21/07/2026: We discovered this place by chance when we were asking where we were going for pizza tonight. It's located just steps from the center of Venaria, with plenty of parking. The place has a spacious outdoor terrace and small but well-designed indoor dining rooms. Reading the menu, you're drawn to the wide selection of long-leavened doughs and excellent ingredients. Some fried entrees, farinata, and Montanarine are worth trying next time, as is the pizza chef's tasting menu. This time, we opted for a Nuvola with Venere rice and soft wheat, a round pizza with a thick, soft dough; and the Carmagnola topped with fresh Piedmontese tomino cheese, caramelized peppers, Cantabrian anchovies, and bagnetto verde (green sauce), well-seasoned and truly soft. A rectangular Roman-style pizza, with a thick, soft dough made with stone-ground semi-whole wheat flour and a crispy exterior, is served with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Campanian buffalo mozzarella DOP, confit cherry tomatoes, and a basil and oregano emulsion. A classic pizza made with stone-ground semi-whole wheat flour is served with the Salsiccia, with San Marzano DOP tomatoes, Gioia del Colle DOP fior di latte mozzarella, and sausage. Craft beers on tap from Pian della Mussa and Baladin, plus a few bottles. Our dessert was the Pannacocco, a coconut panna cotta topped with strawberry coulis and ruby ​​chocolate, on a bed of cocoa crumble. The service was prompt and the waiters were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely try it again, choosing from a different selection of doughs and toppings from the menu.

The fish was the highlight of the meal—perfectly fresh, expertly prepared, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in every dish. To finish, I had a coffee, and it was excellent—rich, smooth, and the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for exceptional seafood, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

25/07/2026: We went to a wedding with my son who has celiac disease. A week before, they told us they would make gluten-free food for my son. On the wedding day, we found six small portions of pizza at the aperitif, and only baked potatoes at the wedding table. They were supposed to make a gluten-free cutlet, but they didn't. He was supposed to have dessert when everyone else was eating cake, but they brought him fruit salad, not the desert we ordered. After much discussion with the waiters, a jar of gluten-free tiramisu appeared.

Excellent value. The setting welcomes you in a historic Art Nouveau atmosphere with wonderful jazz music!! The agnolotti and tartatin are highly recommended, truly delicious.

05/07/2026: It took us over half an hour to order. The appetizers arrived, and no one had set the table for us. We had no silverware, no water, or bread. I doubt the zabaglione had any flour in it; it was lumpy and didn't even taste like zabaglione. All this despite our reservation.

The service is courteous and helpful, though occasionally a bit too prompt. The appetizer prices are a bit high (€17), while I found the first and second courses more reasonable and in keeping with the menu. A place definitely worth considering if you're in the area.

18/07/2026: Historic brewery with excellent beer and good food. We ordered the elephant ear for dinner 😁, a giant cutlet but overcooked. The best fries are here.
