In a contemporary setting, the tables are finally meticulously designed, with modern design elements that convey elegance without being overbearing. The raw fish is excellent: impeccable selection of ingredients, precise cutting, and refined combinations that bring out every flavor.

17/08/2025: The restaurant offers good-quality meat, carefully selected and cooked to perfection, but unfortunately the overall experience is severely detracted from the service. The side dishes ordered (baked potatoes and spinach) were served after a 45-minute wait and, contrary to the menu's logic, were served as an appetizer, compromising the harmonious sequence of dishes. Even more serious, one of the meat dishes ordered was never prepared, a sign of careless and disorganized dining room management. Although the ingredients deserve a positive note, the quality isn't enough to compensate for the serious shortcomings in service. Overall, the experience is disappointing, falling far short of expectations for a restaurant that should stand out for its efficiency and attentive service.

25/07/2025: A truly delicious beer tavern with outdoor seating overlooking a small square shared with another establishment. The extensive menu offers a variety of choices, depending on whether you want to simply have a drink or simply linger and enjoy. The five of us had taralli and dried fruit as an appetizer, followed by three different starters: beer-infused brioche with goat cheese cream, Cantabrian anchovies, and caramelized onion; sgagliozze with creamed cod, lime zest, and black garlic; and pasta frittata with cream and zucchini chips. The desserts were truly delicious: we chose a millefeuille made with Altamura bread and a white peach parfait with chocolate and salt crumble and fresh mint. We also had three beers and unlimited water. The service was truly exceptional. Even the chef came to our table and spoke to us enthusiastically about his vision for the restaurant and his work. The quality-price ratio was excellent. A+++.

15/07/2025: Posto accogliente, grazie alla gentilezza del personale. Cucina autentica , semplice ( nell'accezione positiva del termine), curata, realizzata con materie prime locali. Notevole la varietà e bontà degli antipasti, ma i primi piatti e la carne non sono da meno. Consigliatissimo.

29/08/2025: I had booked this restaurant days in advance on the host's recommendation (I'd been told it offers typical Apulian cuisine). Over the phone, I hadn't been told anything about the semi-vegetarian fixed-price menu. I got by with a fixed menu and three orecchiette with tomato sauce, which were barely adequate.

24/08/2025: If a restaurant captures the image of the region, Terra Madre is that image. A vegetable garden inside the restaurant is a clear demonstration of the use of fresh, simple ingredients to prepare traditional dishes and delightful variations. There's no point in exaggerating. Simplicity always wins, and at Terra Madre they know it. Well done!

09/08/2025: A beautiful, elegant, and rustic inn in the historic center of Cassano; little publicity is given, but once you sit in one of the two small but welcoming rooms, you understand why: they don't need it; the quality of their offerings is their calling card. The menu features refined and carefully crafted dishes, resulting in a truly successful combination of flavors and aromas. For our first visit, we enjoyed the octopus tentacle on roasted potatoes and spaghetti with anchovies, fennel, and fried bread for our main courses. One word: exceptional!!! Service is entrusted to the lady (I believe the owner, who is currently pregnant 😍❤️) who was able to advise us on the wine selection, as well as offering us a welcome dry sparkling wine. The prices are perfectly in line with the service and the quality of the menu. We'll be back soon. Highly recommended. Well done!

16/08/2025: I had an all-inclusive first course prepared at my request, so I can express my honest opinion. I must admit that it was delicious, as were all the other meals I ordered, including dessert, which rounded out the evening.

31/08/2025: WE DID HERE FOR DINNER IN EARLY AUGUST. We knew the restaurant well and returned after a few years. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the class and sophistication of the restaurant. We chose two tasting menus, with the addition of seafood tagliatelle and raw scampi. The food is high quality and the flavors are truly unique and special. The raw seafood is sublime; it's the only place where you can find such succulent scampi. A taste of a good local rosé wine made our dinner complete. The prices are reasonable for what they offer. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: By chance, while driving from the beach, we stumbled upon Gioia del Calle. We were hungry. It took a while to find a restaurant (we were in an unfamiliar town), but it was 100% worth it. A top-notch culinary experience. Every dish we ordered took us to the heights of our palate. I highly recommend it, not just for the hungry... 10/10

30/08/2025: We were there today for lunch, we were returning from the holidays in Torre Lapillo, Giovinazzo delicious, the typical trattoria in the center excellent food, carefully prepared and varied both traditional cuisine and innovative dishes, the waiting staff were kind and prepared attentive in the explanations of the dishes, truly everything was good, we will definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.
