13/02/2024: Worse than in the past Unfortunately, a notable deterioration compared to the past when the menu was varied in choice and excellent quality. Reduced menu, frozen burrata overcooked pasta. Apart from the boy who welcomed us, we were later found at the cash register, the rest of the staff were listless and not very courteous. They mention molecule but then classic coca cola arrives. I won't go back, quality and courtesy (apart from the guy at the cash register, very kind) are really poor.

29/03/2024: It currently makes the best pizza in the Settimo/Chivasso area, in my opinion. Excellent for dough, ingredients and digestible even for the most delicate stomachs. The beer offered, Baladin, is also good. Not to be missed is the Chantilly cream with berries. Precise, friendly and kind waiters and cashiers

20/03/2024: Different varieties of pizza with very high quality flours, well cooked and leavened. Very friendly and kind staff. Excellent cleanliness and excellent location with car parking.

02/04/2024: I came with my family to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. We ate really well, the courses were all delicious, served incredibly quickly. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, the location is very beautiful, on sunny days the park outside is truly wonderful. Accessible and huge parking space. We will definitely return. The only flaw: we ordered a cake and it was the only dish we left because some slices were burnt and bitter (the puff pastry) so... we just couldn't eat it, grandma's was ok fortunately the birthday girl was able to eat it and he appreciated it😅🤣We will return anyway, thank you very much for the beautiful day that we were allowed to spend.

01/04/2024: Excellent Easter lunch. Also pay attention to intolerances. Balanced menu and adequate portions. The waiting times were slightly long, but it was a celebration, we had plenty of time. Parking is not very easy.

31/03/2024: È la seconda volta che ci troviamo in zona per lavoro e scegliamo di mangiare in questo locale. Anche questa volta siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, abbiamo preso pizza, carne e primi ed era tutto buonissimo. L' impasto della pizza è perfetto , buono e digeribile il servizio è veloce, sono tutti molto gentili. Il locale è grande e spazioso, bagni puliti, portate davvero super abbondanti, qualità prezzo giustissima! Noi torneremo sicuramente!!!!

22/02/2024: Con Ciabot Pulaia, LEVEL UP! Locale rustico ma con un tocco di modernità e colore, che ti seduce già nella veranda di ingresso... Accoglienza calorosa di Sander che ci ha seguito per tutto il pranzo in maniera premurosa ma mai invadente... Il menù a 15 euro con primo secondo contorno vino e caffè propone delle portate "non convenzionali" per una trattoria piemontese come i Bucatini alla Gricia (guanciale, non pancetta😉) e una straordinaria melanzana impanata farcita di prosciutto e formaggio che non avevamo mai provata altrove.... Noi siamo un po' golosi e non abbiamo voluto farci mancare un "fuori menù" di dolce, ed anche qui possiamo affermare che la pastiera era gustosa senza sconfinare nello stucchevole grazie al sapiente dosaggio della cannella... Chef Francesco ha fatto più volte la sua apparizione in sala per verificare che tutto stesse andando bene, e questo è sempre un indizio importante della cura che lo staff dedica ai suoi avventori... 22/02/2024: With Ciabot Pulaia, LEVEL UP! Rustic place but with a touch of modernity and colour, which seduces you right from the entrance veranda... Warm welcome from Sander who followed us throughout the lunch in a thoughtful but never intrusive manner... The 15 euro menu with first, second side, wine and coffee offers "unconventional" dishes for a Piedmontese trattoria such as Bucatini alla Gricia (guanciale, not bacon😉) and an extraordinary breaded aubergine stuffed with ham and cheese that we had never tried somewhere else.... We are a bit greedy and we didn't want to miss out on an "off the menu" dessert, and here too we can say that the pastiera was tasty without bordering on cloying thanks to the skilful dosage of cinnamon... Chef Francesco made his appearance in the room several times to check that everything was going well, and this is always an important indication of the care that the staff dedicates to its customers...
