17/04/2025: We went to this restaurant in the evening and the dinner met our expectations, which I must say were already high as this is one of the most renowned places in Bari for fish cuisine! We ate raw and cooked appetizers, first courses and fried dishes, all excellent. The service was quick and courteous and also managed to satisfy my requests as I was pregnant and unable to risk contamination. Clean environments, which is more important to me than aesthetics!

14/04/2025: Nos alojamos en Bari durante una semana, seguimos las recomendaciones de blogger y no pudimos tocar lo increíble que fue nuestra experiencia aquí. Visité dos veces y comí el Assassina, la segunda vez nos ofrecieron una ‘versión especial’ del plato que tomé y sin duda fue mi comida favorita del viaje. El vino era increíble, el personal era increíble y la comida era INCREÍBLE. Muchas gracias al personal que nos trató como familia.

For fun lovers, this is the right place!
The environment is a bit spartan however I enjoyed an excellent pizza at a really reasonable price.

12/04/2025: E’ la terza volta che ritorno, ennesima straordinaria conferma cui segue inevitabilmente la recensione. Ristorante a tutto tondo superlativo (Ricci fantastici, tagliatelle di mare straordinarie), antiato e primi buonissimi e soprattutto ASSASSINA ECCEZIONALE. Complimenti da ritornarci sempre!!!
07/04/2025: We had dinner at 2 Aquile driven by the desire to taste their famous spaghetti all'Assassina, which, just as the other reviews say, are truly delicious. As an appetizer we had tuna carpaccio and drank house white wine. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and it's not true that the staff are rude, they were all kind and friendly to us.

22/02/2025: I have to say that I didn't expect such high quality at such a normal price. We've been here twice with friends and we'll be back again because it's really fantastic and makes some very tasty specialties. I recommend it to everyone very highly.
14/02/2025: Eh, I don't know where to start so I only suggest to my carnivorous friends to rush over, when you are in Locorotondo, to savor the taste of our local meats and the delicacies prepared by Gianni Gianfrate. Unmissable!

13/01/2025: Beautiful place, very friendly owner and waiters. They recommended appetizers to bring and everything was delicious (the carpaccio delicious), the pizzas were perfect, both the dough and the first choice quality of the toppings. Even though we went on a Saturday they were quick. To return!!!

13/04/2025: The pizza and pasta were good but without any wow factor.
Unfortunately, the service was terribly poor.
What was also bad was that we could only order 4 pastas. When you come somewhere, you want to try as many things as possible.
It's also a bit expensive, which leaves a bad taste, especially when you look at the service, which is seriously not impressive.
It feels like they want you to get out of there as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, I don't recommend it, there are better places in Bari.
