02/11/2025: A place that makes you feel like you're at grandma's house! Rustic and welcoming atmosphere, with a splendid view of the mountains. We had the polenta with wild boar: simply indescribable, a unique delicacy. The staff is incredibly kind and the atmosphere is family-friendly. This is my second time here and it will be a regular stop every year—the food is truly divine!

09/11/2025: This spaghetti restaurant in Manera was a pleasant discovery. The place isn't very big, but the owner, even though we hadn't called ahead, managed to get us a meal. The appetizers are very generous. The real highlight, of course, are the first courses: a choice of penne, fusilli, and spaghetti, followed by agnolotti, gnocchi, and tagliatelle. The gluten-free pasta is a must-have, but it's also a must-have. Before choosing your sauces, you need to decide on your portion: regular (200g), small (100g), or generous (300g) for those who want to roll out the door. The sauces are varied: meat-based, fish-based, vegetarian, unusual, and creamy, all at more than fair prices. We tried the tagliatelle alla norma, the Aida gnocchi with stracchino, chopped pistachios, and gorgonzola, and the nocino agnolotti with fontina, chopped hazelnuts, cream, and tomato. Regular portions are already generous, delicious, and, above all, easy to digest! To round out our fabulous meal, we ordered a homemade cake called "nocciotella," made with sponge cake filled with hazelnut cream and hazelnuts, served warm. I love hazelnuts, and I can say it was amazing! Kudos to the service, delivered with simplicity and professionalism, making you feel at ease. Kudos to the friendliness, quality, helpfulness, and cleanliness. We'll definitely be back with friends, but this time we'll book ahead.

25/10/2025: Whenever possible, we stop at this spaghetti restaurant in Benevello. Always a guarantee, with superb dishes and a wide selection of sauces and pastas. Highly recommended.

28/10/2025: Located just outside Santo Stefano Belbo behind the Santero Vini winery. It has ample parking and a garden with a large terrace. The location is very well-kept and charming, the portions are generous and the quality/price ratio is excellent. All the dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are exceptional. 14/10/2025: To say I ate well is an understatement. The reception and waitress were both excellent and very friendly. I highly recommend it for its excellent value. I'll definitely be back to eat the "bollito" and definitely rent a room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

09/10/2025: A truly positive experience in the heart of Savigliano, just steps from the Milanollo Theater. In this welcoming restaurant, we were pampered from the moment we arrived by the attentive and kind owner, who guided us through the selection of dishes and wine with great passion. We shared six dishes between the two of us, all carefully crafted and beautifully presented: the delicate and flavorful Fassona steak tartare; the intense and enveloping chopped livers with focaccia and red onion; the perfectly balanced selection of cheeses; the tajarin pasta with snails, hazelnuts, and parsley; and the excellent game lasagna, rich and well-made. We finished on a sweet note with a tiramisu... truly delicious, as the menu promises! All accompanied by a bottle of Piedmontese red Barbere Superiore, expertly recommended and paired impeccably. We'll definitely be back; a place to treasure! Thank you for this dinner ❤️

27/09/2025: It's located in Savigliano, a very pretty town. The tavern is very welcoming, the service excellent, and the food good too. I definitely recommend it, although the prices are a little high.

09/11/2025: I was there in the summer for an aperitivo. I was passing by and spotted this place on a side street off the main drag. My curiosity led me to try two really good cocktails. Excellent wine and cocktail list. What really attracted me were the breakfast options, which will definitely make me want to visit again in the morning. The staff is friendly and gave me excellent advice. The aperitivo pairings are delicious. I highly recommend it.

09/11/2025: Location with a stunning view. The owners were courteous, kind, and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, with balconies. The dinner was excellent, with home-cooked food and very good wines, so much so that we bought a few bottles. Definitely recommended!

29/10/2025: We were absolutely delighted by the warmth and friendliness with which Bruno and his family welcomed us. Fantastic menus made with fresh ingredients, including a made-to-order menu featuring white truffles, truly delighted our palates. There were eight of us in total, and we were all very impressed with the menus (two evenings). The excellent wines from del Tufo perfectly complemented the evenings. Breakfast with regional products and egg dishes from their own chickens was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and warm. This is the true Italian experience 🇮🇹

19/11/2025: We celebrated my wife's birthday at Ristorante dei Bersaglieri with a wonderful lunch, for which we received compliments from all our guests. We were fortunate to have the entire winery to ourselves, but the restaurant also has other rooms and a splendid outdoor space from which to enjoy the view of the Langhe hills. The dishes were exquisite, the atmosphere welcoming, and the service attentive and friendly. Everything was excellent, even the background music. We will definitely do it again and I can't recommend this place highly enough.
