A lovely restaurant in the center of Viterbo where you can enjoy traditional dishes like fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, pappardelle with ragù, and more imaginative dishes like gnocchi with gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms. The sirloin with lard is delicious. The cured meats and supplì appetizers are also delicious. The setting, converted from an old olive oil mill, is charming, with models of Santa Rosa machines. Friendly and attentive service.

Excellent location, the exterior could be improved, but the interior is welcoming. The service is attentive, the pizzas are very good, and the tripe is equally good. I found the mint a bit too much, but that's a matter of personal preference.

A welcoming and pleasant place, beneath the walls of the Papal Palace.
Ample free municipal parking is available.
The dishes are beautifully presented and the quality of the ingredients is excellent.

Despite the negative reviews, we had a great time. The pizza was excellent, the service was friendly and fast, and the price was reasonable.
