I celebrated my 80th birthday with a group of friends., ona Saturday night. The food was excellent, many dishes original and/or regional, the atmosphere very friendly and the management and staff very helpful indeed. HIghly recpommende for price and quality.

Nice and welcoming place, but the food did not meet expectations.
Medium quality cured meats, dry, and not worth the €18 for the platter.
Very doughy carbonara (egg pasta with egg?!?) and in the pappardelle with spinach, parmesan and bacon it almost seemed like there was cream (or some dairy product).
Dessert not very commentable because to cut it you needed an ax from what was frozen.
We hoped for better.

Very nice place where you can breathe a warm atmosphere. The dishes are good and with quality raw materials. I highly recommend the crostini with real toma and ravioletti with hazelnut cream and truffle.

It's what I wanted: a place on two levels, not excessively large, tastefully furnished, courteous staff, excellent cuisine... and not expensive either. We went for dinner two days in a row. Advise

Try the basket with pecorino fondue and poached egg as an appetizer, and the purple cabbage also on pecorino, space. For the second course we took the rabbit with chestnuts and bacon, good but the bacon wasn't very present (and not very crunchy) and it lost its plating. Excellent wine, Merlot and cabernet from Antica Cantina Leonardi 10 cum laude. The homemade wine donuts are also excellent.

We enjoyed our second visit here. They offer some innovative twists on traditional pasta dishes - very welcome compared to the standard 4-5 choices found at every other osteria. also interesting contorni, like a coddled egg cooked in a chicory cup.
Friendly service, good house wine, and reasonable price.

Un immense classique à Viterbo. Le week-end, pensez à réserver, ce que nous n’avons pas pu effectuer pour un deuxième passage pour une raison que nous ignorons. Des produits typiques et de la cuisine typique. Excellents vins.
