27/07/2025: Wanting to try the entire menu, I'll definitely be back! Laura's cakes and Daniela's polenta, especially. A historic place, with a touch of innovation, deliciousness, and friendliness, all immersed in nature! The kitchen and dining room staff do an excellent job, coordinated by the manager Francesco, who makes you feel right at home! Even if the weather isn't good, the walk from both Sestriere and Borgata is worth it: the reward at the end is tempting!

28/06/2025: A Piedmontese experience not to be missed. I have been to this Typical Piedmontese restaurant and I found it truly exceptional. Every detail, from the particularities of the furnishings to the arrangement of the tables, contributes to creating a truly welcoming environment. You can see that there is so much care in every corner. But what makes this place special is the union between the excellence of the cuisine and the extraordinary hospitality of the owners. Their kindness, availability and passion are palpable, and made the dinner even more enjoyable. They told us the history of their restaurant and literally fascinated us! It is beautiful to see how much love they put into it. Everything we ate was delicious and you can immediately understand that they use excellent ingredients. And I cannot fail to mention the ZABAIONE: it is amazing, one of the best I have ever tasted! Creamy, tasty, absolutely a must try if you go there. In short, an experience that I recommend to everyone.

03/08/2025: My husband and I went for lunch today, but we have been frequenting this restaurant for many years. The staff are all truly excellent, starting with the owner and all the others, very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it for everything. We will definitely be back.

27/07/2025: I'm not a fan of pan pizza, but this pizza pleasantly surprised me. Excellent menu selection and top-notch ingredients drew me to the gourmet menu. It's a bit pricey for a pan pizza, but it's worth it. I chose the Iberian chorizo and caramelized red onion. Excellent. To start, we ordered a delicious focaccia and a farinata to share. Water, beer, and coffee, plus two desserts. The location is very nice and well-kept. With two pizzas each, two entrees, and two desserts, €46 each, I expected a little less, but I still highly recommend it.

29/06/2025: Small place in the heart of Turin, modern decor with fun paintings. The staff is very kind and professional, the food is very special and well prepared. It offers both a la carte menus and small courses. The wine list is also excellent, which also includes international bottles. The only shame is the air conditioning….

05/06/2025: We organized a multi-course business dinner with the fil touge of fish. Well-made and innovative dishes such as the scallop tartare with pea ice cream. Interesting desserts such as the creme brule with fois gras. A wine list full of excellent proposals and sought-after vineyards. The restaurant is elegant, very well-kept and with very private tables inside; the outdoor area is in a very quiet street, a few steps from Piazza Bodoni and Piazza Valdo Fusi, with their covered parking lots.

05/07/2025: We have tried all you can eat meat several times, the service with this formula is offered only on Wednesdays, while on Thursdays there is meat pizza always with the same method. On other nights you can order à la carte. It is a butcher's shop that has set up a kitchen service and I must say that everything works very well. The meat is good and has now become one of our regular stops. If you want to do all you can eat I recommend booking even a month in advance. This was my level of waiting out of three reservations made. The place is not a restaurant but a butcher's shop with a little more space that has put tables for customers. In the summer there is more space outside but if you get the wrong evening it is hot both inside and out.
