21/10/2025: Maybe I ate at this trattoria on the wrong day! Many people recommended this trattoria to me, including my hotel staff! Upon arrival, I felt like I was in a barracks, given the number of people in uniform sitting at the tables. Not a bad thing, in fact, I felt a bit at home, given that I was also in the military for almost 40 years! The service was slow, there were few staff, and there were many customers. But since I wasn't in a hurry, it wasn't a bad thing, but the wait between dishes was quite long. Appetizer: orecchiette with turnips, and a mixed roast to share with my wife! Typical dishes for a Puglian trattoria, perhaps prepared hastily; the orecchiette were adequate, but the mixed roast was overcooked! The staff, however, were kind and attentive, and the price was a bit higher than the local average.

28/10/2025: A good pizza in a quaint, stone-built restaurant. There are plenty of tables spread across various areas. Good, friendly service with reasonable prices. It can get a little crowded on Saturdays, so I recommend booking; weekdays are better.

02/11/2025: We ended up here by chance, four people, two adults and two 13-year-old girls. We ordered an appetizer for four, not too much, not too little (four mozzarella balls, four rolls, four of each, basically), plus a second course each: one sea bream, one fried dish, and two sliced ​​steaks. A forced, unchosen ricotta dessert (horrible), a quarter of house wine, and three bottles of water. All this topped off with decidedly poor and absent service. We paid a whopping €40 each. I think these places want to drive customers away rather than keep them.

05/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday...we ate divinely flavorful dishes and finished with a sublime dessert. A gourmet lunch that left us absolutely satisfied.

My order wasn't what I'd asked for, but fortunately they replaced it with the one I wanted. The atmosphere was informal, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it.

11/07/2025: Wir waren dort,auf der Suche nach Pizza Glutenfrei....siehe Bild Pizza Margherita... Zukünftig müssen sich alle anderen Pizzas mit den MEGA tollen aus dem Conte messen lassen..... Absolute Weltklasse,,,wir werden noch öfters dort Essen.....

30/10/2025: Delicious spaghetti carbonara with plenty of bacon. Very good service. Cool, colorful chairs. Carbonara, coffee, and water for 12e.

27/10/2025: And we went by chance, on our way to Castello del Monte, a pleasant surprise, a small square with a beautiful landscape and delicious food, some orecchiette with vegetables and local sausage, super soft, well-seasoned and a lamb that was super well-cooked, not at all dry and very tender. The only flaw, the mancciatos arrived cold, I guess they put the milk in cold, but we forgive them.

28/09/2025: Excellent, authentic food, excellent value. Everything tastes good, from the panzerotto to the coffee, all homemade, including the fresh tomato sauce.
