I have no complaints.
The restaurant is extremely well-maintained and tastefully decorated, with a wonderful view of the square and the opportunity to eat under the porticoes. Even inside, there's a homey feel.
The service was truly attentive and courteous; I felt extremely pampered without being intrusive. Always smiling.
Extremely successful dishes: exquisite veal with tuna sauce: the meat was perfectly cooked and the sauce was perfect; the agnolotti del plin were truly tasty: the pasta was fresh and excellent, the filling very good.
I will definitely be back.

Since it was already such a humid day, the food was good, polenta was a must, given the slightly cloudy weather.

Lunch as usual, with fresh, good food. We ate well and drank a little...dessert was always superb!
05/07/2026: Historic venue, very friendly staff, good service, excellent marinated zucchini, less tasty giardiniera, generous portion of eggplant parmigiana, but it was cold and tasteless. The restaurant's strong point is its location in the historic center, with tables (a bit cramped!) outside under the porticoes, perfect in summer.

11/04/2026: A great experience. In short, I think the food is plentiful, but there's little variety. It's famous for its Piedmontese fried food, and that's very good. The appetizers could be improved, perhaps by adding some local risotto. It would be top-notch.
31/03/2026: Exceptional lunch from the appetizer to the mixed fried food (seven appetizers, two first courses, the mixed fried food and the 900 cake, house wine, digestive and coffee) friendly staff, all the dishes were served several times for those who requested them.

The mountain views are breathtaking, and the surrounding trails offer rejuvenating walks. Perfect for those seeking spirituality, nature, and art all in one place. Absolutely not to be missed!

06/07/2026: Visited the village of Candelo, discovered by chance. Light lunch, refined food, friendly staff and a welcoming owner. Highly recommended. Make a reservation because it's the only elegant place with excellent cuisine in Candelo. We'll be back. Well done.

09/08/2026: A truly authentic Italian experience, quite a change of scenery for tourists like us! The value for money is unbeatable! 14 euros for pesto ravioli as a starter, grilled sea bream with spinach, a quarter-liter of wine, water, and a coffee per person. Plus, since it's table service, you can get seconds... It was very good and the atmosphere was lovely, the only downside being the large, rather noisy dining room! Reservations are recommended.
06/08/2026: At first glance, it doesn't seem inviting, but once you enter the room, everything changes... clean environment, splendid panoramic view, organized and punctual service. The staff is kind and friendly, and the homemade food is very good. The 17 euro menu is super generous and truly enjoyable. A wonderful experience....
