31/10/2025: Tasty and properly done food with even better wines. Modern Italian food in a cozy, clean and modern atmosphere. The service was very kind and paced perfectly. They also have a wine shop but I wish they would also have a wine bar!

08/10/2025: After traveling across much of Italy in search of the best carbonara in the country, I think I've found it. The value for money is spectacular. And the service is even better. Manuel, who speaks Spanish, is a delight and made our dinner a very special moment.

05/10/2025: The food was excellent, no complaints there, but despite having a 9:00 PM reservation, we waited outside for half an hour because all the tables were occupied. Once seated, we were able to start our dinner at 10:10 PM, an hour and 10 minutes after our reservation. Reservations need to be managed better because people don't want to go out for dinner and wait over an hour for their food!!!

05/10/2025: A wonderful place, from another era. We were pampered from start to finish, beyond our expectations. Excellent prices, delicious quality. The kindness and care shown to their customers was almost overwhelming. Recommended not only for the palate but also for the heart.

02/10/2025: Yesterday, October 1st, we pleasantly discovered a new restaurant. A sweet waitress recommended a delicious menu at a reasonable price. Excellent, we'll be back as soon as possible!

11/08/2025: I can only speak highly of this restaurant. The menu is never the same from one visit to the next. The dishes are elaborate, perfectly balanced. The wines—what the heck are they?—are created by a wine bar, so they're our top pick. The desserts are, like the rest of the dishes, true masterpieces. 5 stars aren't enough; at least 7 would be needed, not to mention the friendliness of the owner Vito and the waiter Enrico. Go, go, go, go, try it and believe it. The first time I organized a lunch for 18 people, and everything worked out perfectly.

12/10/2025: I wish I could give them 10 stars. I lived in Germany for six years, and took a lot of trips to Italy while I was there. This is hands-down the best meal I have had in probably 80+ restaurant dinners or lunches. They were so incredibly hospitable and every dish made us roll our eyes in happiness. And the wine….bliss. This should be a Michelin bib gourmand. Come here for food and stay in the hotel. Great walking and wine tasting potential.

07/10/2025: I returned last Sunday for lunch, almost 40 years after my last visit, but the quality, courtesy and professionalism are still the same as they were then; and as they say about good wine...it can only improve with time, and that's what happened with this historic place that characterised some Sundays of my youth.

It was a fantastic dinner, delicious food, an incomparable atmosphere and attention from the staff that was difficult to beat. For sure, if we return to Cuneo we will return. 13/09/2025: I can't rate the rooms because I went to Osteria La Milonga for dinner. The food was very good, high-quality and refined, the service excellent, fast, and the menu interesting. The prices were reasonable for the quality. I'll definitely be back.
