A delightful restaurant in beautiful Viterbo. The owner is incredibly kind and gave us helpful advice on both the wine selection and the food pairings. The dishes are high-quality, with excellent ingredients and traditional recipes. The only downside is the somewhat slow service. Highly recommended!
