30/12/2025: It's a shame to give this rating, especially because we recognize the commitment and dedication of every member of the staff, including the chef (whom we wish a bright future). And we can't help but appreciate the location, the attention to detail, and the cleanliness. But when it comes to the food, our opinion changes. The dishes are overly salty, and above all, an attention to form that doesn't reflect the substance at all. Even the white truffle was lost in dishes that were supposed to showcase it. Based on our experience at other Michelin-starred restaurants, this one doesn't quite meet the same standards, except for the price.

21/12/2025: The food was excellent; nothing to complain about, but there was one incident, in my opinion, that was a bit crappy on the part of the staff. My two friends and I chose a tasting menu. The tasting menu page didn't mention adding cheese. Toward the end of the menu, a smiling waiter appeared and asked if we wanted to "try some cheese." I, thinking it was a courtesy, replied that I was full. I asked, "Can I try them, but just a little?" and was told that it was possible. My friend and I were brought two plates with four slices of cheese on top, accompanied by giardiniera and a slice of toasted bread (nothing special). The result? An extra €24 each on the bill (€48) for four slices of cheese. The first time I've been treated like this in a Michelin-starred restaurant. A real lapse in style.

01/02/2026: We enjoyed our meal at this trattoria, where you feel at home in a welcoming atmosphere. The beetroot and blue cheese risotto was excellent, and the pear, fondue, and Treviso gnocchi were delicious and original. We appreciated the welcome entree, the quick and friendly service, and the competitive prices. We'll be back soon to try the eel.

01/02/2026: The cocktails are delicious and original (large ones are €7/8 and small ones are €4), and the atmosphere is very charming. For dinner, especially on weekends, it's best to book a table because they're always packed, and if you go for a drink before 11:00 p.m., you'll likely only find room at the bar, where there are only four stools, because dinner is still in progress and there aren't many tables in the dining room. The staff is always very friendly, helpful, and pleasant, and the owner is also very warm and welcoming.

05/11/2025: A wonderful experience! Around 1:30 pm, we were found a table for two upstairs with a magnificent view. The sage ravioli were marvelous, and the house pasta al ragù was delicious. I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: There were nine of us and we chose just one dish: a first or second course. The choice was wide and everyone was satisfied. I had prawns, grilled fish, and seafood risotto... I had grilled whitefish, which was good, just a little too salty. Friendly staff

06/12/2025: A location with meticulous attention to detail, featuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dinner was a true experience: a journey of pure delights. Expertly guided by the wait staff, we enjoyed a memorable evening. We started with a pigeon salad and a selection of cheeses; then two main courses: wild boar confit with fresh polenta and Vergne veal tenderloin. Everything was impeccable. The wine from a local winery was also excellent. To finish, a simply fantastic hazelnut gelato. The owners' passion shines through, evident in every course. The value for money is decidedly high. We left happy. We'll be back soon!

27/12/2025: MORE THAN LUNCH: A RETURN TO OUR ROOTS AT LA MAGIONE ​⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​We chose Chef Paolo's La Magione in Olivola for our annual cousins' get-together, and we couldn't have made a better choice. We were looking for a place that was logistically close, yet had a deep and authentic soul. ​As soon as we crossed the threshold, the atmosphere enveloped us: for us, it was like instantly stepping back into the tavern of our grandmother's farmhouse. Chef Paolo has created an atmosphere reminiscent of home, where tradition is enhanced by excellent ingredients. ​Lunch was a journey through the flavors of the region: fragrant mushrooms, a masterfully cooked braised beef with polenta, and, to finish on a sweet note, a panna cotta with zabaglione that alone was worth the trip. All accompanied by a carefully curated local wine list that best reflects our land. ​We are united by distance, but always close at heart, and this lunch was our sacred ritual. Like a tree that needs new sap every year, gathering here has allowed our roots to grow and strengthen. While life outside is chaotic with professional commitments, at the tables of the Magione, time has stood still, allowing our "cousinhood" to shine once again. ​A special thank you to the Chef: his cuisine nourishes the body and reawakens memories. We will definitely return for our next appointment. Because here, we truly feel at home.

28/12/2025: Tasty and light pizza, reasonable prices. We've only been once, and even though it was our first time and we hadn't booked, we were greeted with warmth and a smile. The service was impeccable and professional. We'll definitely be back because we appreciate people who still work with passion and care for their customers!
