The questions above are out of place for a monastery, it's not a hotel, a bar etc. In my opinion these surveys made like this don't make sense.

It was full when we arrived and so line or anything to suggest how to get a table, just a crown of people outside. Thought it was correct to stand by the front, but after 20 min, we stopped a waiter who put us on a list. A waiter should’ve stopped us before when walking past us multiple times while we waited. Also the service fee was pretty expensive. Pizza was ok.

Truly large pizzas, served on two separate plates, given their size. They feature a very thin and crispy crust. The beer selection is also excellent, with several labels to choose from. The staff is courteous, fast, and friendly, making the experience enjoyable in every way. The atmosphere is fun and comfortable, both inside and out, perfect for an evening with friends. Recommended for those seeking quality and a casual yet refined atmosphere.

Attracted by the photos and reviews, we decided to try the pizza.
MONASTERO is absolutely fantastic. The two-flavored jumbo pizzas are delicious. Kudos to the service, even though the place was packed, and for respecting the waiting times we were told.
We definitely want to return and try other flavors.

This is an absolute must when in Viterbo: a real institution. I came back to Pizzeria Il Monastero after more than twenty years and was pleasantly surprised to notice that nothing has changed of the great Pizzeria I used to love when I lived there. Pizzas are thin, crunchy and huge, served on two plates. You can order two halves of different types, so in fact you get two delicious pizzas at the price of one :) By the way, prices didn't change much in the last twenty years either. Only, please be smart and avoid rush hours because the place gets very busy then.

Recommended. It's easier to find a table during the week, but on weekends you'll have to wait. The pizza is excellent.
