25/05/2025: "I just spent a simply fantastic day at the Gallina Ristorante di Villa Sparina resort. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, the staff was impeccable and attentive to our every need. The quality of the food is exceptional, each dish is a work of art that explodes in the mouth. I tried the 7-course menu at the discretion of the chef and I can say that they were simply spectacular. The wine pairing suggested by the waiter completed the experience perfectly. And another thing that I really appreciated was the fact that the chef came to make sure at the various tables, including us, that everything was fine!! A true journey of flavors and no small wisdom in the pairings!! Highly recommended!

The welcome, the friendly and timely service, the good dishes with nice portions and perfectly presented, well-spaced tables, pleasant and quiet environment. Literally gigantic menu. The 7-course menu is really too much, I recommend the 5-course menu without exaggerating with the shoe otherwise you will regret it when dessert arrives... Price adequate for what is offered. Recommended and congratulations.

19/05/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, it was a great discovery right from the entrance to the park. I really liked the place and the staff was extremely courteous! The food was excellent! I'm from Genoa, it's not exactly around the corner but I'll definitely be back!

03/05/2025: I have been frequenting Monferrato since I was born, having my great-grandparents' house in Serralunga di Crea, where I spent wonderful summers. The Amarotto tavern was in Madonnina di Crea, and offered traditional dishes of Piedmontese cuisine. Today we found the same "flavors of childhood" in the location on via Cavour in Casale Monferrato, with high-quality dishes and impeccable service. Congratulations to Piero and Lorenzina who have been able to preserve and pass on the family teachings.

07/06/2025: If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do it without hesitation! This typical restaurant is a true gem for those looking for authentic flavors, a family atmosphere and sincere hospitality. As soon as we entered we were greeted with a genuine smile and a care that is increasingly rare today. The menu is a journey into tradition: dishes prepared with the freshest, local ingredients, and cooked with passion. Each course was a discovery, an explosion of flavor that tells the story of the area. The service is impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, with staff who know the dishes well and can also expertly recommend wines, rigorously selected among the regional excellences. The environment is warm, with attention to detail, and manages to make you feel at home even if you are outside. A perfect balance between rustic and refined. I recommend everyone to try this restaurant at least once: it is much more than a dinner, it is an experience of culture and passion. We will definitely return.

07/05/2025: Il paesino e' molto bello e la cornice e' senz'altro curatissima. Pero', in un ristorante che punta molto sull'eleganza e la formalita', e' strambo che il personale di sala dia del "tu" ai clienti, chiamandoli "ragazzi". Alcuni ospiti si accomodano nelle terrazze, i cui tavoli pero' a noi non vengono proposti. I camerieri devono dilungarsi per spiegare che quello che compare a menu non e' tutto disponibile: variazioni qui e la'. Peraltro, alcuni piatti, essendo nel Monferrato, ci risultano discutibili: perche' i tagliolini con cozze e pesci? Non siamo in Piemonte? Perche' tutte queste salse? L'impressione, anche guardando al portafoglio, e' che il posto guardi molto ai gusti medi e alle tasche di francesi, svizzeri, tedeschi. Peccato.

12/05/2025: Locanda Rossignoli presents itself as a very typical place in Casale Monferrato, and the rustic and welcoming atmosphere is certainly pleasant. The menu offers traditional local dishes that arouse curiosity due to their originality and careful presentation. However, the dining experience didn't quite live up to expectations. I found the first courses a little too dry, an artichoke salad not fresh; details perhaps which penalized the overall taste a little. The final bill, over 80 euros for two starters, two first courses, two glasses of wine, 1 dessert, water and coffee, seemed a little high in relation to the perceived quality. In places in this price range, I would expect service to be more attentive to detail. Finally, I was surprised that the cutlery was not changed between courses and that I was told to keep it. Despite the friendliness of the staff, this aspect left a somewhat negative impression. Overall, Locanda Rossignoli has potential, but some aspects, especially in relation to the price, would need improvement to offer a fully satisfactory experience.

29/05/2025: A really nice and intimate little place. Excellent food, wines and service. I also really like its location, in a street that is not at all pompous and just this quiet and with a slightly decadent charm that contrasts with a modern but cozy place.
