18/08/2024: During the month of July we spent 5 days attending a conference at the Hotel Excelsior Bari. During it we were able to enjoy the comfortable meeting rooms, the facilities and the dining room service, both for coffee breaks and lunch. The reason for the Congress was for our daughter's attendance. Please note that she is allergic to Cow's Milk Protein, both through ingestion and contact, so due to this circumstance we always travel with her medication and food. Although on the first day, perhaps due to language issues, their lunch could not initially be managed properly. We have to quickly indicate that the Hotel staff, room and kitchen service and especially the events manager, Hilaria, to whom we are very grateful, for her dedication, attention and personal treatment. They solved the problem and our daughter was able to eat tasty and very appetizing meals, both at the hotel and on planned outings, safely and without risk to her health. Thank you again to the Excelsior Bari Hotel and all its staff for the effort made to guarantee our daughter's food security.

Tried it by chance, I appreciated the wide choice of starters (carpaccio and meatballs were special), all of high quality. The owner is a welcoming young guy and his passion for this job shines through! Highly recommended!

09/08/2024: Highly recommended place. Family atmosphere and very welcoming. The owners are kind and very helpful. A little from the center it is a spot of tranquility and peace. There is an attention to small details that is never predictable. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was rich, plentiful and varied from day to day. The restaurant confirms the characteristics of the b&b. It is characterized by good, traditional cuisine and, above all, made from products mostly of their own production.

08/08/2024: A few minutes from Polignano a Mare, this property is an oasis of tranquility. We slept really well and without any noise. Lucy was really kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent... everything was fresh and homemade.

29/02/2024: First course of ravioli filled with pumpkin and wonderfully seasoned with cardoncelli and thyme. Exquisite as exquisite is the owner and the place. Inside I was able to purchase eco-organic hygiene products but there are a large variety of other organic and sustainable products. You can do some treatments and drink great coffee. Highly recommended!

12/05/2024: I live on the other side of the country and I travel on purpose to buy from Uppà, it has become my trusted bakery! Excellent products, friendly staff and spotlessly clean place. The owner is a hoot! Apart from the bakery it is possible to order take-away buffets, with panzerottini, mini sandwiches, rustici etc. Of all the goodies available, I recommend the low tomato focaccia and the brioche bread which, for the occasion, can be made in the shape of letters or numbers.
