On Friday, May 22nd, we dined at Vascello for the Piedmontese-style Fritto misto themed dinner. The fried food was excellent and plentiful, preceded by Russian salad and raw meat. Sparkling water accompanied the entire meal, compliments from the Barbieri family.

We began our trip by visiting beautiful Cuneo. We then stayed in Carrù at the Palazzo di Mezzo three-star hotel, a wonderful place. In the evening, we dined at the Vascello d'Oro restaurant, a typical Piedmontese restaurant, truly exceptional and worth a visit both for the food and the hospitality. The chef is top-notch. It's worth noting that it has a Michelin star.

It deserves 10 stars, everything is excellent! Not to mention the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everything was delicious, from appetizers to desserts... Excellent wines... I recommend it...
