13/12/2025: A little hidden gem in Padua: truly excellent quality and flavor. Highly recommended for those who, like us, love ravioli. The service is fast, welcoming, and friendly.
Among the dishes we tried, noteworthy were the beef and curry ravioli and the black bao…amazing!

There were three couples, and
we were all quite satisfied and enthusiastic.
The only downside was finding parking nearby.
Anyway, the food was good and the atmosphere was lovely.

31/01/2026: Actually one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Octopus carpaccio was tender and faultless, wild boar ragu with herby hints and a generous glug of olive oil and a rare filet steak that was like butter under a Gorgonzola sauce. My wife and I will remember this meal. Grazi!

04/02/2026: I can't quite describe the feeling I felt when we walked through the doors of Osteria Ra Ca 'D Baruc other than returning to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of home. It might have been the way they greeted you as if you were an old customer you hadn't seen in a while, or the exposed brick walls, the beams, or the roaring fireplace... perhaps all of them combined. There's no set menu, just a series of dishes, each more delicious than the last, based on Piedmontese tradition with a few twists to make them even better. I think it will become the place we'll go with family to celebrate important and less important events.
24/01/2026: A truly beautiful and characteristic place, good food, friendly and helpful staff (they even offered a vegetarian menu without warning), and excellent value. Don't miss it if you're in the area.

03/03/2026: Classy osteria. A charming place, from the attentive, friendly, professional staff to the authentic, refined food, presented in a way worthy of a Michelin-starred chef.
The wine selection is superb and extensive, highly recommended for pairing with the dishes.
The service is impeccable, patient, and incredibly kind, even with children.
The ample, off-street parking is very convenient and practical.
There are only a few rooms, and we even stayed in them. Breakfast and a good night's sleep were also excellent.

08/10/2025: After traveling across much of Italy in search of the best carbonara in the country, I think I've found it. The value for money is spectacular. And the service is even better. Manuel, who speaks Spanish, is a delight and made our dinner a very special moment.
05/10/2025: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but despite having a 9:00 PM reservation, we waited outside for half an hour because all the tables were occupied.
Once seated, we were able to start our dinner at 10:10 PM, an hour and 10 minutes after our reservation.
Reservations need to be managed better because people don't want to go out for dinner and wait over an hour for their food!!!

25/02/2026: The welcoming atmosphere, the attentive service from all the staff, including the kind and helpful chef, the food, meticulously crafted from the quality of the ingredients to the impeccable presentation, with authentic and balanced flavors that won us over, from the delicious appetizers to the desserts... the tripe casserole was excellent! Definitely worth a try and we'll definitely be back!

I want to highlight the great attention paid to children. Finally, a restaurant that has plenty of high chairs and sanitizes them between uses.
The children's food arrived in record time, and there was plenty of space for them to play.
14/02/2026: Conveniently located near the A6 motorway exit, we booked by phone half an hour in advance. The restaurant is simple, traditional Piedmontese. We opted for a tasting menu (three appetizers, two first courses, a second course with two side dishes, and dessert), while the other diner had an appetizer and a first course.
Excellent food, carefully crafted with quality local ingredients, Piedmontese cuisine. We ordered mineral water and house wine, and as soon as we sat down, we were offered a taste of moccetta (a type of pork sausage) with chopped hazelnuts and honey, served with an apple fritter. Two coffees and a digestif. Total: €70 for two people.
I recommend the risotto with Bù di Langa wine and beetroot.
Very fast service.

22/12/2025: For goodness sake...lunch was fine...but please, please, pay attention to the animals; their drinking water was yellow...and they were all dirty.
If you want to have animals...at least let them be treated well.
Anyway, I'm giving the lunch 5 stars because they deserve it. And thank you for your reply.
There will be another opportunity to visit you.

07/12/2025: Lunch today with friends who had made reservations. The appetizers and Piedmontese-style boiled meat were truly fantastic, and for those who didn't want boiled meat, there were excellent alternatives. Dessert, coffee, and an after-dinner drink, excellent local wine at a very fair price. Excellent and cheerful service, even with the dining room packed. Highly recommended.
