31/12/2025: An incredible, authentic place with an exceptional atmosphere. Just reaching the osteria offers the pleasure of splendid views of the valley. The place is truly fantastic. The cuisine, deeply rooted in Piedmontese tradition, is a tale of flavors: rich and generous traditional appetizers, an extraordinary variety of game cured meats, surprising stuffed pastas... An experience so difficult to describe and so impossible not to recommend.

10/03/2026: Worst meal in Italy in a long while. Pork filet was way overcooked, yet served to table only lukewarm. Black cabbage was inedible, way too salty. At check out, cashier insisted I was wrong and the pork was cooked perfectly and the cabbage had never had a complaint and could not be salty. Wish I had been served what he insisted was put on table! Very dissapointing experience, glad I did not go prix fixe. Was hoping someone might stop by to check in while I was suffering through the meal, but that did not prove the case.

It was my birthday, and after dessert, they brought us a canapé with a candle to celebrate, a very kind and appreciated gesture. I can only give it 5 stars and recommend this restaurant.

11/03/2026: Unfortunately, after years of frequenting this restaurant, including celebrating my daughter's baptism, I'm forced to leave a very negative review and, sadly, never return. While I have nothing to complain about the food, which is excellent (the chef is very talented), a very unpleasant event occurred on December 31, 2025, which highlighted the owner's extreme rudeness and impoliteness. I'll go into detail to recount the facts as they happened, regardless of any explanation the owner may offer following my review. I made a reservation a few days before December 31 for two adults and a child. I was told there was still a table available, but we would have to vacate at 9:30 (and I emphasize 9:30). I replied, "That's fine, since my daughter and I wouldn't be staying for many hours, and we certainly wouldn't want to celebrate midnight at the restaurant." We arrived at the restaurant right on time, ordered, and ate peacefully. Meanwhile, the place is filling up. At 8:15, we order a schnitzel for my daughter. We wait until 8:45, the schnitzel arrives (extremely late), and my daughter starts eating it. She leaves it, and my husband takes over at 9 so as not to leave it on her plate. At 9:10, while my husband finishes the schnitzel in a hurry (knowing he still has 20 minutes to spare), and I emphasize 9:20, the owner shows up and says the following exact words, very curtly and rudely: "Are you finished? Because I need a table now." Extremely shocked, we get up, go to the counter, and complain about the treatment we've received. The owner only responds: "I told you I'd need a table at 9:30. It's 9:10, but I don't care." Then he walks away very rudely, completely disinterested in us. Mr. Luca, we will never return because in a restaurant (or anywhere else), we expect respect, politeness, and courtesy. You've lost us, as well as all our friends and relatives who have dined there on occasion. Now, you'll surely write that you warned us in advance, but, Mr. Luca, you don't kick customers out like this, even 20 minutes before the agreed-upon time. It would have been better to say: "I know I told you the table would be available until 9:30, but new customers have arrived, and the place is full. I can give you a few more minutes to finish your meal and offer you a dessert to take home..." It wouldn't have taken much, but instead you chose rudeness.

27/02/2026: I sent emails through the contact information on the website, and no one got back to me. I called and they answered. We were away for three days. I'll send you my wife's number to see if she's available. I'm still waiting. Update After an email and a phone call, where we were left with her, she passed on her wife's number. If you're not interested in contacting a customer, who should?

17/02/2026: Lunch decided at the last minute. They still had two tables for two. The atmosphere was elegant and refined, the dishes were of remarkable quality and freshness, the welcome was warm, and the service was attentive to the customer's needs. They accommodated me with vegetarian dishes, although they do a fixed tasting menu on weekends. The chef really takes care of the ingredients, blending creativity and traditional recipes. What can I say... CONGRATULATIONS! We will be back with great pleasure.

05/11/2025: A wonderful experience! Around 1:30 pm, we were found a table for two upstairs with a magnificent view. The sage ravioli were marvelous, and the house pasta al ragù was delicious. I highly recommend it. I highly recommend it!
