09/03/2025: Un lugar muy bonito. El diseño es familiar, con un toque de modernidad. Los empleadores son afectivos y te prestan atención. Era una casa llena, y no me sentía olvidada. Probamos el "Spaghetti alla Carbonara" y la pizza "Quelli che pensano bene", que era la especialidad de la casa y era todo muy agradable. Un lugar que visitar.

30/03/2025: Ristorante curato e rilassante, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con piatti sia più tradizionali che creativi, tutti davvero buoni. Il servizio è giovane, piacevole, puntuale. La cantina è piccola ma interessante, con ricarichi assolutamente onesti, così come il conto finale.

09/03/2025: I went with my family and they treated us great. Everything they served us was explained perfectly. They treated us to starters. The arrangement of the tables was perfect, well separated from each other so that in no way would anyone be disturbed and each one would have a more personalized service. The waiters and cooks are young. The restaurant is in the heart of the city, with many squares and gardens nearby, perfect for walking before or after the experience at the restaurant. It is a pleasure to walk down the street and see people enjoying themselves inside through the windows. They have to hang their coats.

19/03/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch here and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we entered, the elegant and welcoming atmosphere struck me positively, with impeccable service that accompanied us throughout the lunch. The dining room staff is kind and attentive to satisfying every need. The description of the dishes was engaging and allowed us to connect with the territory and the seasonality of the raw materials (of excellent quality). The cuisine is, without a doubt, the heart of the experience: true masterpieces, from the presentation to the balanced and innovative flavors. Each ingredient seems carefully chosen and the preparation original. A perfect balance between tradition and modernity, capable of surprising and conquering our palates. The highlight of the experience was definitely the reinterpretation of the fried egg: a true harmony of flavors, which confirmed the very high level of the cuisine. Even the wine pairing, proposed by the Sommelier, was a pleasant discovery, with a selection that was able to perfectly accompany each course, further enriching the gastronomic experience and tying it, once again to the territory, with local wineries of great quality. A special appreciation also for the small pastries: a perfect final touch. If you are looking for a unique culinary experience, that knows how to surprise and pamper, this is definitely the right place.

17/02/2025: On the occasion of a couple's dinner, despite the large crowd, excellent welcome, very friendly host and super fast service, for 2 first courses, 2 second courses (ground!) 2 desserts, wine, grappa and bread we spent a super honest amount, generous portions and excellent quality of raw materials! 5/5 sacrosanct!

02/04/2025: I stayed last Saturday, one night full board and I immediately had an excellent impression of the welcome. Already by telephone Mrs Maria and Sara were very kind and descriptive about my requests. Excellent meals with a wide choice, welcoming, clean restaurant and friendliness of all the staff, including the bedroom assigned to me, very clean, warm. An excellent starting point for excursions, especially to Pian Benot, where I spent the afternoon under a scorching sun near the still snow-covered ski slopes. It will be a good point of reference even just for a lunch or dinner, to be recommended. Thank you, thank you.

23/02/2025: Location da favola in mezzo alle montagne, personale super gentile e cordiale. Abbiamo provato a cena il ristorante, tutto molto buono, nota di merito per il pane fatto da loro. Colazione super abbondante con brioche fatte da loro. Camera pulita e super accogliente, letto straordinario.

04/02/2025: Stayed at the beginning of July for 4 days on a motorbike between Italy/France, everything was very nice from the room with terrace overlooking the lake/Moncenis where you can sunbathe and sip a good aperitif, simple and refined cuisine always with a lake view, friendly staff available to the customer's requests. If I really want to be picky, the bathroom is small and has no window but this doesn't change my opinion. I recommend it

19/03/2025: I had lunch in this small trattoria in Chiomonte in Val di Susa after they had very kindly made me an excellent gluten-free crepe with wild berry jam for breakfast. They were very kind because they waited for me even though the kitchen closed at 2.00 pm and I arrived at 1.45 pm. I ate two dishes that to define as extraordinary is an understatement: a delicious risotto with mushrooms and above all a cod fillet cooked in a sublime way with ginger and other delicious spices with a side dish of baked pumpkin. Truly DELICIOUS! All at a very honest price. Highly recommended

25/01/2025: Genuine products and excellent value for money. We stopped for lunch and had two first courses (gnocchi with butter and herbs and the baked pasta which was a dish of the day) and a second course for two (chicken thighs with potatoes). All dishes were plentiful, tasty and very good. The prices for the first courses are from 8 to 12 € while for the second courses from 10 to 14. We spent €38 for two with also a glass of wine. I really recommend stopping by also for the beautiful environment!

Restaurant surrounded by greenery, very well-kept.. we are talking about haute cuisine, everything is taken care of in the smallest detail. Owner and workers very polite, kind and helpful, excellent service. There is no confusion. 5 stars are not enough.. a place where we will definitely return willingly.

02/04/2025: Prenotato all'ultimo momento ed arrivati intorno alle 13.30. Accoglienza gentile e cortese. Ambiente familiare da tradizione con pochi tavoli. Proposte poche, meglio dire giuste, coniuganti un mix di cucina piemontese, romagnola a pugliese come i proprietari pugliese lui e romagnola la moglie. Agnolotti al sugo di brasato fatti in casa, con ottimo ripieno anche se la salsa un po' liquida. I secondi, tagliata e brasato, sono di ottima qualità (il proprietario tra le altre cose è macellaio). Dolci fatti in casa.
