After hearing so much about it, I went to lunch at Perlage last Sunday.
A wonderful discovery!
Upon arrival, the building's vibrant colors are striking, denoting taste and personality and instantly instilling a sense of joy.
Upon entering, we were greeted by one of the owners who escorted us to a table in one of the rooms. The interiors are also very original and decorated! The atmosphere is charming and welcoming.
Moving on to the menu, I immediately fell for the fried fish, offered in so many different variations, each more original than the last. It's a shame they didn't offer the "Big Bang," the version with Nutella sauce (!). Never mind, it'll be another reason to return.
I had the "New Orleans" version, with Creole sauce and onion rings, and my wife had the "Acapulco" version with pico del gallo sauce. Both were delicious! The fried fish was impeccable: light and dry.
Not to mention the originality of the presentation: the New Orleans is served "plated" in a model pink Cadillac, the Acapulco in a small sombrero!
All washed down with a truly pleasant sparkling rosé, whose label I unfortunately don't remember.
Unfortunately, I can't comment on the desserts, because after the abundant fried food, we didn't feel like ordering them.
Anyway, the final verdict is: highly recommended!

I don't understand the difference between the bottle ordered and the one on the set menu. If you present it to me with the label and brand, I don't see the problem in opening it at the table. If the bottle contains decanted wine, however, it's better to serve it with a carafe, so there's no misunderstanding. For house wine, the container for bulk wine is usually used. Even with the set menu, if a bottle was included, the opening was done at the table.
During the Carrù Fat Ox Fair, I enjoyed the mixed boiled meat menu at this restaurant. It was crowded, the service a bit slow. The appetizers were good, as was the rest. Bottles of water and wine were brought to the table already opened...it should be done in front of the diners. That's not right.
Normal prices.

Beautiful, welcoming establishment with very courteous, attentive, and friendly staff... delicious food and attentive, professional service. It's our go-to place when we're near this gateway to the Langhe.
Highly recommended, but if you want to secure a table, it's best to book ahead.

Everything was excellent. The menu was strange (in a graphic sense).

First of all, I liked the decor: original and aesthetically striking. The atmosphere is striking considering we're in an area bordering the Langhe. The service was quick and courteous. We chose fried calamari and prawns, a dish we often order in Nice, and both were excellent! There are other interesting culinary options I'd like to try next time.

We celebrated my wife's birthday. The seafood dinner was excellent, with excellent value for money. To top it all off, they gave my wife a gift voucher for a paella evening.

This was my first and most enjoyable experience at this restaurant, which I'd heard great things about. I had excellent pizza and dessert, both of which were excellent. I really appreciated the use of local ingredients in the cuisine. I'll definitely be back for their specialty, fried fish. The service was friendly and attentive.
