11/11/2024: Dietro ad un passaparola della Zocca emiliana siamo riusciti ad arrivare da Filippo! E che dire…la realtà è stata maggiore della immaginazione: i tajarin,il coniglio,la sua insalatina,la pesca caramellata bastano per inginocchiarsi davanti a questa eccellenza di chef che diventa una persona umile e normale quando passa al tavolo perché vuole sentire le critiche e magari anche due parole sul Blasco per poi dire, grazie di essere stati qui. Circa 310 km ci sono voluti per arrivare ma sicuramente a breve li rifaremo perché meritano la destinazione! Grazie Filippo di questo atelier di arte culinaria!

09/11/2024: Ein Herzlicher Empfang und eine freundliche Aufmerksamkeit den ganzen Abend lang. Wo unsere Italienisch Kenntnisse versiegten, half Filippo in besten Deutsch aus. Wir genossen Kaninchen vom Grill mit besonders zart knusprigen Röstkartoffeln dazu. Da an diesem Abend weniger Gäste da waren, wurde uns als Nachschlag das ganze verbleibende Kaninchen samt Beilagen angeboten welches wir, hungrig vom Radfahren begeistert annahmen. Ich fand dies das beste Essen auf unsrer 5 Tage Piemont Tour.

16/03/2025: Beautiful and welcoming location. Very attentive and kind staff. Good food, excellent trio of raw meats and paccheri with datterini and pecorino sauce, the slipper is a must. We had chosen another wine, but this one was recommended to us and we loved it.

01/03/2025: Classy, ​​high class restaurant, excellent place, service with attention to the smallest details, super efficient waiters with an extremely refined appearance, the presentation of the place and the execution of the service is then accompanied by the very high quality food, a perfect combination in my opinion, easy to find and equally simple parking, the historic center of a small village just outside Asti, 5 stars more than deserved, perfect restaurant for a special dinner for a couple, high quality cuisine and perfect hospitality, you cannot ask for more from a restaurant of this standard.

08/02/2025: Locale elegantissimo. Entrata con contrabbasso in bella vista e scalinata in cima alla quale veniamo accolti. Sala minimal con grande cura dei dettagli. Menù dalla terra al mare, 6 portate ( + benvenuto e pre dessert) alternate davvero squisite, in particolare l ovetto e lo spaghetto. Servizio garbato e molto professionale. Molto bravi

12/04/2025: Locale molto tranquillo e caratteristico,proprietari molto gentili e simpatici. Cibo tradizionale Piemontese con qualche "eccezione". Ho mangiato una tagliata da urlo e il proprietario ci ha fatto provare una zuppa di cipolle con la fontina valdostana e ci ha lasciato senza parole! CONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

05/04/2025: The family’s go to restaurant in Asti. Food quality is always consistent and their wine pairing recommendations are always spot on. They have refreshed their wine menu and I must say it’s very promising so far.

30/01/2025: Very welcoming refuge. The lady was very nice, she advised us on the places to visit and how to get there. The rooms are small, but clean and quite spacious. The dinner was excellent. Very simple and good dishes. I recommend it to everyone!
