The kindness and friendliness of the baker, always with a smile, and ready to satisfy every request, make the purchase a pleasant moment. The amaretti and canestrelli are excellent, as are the cakes, biscuits, focaccia, pizza, bread. And for a healthy snack I recommend the sweet focaccia with raisins, which has always been the most loved by children

16/02/2025: we had lunch in this Piedmontese restaurant, the food was excellent, the staff were speed gonzales, however we had a wait due to the large turnout and found the last available table

23/03/2025: Passing through Pontecurone for the night, we came across this beautiful pub next to our hotel. Rock environment, friendly staff and very nice owner! For an evening of good music, good food and great company it's the perfect place!

20/02/2025: Ottimo ristorante, bello negli arredi e negli spazi. Locali puliti e ordinati. Personale molto simpatico e preparato. Abbiamo cenato in 4 amici con piatti veramente buoni e caratteristici. Menù diversificato con pietanze ben preparate. Buona la carta dei vini. Prezzi comunque nella norma stante la qualità dei prodotti. Sicuramente consigliato.

29/12/2024: Incredible restaurant. Food is DELICIOUS, the menu is so interesting and combines tradition and innovation. All very reasonable priced, highlight for the impeccable service and extensive and interesting wine list. Good job, we'll come back.

03/03/2025: Exceptional flour!!! Very good pizza but it didn't seem "pan-style" to me (the cooking pan was missing) as I understand it but only small in size and cooked normally in a wood oven. Still excellent and well seasoned. Very kind, attentive and helpful service. Absolutely recommended!

08/03/2025: I was there for a wedding, the location is immersed in the countryside between rows of rows, flowering meadows and expanses of plowed land. The structure is rustic and finely furnished. The tables spaced apart with excellent table linens make the atmosphere very elegant. The dish I liked most was the goat cheese and mint rice. Compliments!! Super Recommended ++++

05/03/2025: You can't help but give 5 full stars on everything. We ate outside thanks to a sunny day and it was really good, the food was delicious with refined raw materials. Excellent service, very helpful and friendly. Mandatory stop if you want to have a nice lunch/dinner without negative points.

26/01/2025: Excellent venue in the heart of Vignale Monferrato. Very welcoming and well-kept location with a beautiful summer area managed by young people. We had dinner inside as it was January but we were pleasantly surrounded by the territoriality and professionalism of the staff and the venue which leaves nothing to chance. Very careful to satisfy the requests of the most demanding (we had two little girls and for one we cooked well two pieces of the cut that I had taken). Excellent quality/price ratio for those who choose to drink and eat as they should. I was happy to have found attachment to the territoriality of the products and to have found a very vast and quality wine list. I recommend the Barolo Chinato they have on the menu to those who like to treat themselves at the end of a meal. A real gem. Absolutely worth a visit even just for a glass of wine if you pass by Vignale!

07/01/2025: Ero un po' indeciso su dove festeggiare per la Fine e l'Inizio dell'anno Nuovo. Degli amici mi hanno consigliato questo agriturismo, dove si può anche dormire, appena fuori da Novi Ligure. Ho trovato l'ambiente molto familiare e caldo, una cucina abbondante nella scelta e nella qualità, con buona parte dei prodotti loro, accompagnati da un vino "vero", quello di un tempo,e anche con sapori che mi riportano all'infanzia. Dalla bagnacauda tra gli antipasti, al risotto al gavi tra i primi e lo zampone con lenticchie tra i secondi. Per poi chiudere con dolci, caffè e un'ottima grappa. Grazie per la bella serata.

06/01/2025: Siamo stati a cena a capodanno e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Tutto perfetto, dall'antipasto al dolce. Cibo di altissima qualità fatto con prodotti genuini e tipici della zona. Per iniziare, abbiamo presso un succulento flan di verdure con bagnacauda e cestini di pasta matta con funghi e fonduta, meravigliosi! Il risotto al Gavi ed i ravioli di magro al sugo di noci sono stati spaziali! Diamo anche una menzione speciale al Brasato con verdure e al Cotechino con le lenticchie! Stupendi! Per concludere, abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta! Un Pandolce genovese basso con zabaione al passito e uno stupendo Semifreddo alla nocciola e amaretti. Complimenti! È stata una bellissima esperienza. Ci torneremo, sicuramente ! Peccato che non si possano dare più di 5 stelle.
