07/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during the truffle fair, with high expectations for the menu and location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed downstairs into a room where the tables were far too close together and overcrowded, right next to the kitchen entrance. We had hoped to enjoy the view from the upstairs. I had also asked about the option of a birthday cake, but the only option was to choose a dessert from the menu and add a chocolate message on the plate and a candle. I think that for this price range, this arrangement and the lack of the option to personalize a dessert are unacceptable.

11/05/2026: The food and the atmosphere are very good. However, the way guests are treated leaves much to be desired! After our visit, the owner accused us in a very rude tone of not showing up despite having a reservation!?! We then sent him photos of the food and even the bill, but we never received an apology for his inappropriate behavior. Mistakes can happen, but one should also have the decency to admit them.

20/04/2026: We returned to Alba this year and again to All'Osteria, which did not disappoint. Local dishes, excellent ingredients, well-cooked and beautifully presented. Portions are generous, and service is attentive and courteous. Prices are reasonable. The new location is larger, with outdoor space as well.

01/02/2026: Menu with three options: vegetarian, meat, or fish. The menu is essentially a selection of the three. The restaurant is small but well-maintained. We were a table divided between meat and vegetarian options. Delicious dishes and extremely courteous service. A small initial error on the menu was a plus, but it was remedied with great style. Wide selection of wines.

22/01/2026: Three themed menus (seafood, meat, and vegetarian) that you can also choose from off the menu. Perfect approach! Excellent preparation, as are the ingredients. Only the last time I was there on January 10th was very long (a Saturday night with the restaurant full, but there may have been technical issues in the kitchen). I'll definitely return to try the meat menu.

We left with something much rarer—the feeling of being treated like people, not just customers. The cuisine is authentic and carefully prepared, every dish has something positive to say. But what really struck us was something else. During the evening, an inconvenience arose. The way the owner handled it—with thoughtfulness and an unexpected gesture—left us speechless. Almost embarrassed, because today we're not accustomed to such humanity and kindness. In an age where the customer is often a mere number, here you sense that behind it there's someone who truly cares about what they do and whoever comes through their door. That's not learned professionalism—it's character. And that's a rare commodity. We'll be back soon...and no longer alone.

05/05/2026: The food was plentiful, and even though there's a fixed menu, they were willing to offer excellent alternatives. The ravioli al plin were delicious. The staff was courteous and friendly.

28/04/2026: We went to eat at Caminetto when all the other bars were closed for the low season. We had two sandwiches, a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate. The sandwiches were generously filled, and the hot chocolate was creamy and dense, probably the best in Sestriere. All at a great price, considering the bar is located in the center. The owner is very kind and friendly. He even brought water for our dog. Thank you so much!

28/05/2026: I stumbled upon this place almost by chance, recommended by a friend to whom I'd asked a seemingly simple question: "Can you recommend a good cocktail bar in Turin?" He sent me here. Porta Nuova area. From the outside, the place looks perfectly ordinary, almost innocent: a small terrace, about twenty seats, no fireworks, no signs that scream "we'll change your life in here." But instead. I walk in, and behind the bar I find a very friendly bartender, the kind you feel like you've known for years after three minutes, with a wall of bottles behind him that would make even a meeting of Scottish tasters seem sober. We start chatting. He shows me the menu, then very casually tells me he can build me a custom cocktail based on my tastes. Now, I don't know about you, but when someone says "tell me what you like and I'll take care of it," I usually expect either disappointment or a notary's bill. But here, magic happens. I tell him what I like, give him a few hints about my relationship with Negroni, and after a quarter of an hour, a customized version arrives in front of me that to call "good" would be offensive. It was a Negroni with a more defined personality than most people I know. All accompanied by top-quality cured meats and cheeses, not the usual "I'll put a couple of things on your plate so we can have an aperitif," but truly well-chosen products, served with care and without that air of a place that tries to seem more important than it is. I rarely write reviews, partly because I usually prefer to drink, eat, and keep quiet. But when a place surprises you like this, in the right way, I think it's right to say so. Highly recommended. Go in without expectations: the real risk is that you'll leave very happy.

17/05/2026: I went for dinner for a bachelorette party. We ordered pizza, which comes in several variations. The ingredients aren't numerous, but they're available in a variety of combinations. I didn't appreciate the spicy flavor on more than half the pizzas. The option of whole wheat dough in addition to the classic version was appreciated. The tiramisu was excellent, served in a generous portion. The service was impeccable, and the waiter at our table was kind, polite, and professional. I would have liked a less formal atmosphere. I don't think it's suitable for groups of friends looking for a carefree evening. Lastly, I'd like to point out the clean and tidy restrooms, which isn't a given. Free parking in the square is convenient. Reservations are required.

06/06/2026: In Turin for the "BOWIE, My Brother" exhibition, we stumbled upon this restaurant and went in without hesitation. We were welcomed into a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. The three of us sampled their offerings and discovered excellent dishes and authentic flavors. We paid a fair price and know that quality is worth a lot. We'll be back next time. Well done!
