03/05/2026: I discovered this restaurant by chance on my way back from a trip. Surrounded by vineyards, it offers a beautiful view of the hills. Excellent menu, quality ingredients, and a good value. Superlative desserts! The staff was extremely kind and helpful (we arrived an hour late due to traffic, but they let us have lunch without any pressure, always with a smile). Thank you, and see you next time!

06/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch, over-fried mixed fried food, rock-hard calamari, the wrong rice dish, and to apologize, a plate of grilled vegetables while waiting for the new risotto, but I paid for it, but shouldn't that have been an apology for the mistake? Lunch ended with coffee, and they brought a bottle of water that no one asked for, but I paid for it... you see!

07/05/2026: We went here on the recommendation of our B&B host and had a particularly delicious meal! The beef stew in Barbera sauce and the ravioli were very tasty; our girls enjoyed the pizza from the pan 😁. Strawberries with ice cream, tiramisu, and a caffe to finish—fantastic! Highly recommended in terms of location, service (unfortunately, I don't have the lady's name at hand), the products, and the price!

04/05/2026: Excellent farinata! We also had the trio of appetizers, delicious!! Friendly and helpful staff. Very pretty location with frescoed vaults and a very welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Very good value for money!!! Recommended!!!

We would like to thank the owner for his extraordinary courtesy, helpfulness, and attentiveness, making us feel welcomed and at home. The dishes were plentiful, carefully prepared, and of excellent quality, accompanied by attentive and consistently friendly service. It was a truly positive experience in every way. 20/05/2026: Couple's dinner in mid-May. The restaurant is accessed from a private and quiet internal courtyard. There's also ample space for outdoor dining, which is currently unavailable for dinner due to the less than ideal temperatures. The interior opens onto a spacious, expertly renovated farmhouse, enclosed by large iron windows. The room at the back welcomes us with soft lighting, pleasant background music, and beautiful sandblasted brick vaults. The tables are a bit small, rather close together, but well-set, with an intimate atmosphere, particularly suitable for couples or small groups of friends. The restaurant was sparsely crowded, being a Tuesday evening, so very quiet; I couldn't say if it was as intimate and quiet when the restaurant was full. The quality of the food is evident from the first bite, and the waiting time is adequate, confirming the freshly prepared dishes. The dishes all arrived piping hot, carefully presented. The table service was prompt and courteous. A wide selection of wines. A good selection of starters, main courses/side dishes, and desserts, just enough to offer fresh cuisine and meticulously supervise its preparation. The prices are moderately high, but in line with the quality you can taste in the dishes. The fried foods are excellent! Fragrant and crispy, but not greasy. The portions are generous (except for the elephant ear :)!) and allow you to sample a set menu. We'll definitely be back.

The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a few quiet hours. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted kindly and immediately put at ease. Francesca stood out for her friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to detail: always smiling, present at the right time, and ready to recommend the best dishes with great professionalism. Such attentive service truly helped make the lunch special. The cuisine lived up to expectations: excellent meat, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and of the highest quality. The appetizers and desserts were also excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. All this was accompanied by a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. A truly successful lunch, with good food, a warm welcome, and impeccable service. Le Braci is confirmed as the ideal place for those who love authentic Piedmontese cuisine and places where quality and hospitality make the difference.

03/05/2026: Recommended by a friend, we tried a tasting experience that amazed us with the simplicity and deliciousness of the dishes, featuring flavors that aren't always easy to find. I highly recommend trying the agnolotti and the sublimely cooked cod. All accompanied by an old-fashioned apple pie. And real meat appetizers.

27/04/2026: The restaurant offers a compact menu of purely local dishes, with a focus on quality and freshness of the ingredients. We were particularly impressed by the vitello tonnato, which was truly excellent. The service was honest and genuine, and the price was in line with expectations, perhaps even a little less than expected. Chef Giorgio stopped by for a chat at the end of the evening. A pleasant dinner from start to finish, we'll gladly return.

22/05/2026: Oh, what a wonderful lunch my friends and I had at Melchionni Cafe! I picked this place based on the reviews that saw here, and I'm so glad I did. This place has nice decor with some old items spread around. Iy gives you some warm feelings sitting there and eating food. We weren't sure what to order so we relied on the advice from two beautiful young ladies working there. The dishes that we tried were beautifully presented, fresh and very delicious. Wine recommendations were also spot-on. So I can definitely recommend this place, and if you're not sure what to order, listed yo your server's advice.

04/03/2026: We discovered this trattoria by chance during a hike through the Gavi vineyards. The quality of the food is exceptional, with authentic dishes and fresh ingredients. The ravioli are exquisite, the tagliata is excellent and carefully presented, while the braised cheek is a compelling reason to return. The service is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. We highly recommend the tiramisu.
