15/05/2026: A restaurant in the center of Pinerolo. We chose the meat tasting menu for €28. Not bad. Everything was good. Worth the price. Friendly and helpful service.

31/05/2026: Extremely positive reviews, and almost none less so. Others have already described the dishes, so I'll avoid them. Some keyboard experts (I emphasize keyboard) say the price is a bit high because we're in Pinerolo, not Turin. Perhaps they don't know that in Italy there are also two- or three-star restaurants in less metropolitan locations. In Pinerolo, in my opinion, you can still feel the style of Nizza Cavalleria and the past, but it has nothing to do with that. Let's talk serious things: exceptional cuisine where love, art, and care shine through. Innovation with great grace. Excellent and comprehensive wine cellar. Service: Valentina is exceptional; very kind, very knowledgeable, casual, and just the right amount of presence. I took one star off the location solely because of the entrance: beautiful but a tad too dark. In conclusion: exceptional, and we'll return soon. Truly, everything was perfect.

15/06/2026: I got takeout pizza yesterday. It was truly excellent. Light dough and excellent, high-quality toppings. Precise and punctual, and excellent value! Well done!

24/07/2026: A historic restaurant in Pinerolo, I love going there and I'm really happy with it. I tried the mixed fried seafood, the mussels au gratin, the gricia, and a wide selection of pizzas, all excellent. Highly recommended.

23/07/2026: Classic business lunch menu, decent variety, and excellent prices. The first courses are generously portioned.

05/07/2026: The food is good, but you can't make customers suffer in the heat just to fill as many tables as possible, so I don't recommend it in the summer.

10/06/2026: Terrible service; they put us in a cramped space where we couldn't move. The bathrooms were incredibly dirty; they really looked like the bathrooms at a service station! The prices were incredibly high, €7.50 for a Margherita? Not recommended for group dinners.

10/06/2026: Horrible service, horrible smell, and extremely dirty. Terrible service, and they put us in a corner where it's difficult to access the restrooms. If there are a lot of you, don't come to this place!!! Thin pizza that's a cracker, enough of this place, never again. It used to be better and they made delicious pizza, Michelin-starred, but now it's ruined.

09/04/2026: We celebrated a birthday there. We were more than satisfied, both with the truly excellent food (there was a lot of it) and the service. They even turned off the music in the area where we were seated, a sign of great customer service. The staff were truly kind. Overall, it was a wonderful evening. I highly recommend it.

04/05/2026: It was very tasty. You need to try il cornetto con crema and pizza. Ginseng was PERFECT. The price was ok for 2 people.
