A truly charming, quiet trattoria with very welcoming staff offering traditional local dishes and specialty items. From appetizers to desserts, all the ingredients are top-quality and will make you want to move on to the next course. I highly recommend it!

A place I discovered by chance where I had a good lunch last year. Reasonable prices. The lady and staff are kind and friendly, the trattoria is simple and charming, and the food is very good. I hope to return soon. The place is a bit hidden, but highly recommended. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area again.

Pizzeria Le Duchesse

05/07/2026: Good pizza, fried food too (but the supplì was too spicy for my taste and the chips were a little salty), standard price, service a little slow
14/06/2026: Pizza-wise, one of the best pizzerias in Viterbo! It certainly belongs to a genre: this pizza has a mixed dough, very thin, almost biscuit-like, pressed by machine, and highly digestible. Roman style, not Neapolitan! I loved the one with anchovies, zucchini flowers, and stracciatella. We came here one evening on the weekend for dinner and were able to park conveniently nearby, find a table in their enclosed outdoor seating area, and enjoy the evening! Special thanks to the two waitresses who ran like foxes the whole evening without missing a thing and always with a smile on their faces! Well done, girls :)

La Locanda Del Principe

08/07/2026: We went to the restaurant where we had a decent meal: the house appetizer (good), two pizzas (good), and two desserts (decent). The staff is friendly, but the service leaves a little to be desired. Will we return? There were two of us, and we spent €46, which I'd say was acceptable.
