11/05/2026: We're regulars, and that says it all. The atmosphere is rustic and very pleasant. It feels like home. You can choose from options like the Light Menu, which includes an appetizer, a first course, and dessert, or the Apericena Menu or the Mdnu' Compagnia. These last two are still something I've yet to discover. The pasta dishes are plentiful and tasty, with excellent-quality homemade pasta. The main courses are always flavorful and beautifully plated. The surprise comes with the dessert, which always amazes us with its extreme goodness, so much so that we often order a trio to try them between the menu and the daily selection. The prices are excellent, given the quality and simplicity of the service and the dishes offered, especially considering the constant price increases. Lastly, our daughter, who is about 3 years old, really enjoys the children's menu, which starts with an appetizer, moves on to a main course, and ends with some ice cream, often vanilla-flavored. I think we'll never stop coming back.

15/06/2026: We first dined at the restaurant in May of this year. It's centrally located in Alba's old town. The decor is design-oriented and Scandinavian, featuring pieces by Louis Poulsen and Fritz Hansen. The menu is classic Italian and regional: refined cuisine with wonderful flavors and a good balance between individual courses and the entire menu. The attentive service perfectly combines a relaxed atmosphere with professionalism.

26/05/2026: Honestly, we didn't plan on stopping here during our trip to Alba. But I'm so grateful for the reasons that led us here. I'm so glad we ate here. The staff, the atmosphere, and the food were amazing. We arrived without a reservation, but they welcomed us warmly, and we were very pleased with what we ate. The asparagus lasagna was fantastic. The cheese platter offered the opportunity to try some of the best cheeses in the region. The panna cotta and the strawberry dessert with mascarpone were delicious.

17/07/2026: We went there for lunch. The concept is a menu at fixed price with antipasti, a choice of a couple of primo, a choice of a couple of secondi, and a couple of dolce as well. Water, house wine, and coffee is included in the surprisingly low price. Well worth a stop.

05/03/2026: An unpleasant experience, bordering on decency. It is unacceptable for a Michelin-starred restaurant not to notify its customers of the kitchen's early closing time. The restaurant has posted hours, and if it decides to change its hours DURING the evening, it is required to notify its customers. After ordering several appetizers and four of the five proposed first courses, a €150 bottle, we ordered a second bottle of wine, also €150. We had already mentioned in the dining room that we would also like to try the second courses, their cheeses, and their desserts. When we asked for them, they told us the chef had left; it was 9:56 PM! Incredulous at what we had heard, especially given the time, we decided to leave. The waitress returned, telling us she had reprimanded the chef "by the hair" (a surreal scene with a total lack of professionalism, with the chef in plain clothes giving us a nasty look). We refused and asked for the bill upfront, sending back the second bottle of wine. The scene had surprised and disappointed us greatly. Total chaos ensued; none of the staff in the dining room were able to handle the situation. When we asked to pay the bill (€360), they held us up at the cashier because no one knew how to proceed; they had to call the manager, who wasn't there. When we asked to pay without a discount because we wanted to leave, they told us they didn't know what to do, and we had to wait. After a 20-minute wait, they gave us a 16.67% discount, or €60, and gave us three packs of tajarin with two biscuits. We felt truly cheated, not to mention mocked because we left hungry. Even more painfully, we paid in cash; they left us a bill, not a receipt. Shameful, never again.

09/06/2026: First of all, the staff was so great! I loved the enthousiasme of the employees and even though we didn’t speak Italian, they were so nice to us and so friendly. The coffee was amazing, the food was just perfect and they even gave us cake without asking if we wanted any. And the cherry on top, when we left, they gave us homemade jam as a present. Come on, nothing beats this, please go here and have a good time!

They reserved a private room for us, perfect for a quiet evening, sharing both convivial moments and our organizational meeting in a welcoming and elegant setting. Impeccable service: friendly, attentive, and always available staff. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared and high-quality dishes, appreciated by the entire group. 28/06/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance while returning home from Limone Piemonte, and we never thought we'd find such an enchanting place. Beyond the beautiful interior, a stunning garden hides in the back. They seated us on the veranda, and as soon as they brought us the menus, we found a wide selection at decidedly more than fair prices. Since we couldn't try all the dishes (we were truly undecided, everything was mouth-watering!), we opted for two appetizers and two main courses. Specifically, grandma's parcels filled with zucchini and bacon in a shallot sauce, and a selection of cheeses. We couldn't have made a better choice... so delicious! And for the main course, pork cheek braised in Barolo wine with potatoes on the side. Incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection, with butter!!! To finish, a delicious gelato and coffee. What can I say, it was a perfect lunch! We also have to thank the girls, especially the very kind Omi (I hope that's how you spell it), who welcomed us with a big smile and so much professionalism. We recommend this wonderful restaurant to everyone!!!
