07/03/2026: Ristorante Giovanni is one of those places in Turin that you never forget. You go there for good food, of course, but you return for something more: genuine care, attention to the raw ingredients, and cuisine that has personality without sacrificing restraint. The fried foods are simply extraordinary: light, perfect, never heavy. Mushrooms, artichokes, asparagus: in every season, they find a way to make themselves memorable. For me, they truly are the best. The service is always impeccable, discreet, never intrusive. And the atmosphere has a rare quality: it's quiet, discreet, and welcoming. Not noisy, not garish. A place where you eat well and still enjoy conversation, almost feeling at home. For me, it's become a favorite restaurant. And anyone passing through Turin should try it at least once. Then, they'll easily return.

24/04/2026: The variety of ingredients and the preparation of each pizza is amazing. We especially loved the farinata, highly recommended as an appetizer or to accompany the pizza slices. They have a good selection of drinks and traditional desserts as well. Special mention and applause for the staff, especially Luisina, who warmly and professionally recommended the menu options to us. We will definitely be back.

Excellent staff who always make you feel at ease. Definitely a wonderful discovery, one we'll recommend and return to.

We started with some truly delicious cod meatballs, perfect for the opening, and then moved on to the first courses: a creamy and enveloping reinterpretation of cacio e pepe and excellent cod tortelloni, a prelude to the restaurant's true soul. The house specialty is cod, the undisputed star of the menu, prepared with care and respect for tradition, capable of satisfying both the curious and the aficionados. A great added value is the atmosphere: Fabio, the owner, is exceptionally kind and even offered us a liqueur at the end of the dinner, a gesture that speaks volumes about his hospitality. Marta, always present and attentive, looked after us with professionalism and a smile that made everything more enjoyable. A must-try to close the dinner is the Pastel de Nata... A place where you eat well, feel good, and leave wanting to return. Thank you, see you soon!

08/03/2026: Restaurant right in the city center. The place isn't very big. The menu is typical Piedmontese. The tartare was very good, but the veal with tuna sauce and the tongue with greens were also delicious. If you're craving a first course, try the tajerin or plin; you won't regret it. Prices are in line with the area. Reservations are absolutely essential. Recommended

03/05/2026: On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant. What can I say? It was a pleasant surprise, and we were very satisfied with the entire experience. We were welcomed warmly and kindly by Mr. Mario, the soul behind the restaurant's art and the restaurant itself. It was like being in the living room of a home. We felt pampered. Service like this isn't even available in a Michelin-starred restaurant (and we've tried some!). The best plin ever. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to experience traditional flavors without leaving home. My warmest compliments to Mr. Mario and the entire staff.

12/04/2026: Beautiful, we ate well, special dishes that you can't find anywhere else and we felt at ease, the managers are the same ones of the former Inferno Cafè which years ago organized excellent concerts, the place is all in a large room with a long horseshoe-shaped table, it is stylishly furnished and the atmosphere is typical of a medieval tavern, recommended!
