05/03/2026: Curious based on the various testimonials from friends and acquaintances, we finally took advantage of their services. The St. Joseph's cream puff was excellent, fried just right and bursting with real cream. I say real because making cream puffs with custard or Chantilly cream is a complete slap in the face. Then a delicious dark chocolate brightened up the afternoon. I highly recommend this pastry shop.

24/11/2025: Excellent overall. The pastries are very good. The prosciutto and stracciatella pinsa is truly light and succulent. The staff are very polite and helpful. The prices are excellent.

19/03/2026: Nice tourist spot very close to the lake, friendly and helpful staff. I recommend it.

07/01/2026: I discovered this lovely place during a lunch organized by a senior center. The young staff welcomed us wonderfully and, with equally professionalism, assisted and pampered us throughout the meal. The dishes were all very good and the portions were generous. Highly recommended!!!!

24/12/2025: I was pleasantly surprised by this lovely place, and I'll try to explain why, also to justify the 5 stars I gave in all areas (which may seem discrediting). It's a young place run by young and very young people, but they're very well-prepared and friendly. 1) FOOD: The food is fast food-style, but of much higher quality, in my opinion, than that of the usual chains: very tasty and well-seasoned smash burgers, light and digestible bread, well-matched and not at all heavy condiments. The same can be said for the meats. The fries are expertly made, cut into wedges and cooked in fresh oil, as you can see from the photos, enhancing their flavor and making them very light. In short, you might expect the food to be poor quality from an all-you-can-eat restaurant, but it wasn't at all. So much so that despite having ordered a lot, I left feeling full but not weighed down. 2) SERVICE: The table contained REAL cutlery (knife and fork) and more than enough paper napkins, and there were 3-4 packets of ketchup and 3-4 packets of mayonnaise, whereas these are usually requested after the first one and may be charged. I was greeted by a very young, kind and knowledgeable waitress who immediately seated me. The other young waiters were also all quick, kind, and knowledgeable; the service was very fast and the dishes arrived promptly, despite there being a lot of customers. I immediately asked for A.Y.C.E. since I knew about it, and I must say that it was a free A.Y.C.E. and not "discouraged" in any way (waiting so many minutes between orders, staff somehow making you feel burdened by the numerous orders, etc.) 3) ATMOSPHERE: very pleasant and youthful, I really appreciated it even though I'm no longer young. There was more than enough space between the tables, and after I left, a quiz began that everyone could participate in. You might be wondering: "Is it possible you couldn't find a single flaw?" Yes, there was one flaw, alas, and a "serious" one at that: there was no soap in the bathroom, so I had to go into the disabled restroom for a moment to wash my hands (hahahaha). Seriously, I couldn't find anything else. Speaking of the bathrooms, they were new, clean, and well-equipped, as you can see from the photos. I'm also attaching the receipt certifying compliance with the stated conditions: €19.50 + drinks. In short, I sincerely and enthusiastically recommend it, especially because it encourages initiatives undertaken by young people who want to consciously engage in work.

29/11/2025: A charming place with a lovely spa where very competent staff pampers you. I recommend the massages and the spa, it's wonderful.

13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta. Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night. The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent. The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy. No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!

05/02/2026: A stop at the Ferriera is a must at least once a year. This year we stopped for dinner after the spa for my daughter's birthday and... they organized a special, unexpected, and very warm dessert moment. We'll be happy to return. P.S.: the pizza and fried foods are unbeatable ❤️ Thanks guys!

07/02/2026: I had a cured meats and cheese appetizer, which was very good. The roast suckling pig was excellent, as were the baked potatoes. The wait staff was quick, attentive, and very courteous.

19/11/2025: There were two of us out on our motorcycles. We called, and they checked before offering availability. It's traditional home cooking that emphasizes quality and flavor. The menu is limited because, I asked, it depends on the ingredients available, and the restaurant can't accommodate many people. Its location feels like a step back in time, and for me, with my mother's family from the Viterbo area and great cooks, it feels like a step back in time to flavors that have almost disappeared. The person serving is also the manager (perhaps the owner?) and is very kind in providing information. Excellent value for money.

17/10/2025: We booked this restaurant for a weekend in May, and upon our arrival, a waiter of about fifty greeted us, immediately telling us: "Hey, it's full...you'll have to wait outside." When we complained that we had booked, the waiter reiterated: "You'll have to wait outside, there's a line." Finally, another waiter arrived and seated us. As for dinner, I can't say it was any better... I understand that everything has gone up, starting with the bread, but the price of the main courses has increased despite the reduced quantity of food, while the cover charge is €2 per person. We don't recommend it.

13/10/2025: Rustic and well-kept atmosphere, good service, excellent spaghetti carbonara, good and creamy lemon sorbet, shame about the veal cutlet which was a bit calloused.

14/03/2026: Great parking. Friends are stopping by. 10€ LKW. Payment at the restaurant. You can buy dinner with this voucher. Shower 4€

27/02/2026: Excellent location, just off the highway. Huge parking lot for trucks and cars, adjacent to the INS supermarket, Superior Chinese, and OVS. The food is plentiful, freshly cooked. There's always a wait for the pasta, but the portions are generous but adequate. The drivers' set menu offers a variety of first, second, and side dishes. Alternatively, there's an à la carte menu. Quick and polite staff. Excellent stop.

06/01/2026: A fantastic pre-Christmas evening with the kids. Santa Claus brightened up the evening, and it was already a taste of New Year's Eve. Too crowded, too hot, and the service was a bit hectic and confusing, with the kids busy with other things. But the staff were really good, and the pizza was excellent.

13/12/2025: Nice place, but the road leading to it and the parking lot are full of deep potholes. The service leaves much to be desired. There were eight of us with a round-cut menu with appetizer, and they only brought one appetizer. We waited 40 minutes for the other seven appetizers and another 40 minutes for the cut steaks. Furthermore, after the first three cut steaks, the waitress came to ask us if we wanted more because they were closing the kitchen, as if we, the customers, were to blame for the delay. Meat is neither praiseworthy nor infamous.
