30/12/2025: I hadn't gotten the pizza for a while. I wanted to see if anything had changed, but nothing. We're talking about pizza, not food. Unfortunately, the dough was rubbery, the sauce was undercooked, and not to mention the size was like a mini pizza. You can improve, though. I'm sorry...
I've been back to this pizzeria again, and I have to say that something has changed. The pizza is excellent, and not only that, but the prices are too... the staff is very friendly.

I absolutely recommend the rosemary panna cotta with mulled wine reduction—truly spectacular!

LOCATION, 10 (original and elegant setting)
MENU, 10 (typical Piedmontese menu, high-quality dishes in the best tradition of mothers and grandmothers of old, and more...)
SERVICE, 10 (friendly, friendly, and fast, but only if you're in a hurry! All dishes can also be ordered for takeout!)

26/12/2025: A lovely restaurant in the Tortona hills, an oasis of peace and tranquility. We were invited by friends from Alessandria. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were delicious. We'll definitely be back in the summer to dine outside. Excellent!
30/11/2025: Historic restaurant in Montemarzino. In a panoramic location, it offers beautifully cooked and presented local specialties. The ingredients used are excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the service is prompt and precise. The staff is friendly and attentive. A must-try in any season. Excellent value for money.

08/12/2025: Good evening, yesterday, a colleague of mine who works as a security guard in Segrate and I ordered penne all'arrabbiata, which was to die for in terms of quality, aroma, and the delicacy of the pasta. Worth it. Takeout service, of course. We spent €7.

The appetizers are special, the pizza is delicious, not to mention the spectacular grilled meats...and the homemade desserts are delicious...all topped off by the warm welcome from the family who runs the place.

24/08/2025: On Sunday, August 24th, I called to reserve a table for lunch. The owner was courteous and accommodating to my request. The restaurant is very welcoming and ideal for couples and families, with excellent service and friendliness.
Regarding the choices I made (Fassona tartare and ravioli al tuccu), both the portions and the ingredients were of excellent quality and deliciousness. The flavors were delicate and decidedly delicious.
I highly recommend the restaurant, as the friendly staff and the food are a perfect combination for an absolutely positive experience at the Molare restaurant.

We ordered a mixed cured meats and cheese appetizer, which was truly excellent and high-quality (Montebore cheese of various ages and cured meats), followed by the delicious cheese focaccia, rich and crispy. The service was very friendly, helpful, and quick. Reservations are recommended. We'll be back to try other dishes!
23/12/2025: The farinata is wonderful, and the sweet bunet needs to be tasted to be described, and then you can ask for seconds.
Excellent wine list.
