'accoglienza! Per il resto tutto meraviglioso,anche i prezzi molto onesti.

28/07/2025: Tanta pubblicità e poca serietà. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato una surprise bag to good to go e al momento del ritiro, ore 22:30, hanno detto che purtroppo non avevano più niente. ERA LA NOSTRA CENA!!!! Alla fine siamo dovuti andare in una pizzeria da sporto e dopo soli 15 minuti abbiamo finalmente gustato la nostra ottima pizza. UNA DELUSIONE!!!!

02/12/2025: I celebrated my son's eighteenth birthday. Everything was perfect, from the location to the food to the music. Everyone was so kind, professional, and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

26/10/2025: A beautiful facility. Very kind and helpful staff. It's my first time, as a guest. It's worth repeating. A place to enjoy, especially in the summer.

25/08/2025: Divine panzerotti. The puccia is homemade and absolutely worth trying. The staff is friendly and efficient. I recommend booking...it's always packed.

17/09/2025: At first, it was a BOOM... Then things slowed down. The location is very, very nice, but the pizza has the flaw of being far too thin. The times we ate there, one pizza wasn't enough. I don't know if things have changed now. Anyway, I'd happily go back ☀️🍕

28/10/2025: A good pizza in a quaint, stone-built restaurant. There are plenty of tables spread across various areas. Good, friendly service with reasonable prices. It can get a little crowded on Saturdays, so I recommend booking; weekdays are better.

From the moment we entered, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel immediately at ease; the decor is thoughtfully designed and the background music was perfect, not intrusive. The owner welcomed us in a very professional manner and was very passionate about his work. We truly had a lovely Sunday lunch."

05/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday...we ate divinely flavorful dishes and finished with a sublime dessert. A gourmet lunch that left us absolutely satisfied.

20/09/2025: We happened to go for pizza here at the end of July. It was unbelievable. An hour and a half wait for a pizza. So we decided to just pay for the drinks, and they also charged us the cover charge thanks to the information of the incredibly inexperienced staff, who were like, "She liked the beer in the glass, ehehehheheh." Crazy stuff.

17/09/2025: Found by chance and intrigued by the name, being a cyclist, we decided to stop for a quick break before heading off again. I have to say, the pizza is truly excellent. The dough, in my case a whole-grain one, was truly excellent: light, fragrant, and the ingredients were truly excellent. The same goes for the baked panzerotto my friend ordered, which was really rich in toppings and nice and large. The service was lively and light, which is exactly what you need in that context. Well done everyone. We'll definitely see you again when I return to Sammichele.

05/07/2025: Impeccable service! The owner, whom we nicknamed "doctor" for his professionalism and preparation, treated us like regular customers! Fresh and tasty dishes and prices above their height! We, people from outside, were treated like family! FABULOUS!!!
