12/12/2025: Lunch at of my favorite restaurants in Gravina, Osteria Radici, built into a cave on the road to the ravine and the aqueduct bridge Their focus is on traditional Gravinese food made with local ingredients. We started with their fried zucchini with mint and the bruschetta with a peperoni preserve and pallone di Gravina cheese. For mains, we had the spicy assassins’s pasta and the braciole di cavallo, along with wine from Radici’s vineyard (a blend of Primitivo, Nero di Troia, and Montepulciano). For dessert, sporcamuss, crispy puff pastry filled with custard. Service is excellent and the restaurant is beautifully appointed, especially during the holidays! A wonderful “last supper” on our Pugliese tour!

08/12/2025: Good morning, yesterday I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant with a dear friend of mine for lunch, who took me to Monopoli for the first time. What can I say? As soon as we entered, fate decreed that we were the first to arrive, and thus had that little bit of anxiety about being in full view of everyone. Haha, then, just two seconds later, not only did we smell the delicious food, but we also immediately sensed the special aroma of a kind welcome that made us feel instantly at home. And, above all, seeing the PEACE of mind that permeates the heart of the place and all the people who work there, always with a genuine smile on their faces, filled my heart from the very first moment. Politeness? Simply extraordinary, needless to say. Always attentive to everything, but always with a smile. A friendliness that I would describe as 110%. I savored the delicious dishes, those spectacular baked potatoes, that seafood platter. I'm also sorry I was full, otherwise I would have taken it home if I could, haha, 🥹🥹 but anyway, we chatted, and we kept repeating: "What a beautiful place, what lovely people, how delicious this pasta is, look how lovely the waiters are to each other, seeing them smile at their work is not a given, given that some people work almost reluctantly these days, etc." Because having GOOD-hearted people around you really improves your mood. I felt free of mind, for the first time in a while: I even told my friend, it almost felt like a burden had been lifted from me. Maybe it's the wonderful humanity of those who work there, the atmosphere, the EXTRAORDINARY food, the good company, or the wonderful light that envelops the place... but I hope to return countless times. Kindness, politeness, goodness of heart, believing in what you do, respect for yourself and then for those around you, and above all, a HUGE SMILE will always be the best ways to face life. 28/09/2025: A charming place, a seaside restaurant, extremely elegant and high-end. We had two appetizers, two main courses, and a shared dessert, plus two glasses of wine. The two appetizers we chose were gurnard carpaccio with citrus extract and roasted mackerel with zucchini scapece. The two main courses were stuffed squid and cardoncelli mushroom "absolute," which is mushrooms in three textures. Finally, a "chamomile meadow." Everything was delicious, everything was undoubtedly prepared with dedication and passion. Everything was beautiful. However, nowadays it's really hard to find places that prioritize the quality of the product, but rather put it on the surface. The dishes we tried were basically "poor"—we're talking zucchini, mackerel, cardoncelli mushrooms; perhaps the most expensive was the cuttlefish. I paid 50 euros for each of these items, which isn't worth the product itself, but rather its preparation and everything that goes into a restaurant of this caliber. But, excuse the cruelty, I don't have to pay for this. I want to pay for the dish, and we're not talking about an expensive dish, because they didn't offer me white truffle on the menu. When I talk about appearance, I'm also talking about the initial show cooking, which was nice, yes, but customer service is another story. The service, if anything, needs improvement: I have the freedom to choose the wine by the glass, and if the sommelier wants to recommend it, he should open the bottle in front of my table, or at least keep it vacuum-packed. And I can accept a mistake like that in average restaurants, but not here, where, I repeat, the bill wasn't so "sweet."

13/09/2025: ⸻ This evening we ordered takeout pizzas. Aside from the wait of over an hour (which can happen on Saturdays), they all arrived incorrectly, with the Parmesan cheese added that we didn't request and without the drinks we ordered. We avoided calling to avoid any problems, but we definitely won't be ordering takeout pizzas from them again.

08/09/2025: Generally, the food is quite good; the only problem is that sometimes it's good, sometimes not so good. You have to try it and be lucky.

03/11/2025: Cherasco is only mentioned in its name. If the wind blows into the room, they should make sure to create a double door for the entrance.

24/09/2025: Received the potatoes and vegetables at least a quarter of an hour before the meat; it arrived without the sauce ordered 🤔 the ​​plates were good and hot, everything was taken away and the meat was brought back to us on a cold plate without the potatoes! Disastrous even if the meat was delicious! Also, no menu... everything on your mobile phone as long as you have one 🥴

12/11/2025: We went to this restaurant for lunch and it truly deserves a 5-star review for everything. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful. We had two different starters and they were well-made, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The main course was a real delight... I recommend everyone to try it; it was simply DIVINE!!!! This place deserves every star possible... kudos to you for your cuisine!!!!!

07/11/2025: A family atmosphere, with tables filled every day, even on Saturdays when the offices are closed, a sign of the quality of the cuisine, made with high-quality ingredients. Excellent service.

18/11/2025: We stumbled upon it almost by chance last week and it was a delightful surprise! All three of us had the pizza of the month and it was sublime! Quality ingredients and top-notch multigrain dough. Well-made, beautifully textured, and very digestible. As a former pizza chef, it's always nice to find knowledgeable people who put so much passion and professionalism into making pizza; I could feel it in every bite! The atmosphere was lovely and well-maintained, and the service was fast. We'll be back and highly recommend it!

16/09/2025: Impeccable service, excellent quality! I went there with my girlfriend on a Sunday (they only have a set menu on Sundays). Mixed appetizers, a choice of first courses, and the same for main courses, followed by a side dish, drinks included, and dessert for only €20 each!

26/07/2025: For me, this is the number one bakery in Triggiano. The atmosphere is clean and the staff are friendly. Besides the truly excellent focaccia, they also make fantastic panzerotti, excellent bread, and fabulous tarts. Congratulations, keep it up!

07/12/2025: I went for lunch today with my family and it was truly a pleasure, both for the palate, which was delighted by the exquisite first and second courses, and for the truly unique location... and what can I say about the super welcoming staff, attentive to every little detail. I highly recommend it.

17/10/2025: A terrible experience even before the event. We had booked at the end of August to celebrate our son's first birthday, agreeing on the room and menu just to be safe. A few weeks before the date, we received a WhatsApp message informing us that the room we had chosen was no longer available because they had accepted a larger reservation. They moved us to a smaller room without prior notice, without asking our consent, and without even apologizing. I tried to contact them by phone for an explanation, but they never returned my calls. The only response was a WhatsApp audio message telling us they didn't have to apologize for anything or even explain anything. A presumptuous, unprofessional, and profoundly disrespectful attitude. As a "remedy," they offered us a "free double prosecco," as if that were enough to compensate for their lack of integrity and integrity. A real shame: respect, professionalism, and communication would have been enough to avoid all this. Obviously, we canceled because trust can't be restored with a glass of prosecco.

28/09/2025: Today, for the first time, I tried croissants from this fabulous café. My compliments for the cleanliness, the delicious products, and above all, the kindness and courtesy of the waiter!

21/09/2025: Stumbled on this cafe on way to Ponte Aquedotto (the 007 No Time to Die bridge scene ◡̈) Very clean and bright, friendly and attentive staff, and nice loos ◡̈ We had coffee and Cannoli and both were very tasty. All cakes homemade - what a treat ◡̈ Very cheap compared to UK too - puts us to shame!
