18/05/2025: The place is decorated on the theme of motorbikes which is not exactly what you would expect. The dishes are quite good, as you can find in many other restaurants. Honest price and fast and courteous service

12/05/2025: Lunch with friends, particular location with unusual combinations of memorabilia and racing motorcycle objects with a fireplace and rustic objects, not to mention futuristic paintings and murals. Piedmontese starter a little disappointing in quality, Piedmontese fried food instead excellent also in terms of quality and quantity, exceptional desserts. Medium-high prices. The only flaw was the manager, who, unlike the very kind and helpful waiter, was dry and almost annoyed. The final bill only with the receipt with the total, without the details of the items.

15/05/2025: Three stars because the place is nice and there was live music, unfortunately I had to downgrade my old review because the service left a lot to be desired. My wife asked for an Aperol with soda water without ice and it arrived with a ton of ice inside, a mistake can happen, they remade it for us. The bad thing is that before the Aperol a mini tasting arrived for her (she had asked for a bit more because for us it was an aperitif/dinner) and I think they should have been served together anyway. So after the Aperol change we asked for something else to eat for my wife, gourmet courses are fine but we would also like to eat... after a good 20 minutes we left without having eaten anything else, rather annoyed. I managed to eat an excellent cod but I gave up on the second course, it's fine to wait but at a certain point that's enough. Now, I respect the work, the courtesy of the staff and I hope that in the future they will be able to manage the orders better, especially at a time of the evening when the bulk of the work had already passed and the room was half empty. As said, a mistake can happen and my personal experience must not cast a bad light on a good level place, it is just a review that I hope can be useful to avoid dissatisfying the customer in the future and I hope to be able to improve it as an evaluation.

26/05/2025: Returning to this place after many years, we found the owner and chef who explained his philosophy and the research of the products he puts in his dishes and I must say that it was worth it to travel a few km to come and taste and appreciate the dishes, from the appetizers to the dessert: a 10 and praise for the trofie with cuttlefish ink and the ravioli with fish filling seasoned with fresh porcini mushrooms and prawns.. compliments to all the staff

17/05/2025: I went 2 times in 2 consecutive Sundays, and I had never been there. One Sunday for the paella and sangria menu and the second for Mother's Day with a dedicated menu. If we wanted we could also choose from the à la carte menu. In addition to the kindness and the sure passion for their work I must say that the food was very good and the quality/price ratio was amazing. We will definitely return for other menus Congratulations

02/06/2025: Historic place in the town, open for decades. It was a top pizzeria, with very good food. Now it is in total decline, compared to once. Walls peeling from humidity, entrance with cobwebs so obvious that they would compete with the fake ones on sale for Halloween, with burned out light bulbs. Even the pizzas and the food are now in decline, with sour tomato sauce and food frozen for a long time. If a fried calamari were to fall in, it would bounce a couple of times before stopping. Evidently the chefs and owners are tired, after years in the industry. A disappointment

26/05/2025: From a restaurant point of view, there is nothing to complain about: the menu offers a vast choice of both first and second courses... Excellent cuisine in terms of quality and price and the dishes are decidedly plentiful, as well as being delicious. For the pizza I need to improve a little! But the welcome given to us by the staff (and especially the owner) is priceless: affable, friendly people and available to satisfy customers' requests.

30/05/2025: This place was amazing, welcoming, and best of all! They serve delicious food! The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Cassine is a beautiful medieval town west to Milan in the province of Alessandria region of Piemonte.

22/05/2025: Il Nuovo Ciarlocco è una di quelle rare gemme che lasciano il segno. Fin dal primo momento si viene accolti con un sorriso autentico e una cordialità che mette subito a proprio agio. Il personale è estremamente attento, disponibile ma mai invadente – un equilibrio impeccabile che rende il servizio davvero eccellente. Ottimo cibo e dettagli decisamente curati. Assolutamente consigliato – per una serata speciale, o semplicemente per riscoprire il piacere di mangiare bene e sentirsi a casa.
