22/09/2024: Splendido ristorante con ampia terrazza. Abbiamo assaggiato piatti creativi e succulenti realizzati con mano impeccabile. A sorpresa, il piatto memorabile (che vale il viaggio) è stato un "semplice" Essenza di pomodoro. Superlativo. Pane, grissini, cracker e focaccia da primato. Servizio preciso e curato con Carta dei Vini pregevole e, soprattutto, con ricarichi microscopici. In uno stellato questo è un Bonus immenso. Ci torneremo a breve.

22/08/2024: Hemos visitado este restaurante varias veces durante nuestras vacaciones anuales en Italia. Cada vez nos sorprendió gratamente la excelente cocina. Una vez más, el chef Massimiliano Giovane ha sabido elaborar un menú exelente y equilibrado con sorprendentes combinaciones de sabores y productos excepcionalmente refinados. Cocinar a este nivel es un arte y requiere talento, perseverancia y un compromiso con la progresión continua en su profesión. El chef Massimiliano posee todas estas cualidades y sentimos que cada vez mejora con la edad. Por lo tanto, el premio Michelin es plenamente merecido. El restaurante también tiene una excelente carta de vinos curada por expertos por el sumiller Valentina. Todo esto junto con el servicio amable y profesional del personal, hizo para nosotros una noche perfecta. Conclusión: Ca' Vittoria definitivamente vale la pena el viaje. Marc V V

25/10/2024: Este restaurante se ha trasladado a una nueva ubicación en un edificio remodelado justo al sur de su sitio anterior, y todavía por el Bollente. El tono es mantel blanco, buena cristalería. El menú es innovador, las presentaciones interesantes, y los platos bien preparados. Por ejemplo, la sopa de hongos fresca incluía cuatro variedades, una de las cuales (pioppini) rara vez se ve en los menús locales, y el plato resultante era intensamente champiñón y rico. La extensa carta de vinos va más allá de Monferrato y Piemonte. El servicio fue rápido y profesional. Vale la pena visitarlo.

11/10/2024: Excellent piadineria, in a nice black and white cinema themed place (hence the name of the place). Wide choice of wraps with quality ingredients, beers and cocktails. Excellent service from the friendly and competent owners. Open for lunch and on special occasions for theme evenings.

17/11/2024: Locale accattivante dall’esterno tratta portate sia di pesce che di carne con una discreta qualità per quello che abbiamo provato. Avendo cenato nella cantina ristrutturata e’ opinione di tutti noi che a fine cena, in ogni caso, l’umidità si faceva sentire, non ci cenerei più.

24/11/2024: I must say that it was a wonderful culinary experience... We opted for the tasting menu... I often do it to better understand the chef's cuisine and imagination. I did very well...Each course was something unique...original and delicious. The basis is certainly typical Piedmontese cuisine but revisited and modernised. You could feel love and passion in every course... maybe even a bit of madness which made the dinner unforgettable... The service was impeccable... the location was very nice but I would have dimmed the lights... I would have added candles on the tables... not it would be bad to freshen up the walls..I found them a little dirty..For the rest, nothing to say...Congratulations..Highly recommended!

17/12/2024: Great find! If you want to taste excellent dishes based on well-selected meat, this is the right place! Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail, excellent service and a truly unique venue with a 1950s-style musical background, I think, very relaxing. If I really have to find a negative aspect I think it is the shift management, if you arrive to eat early, for 7.30pm you have the obligation to clear the table by 8.50pm. We were so happy that while chatting we didn't even notice the time and it was rightly pointed out to us. It is also made clear at the time of booking, so it is taken into account, the fact remains that you lose part of the relaxation and tranquility that you expect from a dinner out on a Saturday evening. The experience is recommended in any case!

16/11/2024: Unfortunately I would have liked to try this splendid place but we were not given the opportunity. We went 20 minutes before opening and were asked to come back at 6.30pm (opening time) even though there were already people inside (it seemed like friends of the owner). Once we returned at 6.35pm they told us that we couldn't sit because the place was fully booked for dinner... the conclusions are yours

La cucina è eccellente, tradizione e creatività sono in perfetta sintonia, la materia prima è di ottima qualità e sempre trattata con rispetto, per un piacere degli occhi e del palato. Il personale di sala è estremamente cortese e ti fa sentire sempre il benvenuto, per non parlare dei padroni di casa, cuochi sopraffini. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Bravi

From the rich and varied menu, the house specialties stand out, surprising even the most demanding palates. Friendly staff, excellent quality and fair prices: it's impossible not to return! Location piccola ma accogliente e ben curata; cibo superlativo preparato sul momento con materie prime di cui si percepisce l’ottima qualità. La cucina è a vista quindi si può ammirare la chef nella preparazione delle portate. Prezzo giusto. La titolare, nonché cuoca, è una persona davvero deliziosa. Complimenti!
