17/08/2024: Very beautiful place On the heights of Strevi (AL) the food is of excellent quality and abundant quantity, very good prices. Egg tagliolini with black summer truffle TOP! The managers were very nice and kind. Very nice and evocative atmosphere! Super recommended 👍. We will definitely be back.

21/07/2024: Un vero agriturismo, con una presentazione esterna piuttosto rustica, sicuramente voluta ma forse migliorabile, dove però i prodotti sono tutti di ottima qualità. Gli antipasti a regola d’arte, tra i quali una favolosa insalata russa, un caprino con granella di nocciole e un lardo che si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca; pochi primi, tra i cui gli ottimi ravioli, fatti in casa ma come si deve, e una buonissima crema al caffè. Affabile e molto gentile la titolare che ci ha seguiti, una vera sorpresa il conto. Sicuramente da riprovare.

29/08/2024: I am absolutely baffled by my experience with this agriturismo. Not only did I discover, on the phone, that both the restaurant and the spa were closed on the days I had booked, but the response from the staff was incredibly rude. When I politely asked if there was the possibility of canceling the reservation for free, I was told that it was "my problem" and that I should "look closer". This type of attitude towards a customer who booked 3 MINUTES BEFORE is unacceptable. This is a clear demonstration of a lack of professionalism, and above all of respect, towards those looking for a structure to peacefully spend moments of well-being and tranquility. I wasn't even given the chance to have a voucher that I could use on another occasion. I booked with expectations that were completely unfulfilled, and paying for a service that cannot be provided is completely inappropriate, disconcerting and almost fraudulent. If you are looking for a hotel that treats its customers with courtesy and transparency, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. For me, this was an absolutely forgettable experience. I paid for an overnight stay that I didn't even use. Disconcerting and embarrassing I reply to your answer: I asked for cancellation exactly 3 minutes after making the reservation. I immediately called your facility to ask for information regarding the various "Spa and Restaurant" packages. At that moment I was informed that both the spa and the restaurant were closed. I was offered the possibility of having dinner in the “Le Botti” bistro with a limited menu. I declined the offer and immediately asked for cancellation without penalties via Booking, which was promptly declined by YOU (not by Booking) This behavior is the extreme opposite of professionalism. Never again.

29/08/2024: Always a pleasant escape, but, this visit unfortunately included: -work in progress under our bedroom and throughout the stay. - apocalyptic heat during dinner with the windows kept closed. - crowded spa like few others with a counseling group babbling loudly. For the rest, fantastic staff, always, always, always courteous and helpful. Very good, quality food, well presented. Comfortable rooms, comfortable pool, always beautiful spa. Magnificent view.

16/07/2024: It's been a long time since I've been back to the restaurant which for me is the best of the best. I continue to judge it as such. Furthermore, the new location is truly beautiful with the possibility of tasting the succulent dishes proposed by Mr. Giorgio in a very well-kept outdoor space. The kindness of the staff and the attention to the customer is truly exceptional. I highly recommend going to "Nuovo Ciarlocco" and you will not be disappointed.

03/07/2024: Restaurant in the center of Acqui Terme absolutely among the best in the area. High quality ingredients and meticulously composed dishes, like true works of art, both in terms of the visual aspect and therefore the plating, and in terms of the taste on the palate. Extraordinary chef as well as all the staff. The place is clean, welcoming and well looked after down to the smallest details. Traditional menu with both meat and fish dishes. Everything excellent, including the quality-price ratio.
