21/06/2026: The restaurant is located in the scenic building at the top station of the Monte Moro chairlift, dating back to 1948. Accessible only via a dirt road, by car, or a 15-minute walk. Very friendly staff, efficient service even on a relatively busy Sunday. Polenta and traditional dishes. Excellent wine selection.
07/06/2026: We went for lunch today, very satisfied. It's a shame the day wasn't great, but that's okay. I've been there several times while skiing, never in a summer setting. Let's just say the road is doable with a slightly higher car, but aside from the kid who said he was in the jungle, it's pretty awful: potholes, rocks, pretty awful. Lunch was truly excellent!!! Top-notch veal with tuna sauce, delicious platter, tajarin (although it was actually more like tagliatelli, but even better for me) with rabbit ragù, excellent polenta with sausage, excellent chocolate panna cotta. Attentive, kind, excellent service!! Well done!!! I hope to return soon.

16/02/2026: Valentine's Day dinner. Everything was five-star. Welcoming and friendly service, cozy atmosphere. Each dish was better than the last, from the egg en cocotte with fondue to the tagliatelle with pumpkin, radicchio, and almond cream to the veal rosette with prunes and puree. Excellent wine selection.
15/02/2026: Very warm welcome, helpful in explaining the menu options, especially those related to the local area. Carefully prepared dishes, prompt and discreet service. Also recommended for a quick lunch.

11/08/2026: An acquaintance of mine recommended this place... and who could blame him? My girlfriend and I had two spritzes with appetizers and two savory crepes. They were delicious, but most importantly, very large (we didn't eat dinner that evening because we were so full). The location is welcoming, and the staff was very kind and friendly. Reservations were required, but luckily, two people before us got up and seated us right away. I'll definitely be back and recommend this place. The prices may seem a little high, but you have to take into account your location (Strepeis isn't exactly around the corner) and, above all, the size of the crepes. Congratulations!

Professionalism and extreme care in every detail. Elegance in every gesture and every choice. Refined table setting. A varied and high-quality menu. Everything was perfect.

05/07/2026: Pizzeria and restaurant in the center of Saluzzo, new, with windows. I'm celiac, so I chose it because it's certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). The pizza was good, even mine was gluten-free. They're quick, and they have a variety of doughs, including ketogenic. I've never had this kind of service before. They're so good, they make everyone happy. Very friendly and helpful staff. For those who don't want pizza, as it's a restaurant, there are other options, including fish.

The service was very friendly and the cappuccini and cornetti in the morning were excellent. Lots of atmosphere and not touristy.
03/05/2026: I ate in this bar restaurant, the staff were very kind and helpful, the veal with tuna sauce was good, as were the tagliolini with sausage ragù and the bonet, which was very good. I had a good time and I recommend it.

02/05/2026: We ate at the refuge, which we reached on foot. The owners were kind and friendly. The food was authentic, prepared with local ingredients, and the service was excellent. It's a typical mountain restaurant. A real treat: you can relax or sunbathe on the loungers in the adjacent meadow. We'll definitely be back.

12/07/2026: The food is good, but wait for takeaway is horrible.
Took over 1 hour to receive the food, and they even failed with the ingredients/topping. Ordered a pizza with "Agilio, Cipolla, Funghi, Pocca Mozzarella, Prosciutto Crudo, Rucola and Scaglie Grana(Parmesan)", but there were no onion or garlic, instead they added nduja and olives...
Pizza slightly undercooked, but still good.

Casa Ferrer is a charming family-run (Spanish) trattoria with an outdoor garden. At lunchtime, they offer an excellent and generous fixed-price menu. In the evening, they serve Piedmontese specialties, as well as authentic, authentic paella. Excellent!
If you can't find street parking, they have a few parking spaces inside.
24/07/2026: Quiet, clean place and fantastic, good dishes. It's a shame I'm not from the area. It would be nice to come back.

03/07/2026: Truly excellent pizza and amazing sorbet! The service was efficient, and the young man who served us was courteous and cheerful. You can park in the square and it's just a short walk away.
24/06/2026: Delicious pizza! This is my first time ordering pizza from them, even though I'm from Peveragno. The staff is very professional. One thing that really surprised me was how punctual they are, at least for takeout. I'll definitely be back to try their other pizzas, and the price is reasonable. Thanks, Tucano!

We were unexpectedly handed a glass of white wine by the manager, it randomly passed our table with a slat in the bottle, with the words "aperitif". (It didn't come on the bill)Recommended to book

11/08/2026: We stopped for lunch and had a positive experience. The Russian salad was served as an appetizer, and it was really good. I had the veal with tuna sauce and plin, both delicious and well-portioned. We also had tiramisu and coffee. Recommended.
08/08/2026: This isn't our first time dining here. We return often because La Bossolasca is a guarantee of quality, courtesy, and relaxation. Everyone is incredibly kind... starting with the hostess, her husband in the kitchen, her son in the dining room, and the entire staff. Excellent food and excellent wines, it almost goes without saying. Thank you for your hospitality.
PS: LGBTQ+ friendly (not everyone is).
