La Valle Del Burano In Vetralla

We had dinner yesterday, and as promised, I'm writing this review. The food, table service, cleanliness, and professionalism of the staff were all excellent. The prices were the same as everything else. Yesterday was Thursday, and despite that, it was still very busy. A clear sign that this review is genuine. Highly recommended, and don't forget to book!

A restaurant nestled in the greenery, on the border between Vetralla and the forest. The place is well-kept, rustic, and has ample parking. The cuisine is homemade and rooted in Roman tradition. The meat appetizer for two was very good. More than the cured meats (good, as were the pickles and cheeses), I especially appreciated the hot dishes, especially the lamb offal. We then ordered two mixed grills, which we appreciated not only for their quality but also for their cooking. Truly excellent! The fries were good, and the portions were generous. The desserts were also very good. The service was quick and friendly. The prices were fair.

We come here periodically with friends and relatives for someone's birthday, and I have to say that this last visit was very disappointing, especially regarding the service, which was very slow. We arrived at 1.15pm and the starter was served at 1.45pm, and the first course an hour and a half later, which made us give up on ordering the second course. It's a shame because the food is very good.

We came for lunch with the family on the recommendation of my colleague Giuseppe, originally from Vetralla. Excellent value for money, with a wide variety of dishes, all delicious and of a good standard. The appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables was delicious, as was the lombrichelli alla amatriciana, the lamb cacciatore style was surprising, and the side dishes included vegetables, chicory, and broccoli, both sautéed and well-prepared. The house red was also acceptable. Keep up the good work.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant/pizzeria in the area! The location is welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm rather than the frenetic pace typical of many other places. Another difference: the tables are well-spaced, so there's plenty of privacy (whereas in places where the tables are practically crammed together, everyone can hear everyone else's conversations). The staff is friendly, but above all, the pizza and seafood menu are excellent, easy to digest, and the portions are more than adequate. The value for money seems excellent, the fish is always fresh and delicious, and the pizza is a guarantee! Excellent! I've also brought my family and my partner's family here; they were all satisfied, and we all prefer this restaurant/pizzeria when we want to be sure of quality.

Generous portions and reasonable prices, a little noisy inside, voices echo, definitely better outside in the summer

Beautiful and evocative place, quiet atmosphere, excellent food and friendly staff... The prices for all this are also low.

The pizza was good and large but the wait was excessively long despite it being a weekday and the place not being crowded.
