03/05/2026: Repetition helps. After last year's experience, my wife and I decided to repeat our visit to this splendid restaurant nestled in the Sibillini Mountains. Once again, Chef Enrico pampered us with his dishes and his attention to detail. Dishes with character and balance, a rich à la mousse of variety and flavor, excellent and elegant service without falling into the excessive aloofness typical of Michelin-starred restaurants. An experience we definitely recommend, and in our case, one we'll definitely repeat.

24/04/2026: We had lunch with Chef Mazzaroni at his restaurant "Il Tiglio" in Montemonaço and were captivated by the wonders of the place and his rich, unique, special menu... delicate yet bold flavors and combinations, all meticulously crafted, from the welcome to the service, the dishes, and the expertise and friendliness of the chef, who stopped to chat with every table, exchanging a few words not only about the food... a unique experience, even in the explanation of the dishes paired with the wines... no problem for my wife's allergies to shellfish, even contact with them; in fact, she was pampered with every dish! An experience you absolutely must try. Both menus.

15/05/2026: Whenever I pass through Biella, the vitello tonnato at Osteria Due Cuori is a must, not a choice. I sincerely believe theirs is the best I've ever eaten... and I fear I've developed a sort of gastronomic addiction. A welcoming atmosphere, a wine list for all tastes, and meticulously prepared cuisine: it's the kind of place that makes you want to return before you've even left the door. Last time, in addition to the inevitable veal, I tried the Maccagno risotto, the pork fillet with breadsticks, and the tiramisu. Congratulations indeed!

21/05/2026: A lovely venue in the upper part of town, tastefully decorated and featuring interesting and charming visual touches. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The owner is very attentive to the well-being of his guests. Prices are average.

17/05/2026: First time in Biella. A very quaint and welcoming place. The staff were kind and friendly. Even though it was fully booked, they found us a seat near the counter.

11/11/2025: A jewel in the Alps: the old and new basilicas, the Museum of Treasures, and the frescoes tell a story of history and devotion. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the surrounding trails offer rejuvenating walks. Perfect for those seeking spirituality, nature, and art all in one place. Absolutely not to be missed!

11/04/2026: A great experience. In short, I think the food is plentiful, but there's little variety. It's famous for its Piedmontese fried food, and that's very good. The appetizers could be improved, perhaps by adding some local risotto. It would be top-notch.

31/03/2026: Exceptional lunch from the appetizer to the mixed fried food (seven appetizers, two first courses, the mixed fried food and the 900 cake, house wine, digestive and coffee) friendly staff, all the dishes were served several times for those who requested them.

11/06/2026: Terrible experience. We ordered crepes for the first course; they were very salty and dry, sticking in your throat when you swallowed them. For the second course, braised beef in wine. A plate arrived with three balls of tasteless, bland polenta and three very thin slices of meat (they must have been less than half a centimeter thick) covered in a sauce that tasted of flour and wine. The tiramisu was tasteless. We spent €64, and it would have been better to save that money. I read other reviews and think I've been elsewhere. I look at the receipt and it's actually the La Fornace di Oropa restaurant! Never again... I'll give one star because you can't get any lower.

31/05/2026: What can I say? The food is simply exceptional. A vast selection of both dishes and champagnes. The staff is very friendly and professional. We ordered carpione whitefish, mixed fried fish, and spicy mussels. Perfect value for money.

20/03/2026: I absolutely loved this restaurant! The chef offers refined cuisine without being over the top, elevating local ingredients and traditional dishes. I experienced genuine emotion through the flavors and presentation of the plates. The service was impeccable and very friendly. Special mention to Stefano, who brings a cheerful atmosphere while remaining highly professional. We'll be back when we're in the area again!

30/05/2026: I had high expectations. The food wasn't bad, the place was nice, and the beer was good. The service was pretty fast, but the staff we were served were awful, very aggressive, and unprofessional. I don't think I'll be back.

29/05/2026: A must-visit spot in Biella, next to the factory dating back to 1846, and still run by the founder's family. In addition to a selection of Menebrea beers, the menu offers everything from a snack to a full dinner. A very welcoming atmosphere and a diverse clientele, from businessmen to couples, families with children, and groups of young people. Compliments to our waitress. She handled twice as many tables as the other waiters. Well done.

24/05/2026: A pleasant discovery along the Oropa trail! We booked in advance and chose the set menu (upon arrival): simple but well-prepared cuisine, with appetizers, a first course, and an optional second course, including dessert. The dining room is beautifully decorated, and this time there was even an exhibition. The staff was kind and attentive; I can only say...I'll be back!
