Super-fresh ingredients, carefully crafted dishes, and authentic flavors (the seafood ravioli are a must-try). Attentive and professional service, elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.

02/05/2026: Great place for a lakeside breakfast, very competitively priced for a lakeside location.
I'm surprised that some prices are so much lower than those found in other bars.
13/04/2026: We stayed in Marta for two days, and Salotto 44 was our go-to place for aperitifs and breakfasts. The young staff were knowledgeable, very friendly, and always smiling. They also had a nice and good selection of gin. We really enjoyed our stay!

31/05/2026: Six of us arrived late at night, and even though there were still many customers in the restaurant, they found us a table right away.
Excellent and fast service, especially friendly and attentive.
We had pizza with a bruschetta appetizer and supplì (rice balls), followed by dessert.
Everything was very good.
We had a great time.
Excellent quality and price. 👍

26/04/2026: The owner isn't very friendly. She seems confused, as if she thinks she's selling cigarettes and not food?! Customer service is just as important as good food. So, the food is average and the service is very poor.

11/04/2026: Easter Monday lunch with friends. Menu: sliced cheesecake, capocollo, fridge-cold hard-boiled egg with two sauces, pici with herb pesto, mixed roast, citrus sorbet. Drinks and coffee not included, €39. I got all-you-can-eat cheesecake, a slice of capocollo, no egg. The pici were bland; the pesto had tons of blended parsley. The roast included chicken wings (undercooked because they arrived raw), breast, and pieces of steak. The sorbet was a safe bet, and was very good.
05/04/2026: We discovered Pulicaro on Ecobnb and decided to book an Easter stay at this agriturismo, impressed by their values and philosophy. Everything lived up to our expectations! Pulicaro is a beautiful stone farmhouse managed with care and love by Chiara, Marco, and all the staff. It's an ideal place to stay, recharge, and sample traditional local cuisine, often made with products from their farm!
The agriturismo's location is also on the border between Lazio, Umbria, and Tuscany. It's a great base for exploring Tuscia.
Excellent value for money!
A wonderful experience, highly recommended.

29/03/2026: A shop specializing in Viterbo food near the Duomo, in the heart of the historic center. We wandered in with curiosity and were immediately met with kindness and hospitality. For a quick lunch break, we indulged in the porchetta sandwich, strictly from Viterbo: in a word, it's spectacular.
In the shop, the shelves and display case of cured meats and cheeses offer an excellent selection of delicacies, which we took home, even vacuum-packed.
Sincere advice: coming to Viterbo without stopping by ViterboMia is a crime!
21/03/2026: The staff is incredibly kind, they help you understand and explain. Among other things, I bought some white truffles that I'll enjoy at dinner with my wife... Highly recommended!

09/01/2026: A beautiful church, inside is a triptych of Christ the Savior between Saint John and the Madonna. A kind lady told me that every second Sunday in May, the discovery of the body, found in a field where it had been buried in period costumes, is commemorated.

22/04/2026: Historic pizzeria, elegant atmosphere, excellent pizza with simple yet tasty ingredients. The pizza is thin and crispy, but you can also choose from a thick crust. A variety of beers and wine are available. We didn't order dessert, but it looked very tempting.

08/05/2026: Excellent typical and traditional cuisine, we use it for lunches with colleagues, the only flaw is the lack of windows, if you want to eat something home-made you can't miss it, better local red wine.

The welcome is the only thing I'd perhaps save, but the service, food, and hygiene, for goodness sake.

19/08/2025: We went for dinner one evening on the recommendation of our friend Moira. We had a wonderful time, dining al fresco on a large veranda. The fish was incredibly fresh and the portions generous. The fried food was spectacular, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
We'll be back.
