01/05/2026: We stayed at this property on the night of April 24, 2026, and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ivano and his wife. We ate top-quality local produce and their equally high-quality wines. The room had a stunning view of the vineyards. The view was breathtaking, the pool was spotless and spacious, and the hot tub was wonderful. 10/08/2026: What immediately stands out is the owners' warm hospitality, welcoming you and explaining the various local dishes made with their own produce. The food is truly good and the price is fair; when you leave, you feel like you've got your money's worth. My experience? Homemade tagliatelle with tomato and basil, tasty and light. The house mixed antipasto...a riot of different and satisfying flavors. The location is clean and welcoming, full of plants and flowers, at least in the outdoor garden. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well.

07/06/2026: CONVIVIUM REDIBIS - An afternoon outdoors with live mozzarella, freshly baked pinsa, and local products. When creativity and charm meet flavor and expertise, in a pleasant and relaxing setting, the basic ingredients for an evening at Redibis are served. Needless to say, the mozzarella and pinsa, all freshly prepared, were amazing! We can't wait for the next appointment!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with kindness, helpfulness, and great professionalism. The staff is attentive and friendly, always present without being intrusive, and makes you feel immediately at ease. The food was truly excellent: quality ingredients, carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and generous portions. You can sense the attention to detail in selecting the ingredients and the passion with which they prepare the dishes. Everything we tried was completely satisfying, from start to finish. The atmosphere is also very pleasant: welcoming, well-kept, and relaxing, perfect for spending a lovely evening and enjoying a leisurely dinner. Another aspect we appreciated was the quality-price ratio, which was absolutely in line with what's on offer. But what really makes the difference, beyond the good food, is the way customers are treated: attention, courtesy, and that feeling of being welcomed with pleasure, which is not always a given these days. We left the restaurant satisfied and eager to return. When a place manages to combine good food, professionalism, hospitality, and a pleasant atmosphere, the 5 stars are more than deserved. 13/08/2026: The other night I came to this restaurant with my girlfriend and I have to say it was an excellent choice. We tried two pizzas, which were truly excellent. We will definitely be back to try the rest.

10/08/2026: We had lunch for six, and even though we were the only table, everyone was friendly, helpful, and courteous. We ate well, from appetizer to dessert, with generous portions. Good value for money. We'll be back! Recommended.

Truly excellent lunch, everything tasted good, and above all, at fair prices!!!! Unfortunately, we're from Genoa, but whenever possible, a stop at Al 37 is a must.....!!!! 03/06/2026: Amazing experience! The restaurant offers unique cuts of meat from around the world, all perfectly cooked over charcoal and full of flavor. We chose the tasting menu, which was excellent value for the quality and variety we received. The service was outstanding—our waiter was incredibly kind and even guided us to a beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset. Great food, great service, and an absolutely breathtaking sunset view. 26/06/2026: A wonderful discovery after the change of management! I've been to this restaurant and had a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant was recently renovated following a change of management: it now has an intimate, very welcoming, and refined atmosphere. I ate fish and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dishes. As you can see from the attached photo, the plating is meticulously crafted, but it's not just about appearance: the flavor, texture, and cooking of the ingredients were simply perfect. Kudos to the owners, who are kind and show great customer service. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
