10/08/2024: I didn't stay there, however when my bike ran out of battery over a long distance for a big trip during a major obligatory stage, they helped me, offered to recharge my bike at the shade and on an armchair to wait. They are adorable. I think that if I go through there again in the daytime I would sleep at their place this time

A choice which, as mentioned, aims to enhance the taste and not the current photo. Same choice for the gnocchi with truffle. The ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce are delicious, fragrant and of the right consistency. Among the excellent second courses, in addition to the roast beef with truffle and the perfectly cooked egg with truffle, the fried lamb deserves a special mention, which stands out for its strong but not gamey taste and for the correct humidity of the meat and the porcini mushrooms. fried, dry in the breading and of the correct consistency of the mushroom Among the desserts, the old-fashioned bonnet is a must: I haven't eaten it so good and in keeping with tradition in years. 22/06/2024: Suggestive location, overlooking a beautiful panorama of the Tortona hills, very good food. very pleasant evening, varied menu, everything taken care of. Excellent to sit at the table without having to choose and immerse yourself in the service offered with tastings of each course, good assortment of wines and desserts. Compliments to the always kind and polite staff.

27/05/2024: Every time I go back I like it more and more. I'm from the province of Milan and every time I go to Alessandria to visit my brother-in-law, it's a permanent stop!!! Very good with few ingredients, farinata made with chickpea flour, oil, water and very little rosemary. Too bad it closes on June 10 due to intervention by the owner and reopens in September. I highly recommend it, hurry up before it closes!!!!

02/07/2024: I went to get the arancini and for the second time, I find a boy behind the counter. I ask for information on products I didn't know about and.... surprise! He didn't even know what they were! The previous time he already had problems describing the ingredients of some cream puffs, answering I don't know... of course if he doesn't know what to serve, it's really embarrassing! Excellent products but I hope to find someone else to serve me. There is no zero because the service deserved 0 stars

28/07/2024: The homemade pasta is excellent: agnolotti, tagliatelle with the related condiments, braised sauce and white ragù, also the starters: veal with tuna sauce and tongue in green sauce, the latter should be eaten with garlic, they also have green sauce in the version without garlic but I think it's not the same. What can I say about the good desserts too, everything was impeccable. Well done

07/07/2024: A piece of paradise where you find delicious dishes in a lush courtyard. I hope to come back soon. The coffee is prepared with the mocha and Mrs. Elena serves the tables delicately. Every now and then you find places with owners who convey their attention to raw materials and their transformation.

10/08/2024: We had an aperitif, the spritz was excellent, as was the assortment of pretzels, sandwiches etc. excellent. Air conditioning and nice atmosphere. last but not least the price, 12 euros for two...we will return

28/05/2024: I'm posting this review very late. My mother had fallen near the bar, the staff immediately rushed in, they disinfected the wound above her eye, treated it and provided a bag of ice. Luckily there was nothing serious. Thanks again for everything. 👍
