I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Viterbo

04/08/2025: Sabato scorso sono stato in questa pizzeria con la mia compagna. Avevamo prenotato per le 21:15 ma, a causa del parcheggio, siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di ritardo. Nulla di drammatico, soprattutto considerando che davanti a noi c’erano altre tre coppie in attesa, tutte con prenotazioni alle 21:00, 21:15 e 21:30. Quindi no, non è stato il nostro ritardo a creare problemi ma la gestione delle prenotazioni semplicemente non funziona. Dopo aver aspettato in piedi fuori per mezz’ora buona, alle 22 passa una cameriera e ci chiede se nell’attesa vogliamo bere una birra. Accettiamo, pensando che fosse una gentilezza per scusarsi del disagio. Invece no. Più tardi ci accorgiamo che ce le hanno tranquillamente messe sul conto. Un gesto davvero poco elegante. Dentro, finalmente, ci sistemano. L’ambiente è carino, anche se l’attesa continua pure lì: lunghi tempi per ordinare e altrettanto lunghi per ricevere le pizze. Pizza discreta, ma nulla per cui tornerei apposta. Non è il ritardo ad avermi infastidito, in agosto, con il locale pieno, può starci. Ma il modo in cui è stato gestito tutto, no. Soprattutto il fatto di far pagare due birre offerte come se fossero un pensiero di cortesia. Non si tratta dei soldi, si tratta di rispetto. Dispiace dirlo, ma non ci tornerò.

08/06/2025: Excellent location 2 km from Soriano nel Cimino and 12 km from the Orte toll booth. Restaurant, hotel, excellent breakfast. Shaded areas, outdoor spaces. Close to Viterbo and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Rome. Kindness and welcome from the owners. Internal parking for cars

08/07/2025: The pizza is good and I must say that compared to many pizzerias it is also well topped. A small tip: I would have installed air conditioning because the room was really hot.

02/08/2025: We went for lunch, and the welcome was warm and attentive. The dishes were exquisite and carefully crafted, and the quality/price ratio was more than excellent. I highly recommend them!

30/07/2025: Everything was really delicious, the staff was young, friendly, and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but I find the cover charge a bit unreasonable: €3 per person seems excessive, especially considering there are no cloth tablecloths or special extras. For comparison, a liter of beer costs €6, a more than fair price. Other than that, the experience was more than positive: the restaurant is located at the foot of a wonderful village and is definitely worth a visit. I recommend it!

04/05/2025: I chose this structure because it is close to the Via Francigena and I liked the photos of the place, in fact when you arrive by bike it is very suggestive. The welcome was good and we immediately settled into the rooms and I was able to rest because I was very tired and the place is quiet. Dinner was as good as breakfast; the staff is kind and attentive to requests

20/06/2025: Durante una visita a Viterbo ci siamo fermati a mangiare a La Belloccia e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti! Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e con un’atmosfera familiare che mette subito a proprio agio. Il menù propone piatti della tradizione locale, cucinati con passione e ingredienti freschissimi. Abbiamo assaggiato i lombrichelli all’amatriciana e un cinghiale in umido davvero deliziosi. Porzioni abbondanti e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale gentile, attento e disponibile a consigliare con simpatia. Un’esperienza autentica che consigliamo a chi vuole scoprire i sapori veri della Tuscia. Torneremo sicuramente!

20/06/2025: Una cena all’insegna della convivualità tipica dei cimini. Funghi e carne sono il fiore all’occhiello del locale, pizza ottima. Terrazza estiva esperienza da provare, elude dal contesto tipico di un viterbesità trascorsa. Servizio ineccepibile, amichevole e disponibile per ogni evenienza. Difficilmente trascurabile se passate da queste zone.

13/07/2025: Disappointment. Terrible experience. Attracted by the positive reviews, we decided to go to this osteria for lunch, hoping to find typical home-cooked food. Cacio e pepe soaked in oil. Terrible rabbit. Beans straight out of the can. Meatballs, no comment. We strongly advise against it.

27/04/2025: Place recommended by Mrs Antonella who works at the car park next to the wonderful Villa Farnese. Friendly and welcoming staff, tasty food and family atmosphere. We couldn't have concluded the very interesting visit in a better way!

27/04/2025: Cortesia , garbo,bontà dei cibi ,musica in sottofondo lieve e distensiva.Un luogo dove pranzare in quel di Caprarola ,consigliato dalla signora Antonella addetta alla ricezione del parcheggio afferente Palazzo Farnese.Abbiamo sperimentato il sentirsi in un altrove gastronomico molto piacevole rispetto ai ristoranti accorsati e pubblicizzati ora in voga.Saporiti i ravioli fatti a mano ripieni di crema di castagne,gustoso il pesce di lago indorato e le patate al forno.Molto delicata la torta alle pere che ha terminato il pranzo.Lo consigliamo vivamente

14/06/2025: We arrived by bike and even though we hadn't booked they found us a place outside. The service is excellent, the young owners of the place are nice, friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent at a reasonable price. Highly recommended
