05/10/2025: A young, attentive, and friendly restaurant run by a dedicated team, nothing fancy. A well-curated and varied wine list with brief but effective descriptions of each bottle and photos. Traditional and innovative dishes, never boring. It was a pleasant surprise, and we'll definitely be back.

18/06/2025: Great Bar Bookshop, fabulous staff, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful selection of books (with several gems worth discovering). It has an accessible entrance for those in wheelchairs :)
28/05/2025: I discovered by chance this pleasant café with an attached bookshop where you can buy books on lgbtq+ and social issues, since then I always come with friends as soon as I can.
In fact we had the opportunity to relax having a breakfast with chocolate muffins, pistachio cake, fruit juice and a glass of hot pink milk😋.
This place has effectively become one of my favourite places in Turin😊!!

12/10/2025: Excellent and beautifully presented land and sea dishes. The tempura octopus melts in your mouth. Exceptional desserts. Attentive service and a warm atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Glad we discovered it.
21/09/2025: Hidden among the cobbled streets of Dogliani, it welcomes you with a small opening in a historic wall, but as soon as you enter, everything becomes spacious and tastefully furnished.
The exhibitions of paintings dedicated to rock artists are also tasteful. The service is excellent and very professional.
I recommend the tasting menu for first-time visitors. The welcome dish is a must. Delicate appetizers, traditional first courses, and compliments on the rabbit for the second courses, but all with a Langhe soul.

White truffle dishes are available in season. A comprehensive and carefully selected wine list is available. Professional and very friendly service. Prices are moderate. Just minutes from the Ovada toll booth.
30/09/2025: We had a great time. We ate traditional yet innovative dishes. The tartare served on the bone was truly impressive; my son loved it so much he ordered seconds! The atmosphere was very refined and quiet. Wait times were reasonable, and the quality/price ratio was excellent.

I went to Camaleonte with my family and had a wonderful day.
The food is authentic, the restaurant is new and clean, and the wait staff and kitchen staff are professional and friendly. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses...all delicious!
Also, if you're looking for a trattoria where you can eat delicious porcini mushrooms, this is the place!
Everything was truly delicious. We'll be back.
12/10/2025: Truly, congratulations!!!! Everything was perfect: veal with tuna sauce and roast beef prepared according to Piedmontese tradition, the freshest mushrooms cooked to perfection. The spaghetti with calamari melted in our mouths. The chef, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, pampered us throughout the meal, personally coming out of the kitchen to explain the various courses and preparations. Highly recommended for both Piedmontese cuisine and fish dishes. We'll definitely be back!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The breakfast, freshly prepared in the room, was a wonderful experience, thanks in part to the fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The dinner at the restaurant deserves special mention, with excellent dishes at a fair price.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive.
We'll be back... recommended.

17/10/2025: A place where tranquility and quality food allow you to enjoy moments of fun and relaxation. The spaces are excellent for dinners with friends and family. I often go with my children in the summer. There's an outdoor area where they can play safely and we can continue dining without worries. Highly recommended.
13/10/2025: We've known this restaurant for years and have always had a great experience. So we chose them for our wedding reception, too, with a pizza round that was loved by all our guests. They helped make our day and our celebration just how we'd always imagined it.
Highly recommended!

An incredible culinary experience, both in textures and flavors, with perfect taste combinations.
All this with a very pleasant staff.
25/08/2025: I went to this restaurant last Sunday for my son's 18th birthday, as I wanted to give him his first experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Upon our arrival, the chef greeted us, and we exchanged a few words, immediately putting us at ease. When I explained the reason for our lunch, he showed us around the kitchen, and we took a few photos with the entire team. I assure you, as a father giving a gift to his son, I was truly moved, as it was
truly special for him. Once seated, we chose the full tasting menu and asked for a wine recommendation, which we really liked.
The bread and breadsticks, all of which were homemade, were fantastic. Shortly afterward, the team called us back to the kitchen, where they let us taste a dish they were testing for the new menu. It was a very unexpected and welcome experience.
It would take too many words to describe the dishes. Let's just say they were all delicious, an escalation of flavors and textures that were fun and captivating. During dinner, we discovered the chef's Torino loyalty; we were in Turin to watch Juventus. As I write this review, Torino has taken a resounding thrashing from Inter. I hope this honest review can ease their disappointment over the defeat.
Jokes aside, thank you so much for everything. I will recommend it, and if the opportunity arises, we will definitely return.
