We began our trip by visiting beautiful Cuneo. We then stayed in Carrù at the Palazzo di Mezzo three-star hotel, a wonderful place. In the evening, we dined at the Vascello d'Oro restaurant, a typical Piedmontese restaurant, truly exceptional and worth a visit both for the food and the hospitality. The chef is top-notch. It's worth noting that it has a Michelin star.

Excellent cuisine. A menu with a wide selection of beautifully cooked, high-quality dishes. The boiled meat is delicious, with generous portions, and the first courses have bold flavors and a focus on tradition. Definitely a cuisine worth trying.

🎗️ Vascello d'Oro is a renowned local restaurant that has been operating since 1887. It's located in the heart of Carrù, a small town in the Piedmont region. The name translates to "Golden Ship." We recommend parking in the town square and walking through the market to the restaurant. There's also an outdoor seating area on pleasant days. The interior is decorated in a traditional, retro style, reminiscent of yesteryear. Don't forget to try the Wine by the Glass, offered through a wine dispenser at a very reasonable price.
