13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta. Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night. The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent. The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy. No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!

27/05/2026: Excellent incredibly thin pizza, great choice of toppings and types. Friendly quick service, with on street tables. Tiramisu was good too. Highly recommended, so good first time that I had to return, it didn't disappoint!

22/05/2026: The pizzeria was recommended to us – and we weren't disappointed. Delicious pizza with a paper-thin, crispy crust and fresh ingredients. Friendly service and a cozy, typically Italian atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this restaurant!

04/03/2026: Everything is always good, quiet place, nice outdoor parking, wheelchair accessible as in the restaurant, I recommend going there, the staff is knowledgeable, plenty of seating, you can vary from fried foods, pizza, sandwiches, etc..., also excellent for birthday parties or similar special events, the cost is not excessive, average, obviously always based on how hungry you are❗

16/04/2026: Excellent welcome. On Easter Monday, when there was no availability, the owner "invented" a fabulous table in the garden under an olive tree in just a few minutes. The food was excellent. Generous portions and fair prices. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: The place is a bit basic and doesn't have much parking, but it's quite large inside with plenty of seating. The piadinas are varied and delicious, filled with quality ingredients. Prices are average. If you need a quick snack, it's perfect. They also have excellent sweet piadinas.

07/06/2026: The piadina has a dough that almost resembles puff pastry. It's pleasant and large. The spaces could be more organized and well-organized.

08/05/2026: We booked a table for two for our wedding anniversary. We were absolutely not told that there would be a celebration and therefore it was total chaos with music at full blast, a non-existent dessert trolley, very ordinary bottles at stratospheric prices... A menu that can be found in any other location but especially on the seafront, nothing special, dinner price ratio, a complete failure.

21/04/2026: Apparently, the chain has moved from Piazza G. Fabrizio 13 to number 14. Two portions of tagliatelle in a cardboard box + coppertos! €23. Lukewarm. I've been traveling in Italy for many years, and this was the worst rip-off ever—and not in Venice, but in sleepy Aquapendente.

04/06/2026: A truly enchanting venue, carved into the rock and enriched by charming cellars that create a romantic, elegant atmosphere, with meticulous attention to detail. We were welcomed by the owner, an extremely professional, helpful, and passionate person, capable of making guests feel immediately at ease. The service was impeccable: attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt, always discreet. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every course. The appetizers, featuring select, excellent-quality cured meats, accompanied by flavorful, expertly prepared crostini, were a wonderful start. The tagliata al tartufo was extraordinary: tender meat, cooked perfectly rare and literally melting in the mouth, enhanced by the intense aroma of truffle. The desserts also confirmed the high quality of the cuisine: the chocolate cake with a warm center, accompanied by delicate vanilla ice cream, was the perfect ending to an excellent dinner. An experience that combines quality ingredients, attention to detail, professionalism, and a genuine passion for catering. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

02/06/2026: Dinner in a former peperino quarry. A cool and scenic setting. Dishes made with seasonal ingredients. Everything was excellent, from the fava bean soufflé to the sliced ​​steak with hazelnuts and lard. We'll definitely return.
