I want to review this beautiful restaurant in Putignano, located in the heart of the historic center of this city, famous for its Carnival. The owner is extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, as are all the staff, always attentive to the needs of their guests. The restaurant is meticulously designed and truly welcoming. The food is the icing on the cake: the orecchiette with turnip tops, enriched with a sprinkling of farinella, perfectly represents Putignano's culinary tradition, while the diaphragm steak is simply superb. An experience you absolutely must try!
