01/05/2026: A quaint restaurant located in the square in front of the Bollente di Acqui Terme. The restaurant isn't very large, so reservations are recommended. The dishes are well-prepared and tasty. Service is fairly quick, with young, professional waiters. The wine list is extensive. Prices are fair.

The elegant location is spread across several rooms; in the summer, a pleasant outdoor seating area is also available in the courtyard of the old farmhouse that now houses the restaurant. The staff is highly trained, courteous, and helpful. Tables are well-spaced, allowing for conversation without disturbing others (or being disturbed). Guests can choose from a tasting menu or dine à la carte. All the dishes on the list are worth trying: the freshest ingredients, prepared with flair and professionalism by the chef. The welcome aperitif, amuse bouche, and petit fours offered in addition to the requested courses are also not to be overlooked. Dining here is an experience not to be missed. Prices are commensurate with the quality offered.

24/12/2025: I really appreciated the attention they paid to a person who doesn't eat dairy and who hadn't previously warned me. They created a special menu. The gobbi agnolotti with raspberry beurre blanc and cardoons are a must-try. Highly recommended.

06/05/2026: We went to Trattoria Carmen for dinner and had a really great time. The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, making you feel immediately at ease. We ate typical Turin cuisine, and everything was excellent, living up to expectations, even the house wine was particularly pleasant. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and fast, which we really appreciated. Overall, a super positive experience!

13/05/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant for my anniversary with my boyfriend and was really satisfied! There are plenty of parking spaces outside, although... a little cramped... The restaurant is very well-kept, clean and beautifully designed, and the wait staff is very professional and courteous. We tried the Mexican rolls with accompanying dips, on the recommendation of the guy who looked after us throughout the evening, which I highly recommend! The risotto alla Milanese with ossobuco and the tagliata were also impeccable! The only suggestion I would make is to include the classic tiramisu on the dessert menu... I was a little disappointed it wasn't there, even though we were full at the end of the dinner, but there's a little space for dessert for two! 😉

03/06/2026: Good food, but a BAD EXPERIENCE! At the end of the dinner, I paid by card. My banking app clearly showed the transaction, but due to a temporary disconnection from the restaurant's POS, the payment wasn't reflected on their POS, even though the transaction had produced a receipt. The waiter chased me out of the restaurant and brought me back in front of the other customers, with the embarrassing feeling of being treated as someone who hadn't paid. After half an hour, the owner, who had left, returned and let us go, promising a bank transfer for the balance if he could confirm the actual shortfall in his accounts. Only three days later did the owner contact me to confirm that everything was in order. Beyond this incident, I also found other aspects of the service questionable: we were served two portions of bread without having to pay; when we asked for a glass of wine, we weren't offered a choice, but the most expensive one was served directly—we realized this later because it was written on a blackboard; Furthermore, while we were waiting to pay, other customers received a complimentary liqueur from the house, while we received no attention whatsoever, not even after the inconvenience caused by the payment error. Technical errors can happen to anyone. What makes the difference is how they are handled. In this case, I felt a lack of attention towards us (perhaps because we had a discount on the app we had booked with?) and a lack of care in handling a particularly embarrassing situation. I definitely won't be returning.

15/05/2026: Superb dinner at Dai Saletta in Turin! My friends and I chose the tasting menu and left delighted: everything was truly delicious, mouth-watering. The dishes were carefully prepared, flavorful, and plentiful, each one better than the last. You can really taste the quality and passion they put into it. A special thanks also to the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful: we were so full we couldn't even stomach dessert anymore 🤣, and they prepared dessert for us to take away with truly rare kindness. A wonderful experience, absolutely recommended if you're in Turin.
