08/03/2025: An experience absolutely worth trying. The service was fun and engaging. The excellent food and atmosphere made us experience a wonderful evening.

05/03/2025: Remarkable! It was my first real starred one and I must say that the experience did not disappoint my expectations. The attention to detail in every aspect (from the format of the venue, to the music, to the presentation of the dishes) was truly appreciable. Each course managed to amaze me in some way: above all I liked the courage to propose even very strong flavors (my taste buds left there shaken but very satisfied). Perhaps the only weak dish for me was the dessert with radish, but maybe I didn't understand it, it could be okay. I don't give it full stars for 2 reasons: one of these is the price. On the website the tasting menu costs 30 euros less than what I paid for it. I know that eating at these levels is a luxury and that I still left satisfied, but I believe that transparency is important, even when we are talking about high figures. The second reason is the service, that is, I found a strange mix between the extreme formality (three of them bent down to pick up the scarf that fell to the floor as soon as we arrived) and the intimate and friendly atmosphere they wanted to create. I had a similar experience abroad where everyone ate at the same table (it wasn't a Michelin star but the level was still high) and I felt much more "slackish". Obviously they are two different experiences but still very similar in format, and in this case I felt a little uncomfortable. However, I would like to say that the boys gave their all, and that my modest opinion concerns precisely the "mood" to be pursued (for me it should be either totally formal or "shawl").

27/02/2025: We chose this place for a family dinner, we had wanted to try it for a long time. Very nice atmosphere, I would say almost romantic. The service and friendliness of the staff were also very good. Very interesting and different dishes from the usual, cooked well and with taste. Excellent desserts. Prices are in line with quality and service. I don't give five stars because it's clear that there are restaurants of a higher level, and at a much higher cost, however. I recommend it, try it!

02/02/2025: Tuvimos un delicioso almuerzo lleno en Miralanghe, escuchamos todo este ruido de la plaza, así que nos asomamos para ver si podíamos almorzar. Todas las mesas estaban llenas de familias italianas pasándolo en grande. Anna Lisa, la anfitriona / camarera, creó una mesa para mi marido y yo y era tan amable, dulce y eficiente. Tomamos el mejor tajarin con trufas blancas hecho por su marido, Maurizio, y comimos este plato en todo el Piamonte durante semanas. AnnaLisa y Maurizio son genuinamente los restauranteros más dulces que hemos conocido - - éramos extraños, pero nos fuimos con una botella de vino y mermeladas caseras! Cerraron durante varios días después de unas largas vacaciones ocupadas, así que no pudimos comer allí de nuevo. Dejamos unos bombones para despedirnos, y nos dieron otra botella de vino y un libro, Osterie della tradizione que tiene un artículo sobre su restaurante! AnnaLisa y Maurizo son el epítome de lo que es Italia - - - - buena gente, honesta, trabajadora y amable. ¡Por eso amamos el Piamonte y a sus habitantes y volvemos una y otra vez!

28/02/2025: Very nice and intimate place, lovely staff. The kitchen has a homely touch that makes it extremely comfortable, and the quality-price ratio is at the highest levels. We return and will return here every time we come up from Rome!

11/03/2025: Hi everyone, Exceptional restaurant. I would dare to define it as a pearl of the province of Alessandria. Excellent food and friendly, warm staff. And I can't help but mention the wonderful view from the terrace. Really beautiful. If you want to eat divinely and at a fair price, visit Olimpia. You won't regret it!

23/02/2025: I could say about the Fassona joke, excellent, or about the chestnut and Castelmagno tortelloni, delicate and tasty at the same time. I could talk about the intelligent, original wine list, with many local proposals but also open to other routes, but above all honest in prices. But the high rating is also due to the attention and care shown by the owner and the staff, kind without smudging, discreet without being aseptic, ready to make suggestions but available to accommodate requests. Thanks for the excellent lunch.

16/02/2025: Paniscia ottima, Rustia altrettanto, piatti abbondanti e la ragazza che ci ha serviti veramente brava. Solo un po' troppo lunghi i tempi di servizio, ma fa nulla, è domenica ce la prendiamo con comodo.

22/02/2025: I went with a friend, we wanted to have an aperitif but it ended at 8pm so we chose from the dinner menu. I won't quibble about the quality of the food (the cacio e pepe was very salty) the dishes were appreciable and served quickly but the quantities were of "novelle cusine" and not in line with the type of place which in theory should be a wine bar. The place was very noisy and unwelcoming also due to a table of rude people but the guys who were serving also due to their inexperience did not take matters into their own hands, I then went to ask if they could ask the neighboring table to do less of a "show". 1 first 1 starter 1 second 4 glasses of wine 1 dessert Total 65 euros Service: fast but superficial, you can see that the staff is not in the profession Food: sufficient but quantities need to be reviewed Cost: highly above average in relation to the type and location Environment: cold and coldly lit Personally I wouldn't recommend it, one of many and among other things expensive....

15/02/2025: Beautiful discovery. I will definitely recommend it. It is suitable for those who can't stand commercial places very much and are looking for niche places. The ossobuco agnolotti were sublime, and you could feel the quality in everything. Even in breadsticks. The waiters very kind and helpful.
