20/03/2026: As soon as we entered, the charming Alessandra greeted us and seated us, bringing us a fantastic bruschetta. The first course was homemade tagliatelle topped with artichokes and crispy pancetta, while the second course was excellent, slightly spicy coratella (veal giblets) and potatoes with mushrooms. Simple style, home-cooked food, generous portions. Kudos to Cristiano, too. If I'm ever in the area, I'd definitely stop by.

08/06/2026: Truly enchanting little place! The best on the shore of Lake Bolsena! It's located right on the edge of the lake. I love its softly colored tables, the bright lights, and the breathtaking view 😍 especially at sunset 🧡 The quality of the food is excellent 😋 and the owners are truly brilliant! The menu always manages to surprise you! Especially if you're from Terni like me and find the best "Gnocchetti alla collescipolana" in the world! 😙 The lake specialties are also delicious! 07/06/2026: Delicious food at reasonable prices. Attentive, friendly staff and right on the lake. The owner came to us with the menu board, explained the dishes, and helped us choose. We highly recommend the fish specialties. The eggplant with buffalo mozzarella as a starter was also excellent. Everything was presented very attractively. A wonderful atmosphere at sunset. We arrived early in the evening and got a table without a reservation. However, several tables were reserved, so if you plan to come here during peak season, it's advisable to make a reservation.

07/06/2026: A restaurant in the shadow of the Papal Palace...a beautiful, characteristic location! Had dinner outdoors with friends, a pleasant evening. Pizza.....excellent, truly delicious, the menu change was welcomed with a smile. The bill was no surprises.....

01/05/2026: Intrigued by some negative reviews, my friend and I decided to try this place ourselves during our visit to Tarquinia. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere was immediately welcoming and meticulously curated: the decor is splendid, and the wine display areas are truly enchanting. The exposed stone walls give the place a unique character. We were greeted by the owners with extreme kindness; they seated us without pressuring us, respecting our time to order. Despite the extensive wine selection, since we had to drive, we opted for an excellent Primitivo by the glass. The dishes are presented in an original way, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. The service was impeccable, making the evening pleasant and enjoyable. The quality/price ratio is absolutely in line with the culinary offerings. A special thank you and many congratulations on your firstborn!

17/04/2026: Excellent restaurant, the meat was truly top-notch, the owner was kind and helpful. Perhaps it was low season or bad weather, but there were only a few customers, which made the dinner absolutely perfect. The silence around us was rare these days. The prices were fair for the quality of the meat.

03/06/2026: Excellent restaurant, with a welcoming reception, kind and attentive staff, the food is produced by them maintaining the ancient Italian cuisine that should never be lost.... I recommend it with my eyes closed because it seems that grandmother cooked with her recipe book passed down from generation to generation, her exquisite pappardelle with hare and gnocchi with truffle as well as her local platters of products made by them, come and visit them, it will be a unique experience.
