Easter 2026. (Price €45) Excellent service, simple and well-cooked dishes, including good quality wines. I ate like there was no tomorrow. It's now 7:00 PM and I'm feeling great. WELL DONE.
P.S. The price outside of major holidays is €35 per person, including wine and water.

At San Carlo, you eat well and in abundance; it's impossible to leave unsatisfied. All authentic, traditional Piedmontese dishes include three appetizers, plus a whole salami on the table upon arrival, two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts. A bottle of wine of your choice, all for €32 per person. Excellent value, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is my second time at this restaurant located on the hill in Tignole... but it's always a blast... today there were 16 of us. We started with the house salami appetizer, then farfalle with broccoli sauce... I added the house chili pepper, then they served us ribs that were so good and well-cooked... you rarely find them, with mixed salad, then tripe, then dessert and coffee, all of which, including drinks and cover charge, cost 15 euros... see you next time!

A restaurant that satisfies even the hungriest of eaters. Sliced salami is brought to your table upon arrival, followed by appetizers: raw meat, veal with tuna sauce, and peppers with bagnetto sauce. Tagliolini with ragù, meat agnolotti, shank, and roast beef with potatoes, panna cotta, and bunet. A special menu is available for vegetarians; just let us know in advance. A restaurant with large tables, friendly staff, and fast service. You can eat a lot for little money (we paid about €32 per person, including water and wine). The quality/price ratio is excellent. Recommended!

Everything was excellent, a true trattoria, compliments for the location, the food, and the hospitality at a super-fair price (around 30 euros or a little more).
