I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Roma

20/08/2023: Spinti dalle buone recensioni e dalle foto online abbiamo deciso di fermarci in questo ristorantino per il pranzo a Nemi. Nulla da dire sul personale e il servizio davvero ottimo e cordiale. Per quanto riguarda i piatti devo ammettere che ci aspettavamo di più. Gli antipasti in particolare non sono stati esattamente come immaginavamo. Il conto leggermente più alto della media ma di questo ne eravamo consapevoli.

01/08/2023: Grazioso locale, posto all'inizio del Borgo, con saletta interna e alcuni tavolini all'esterno. Sala accogliente, personale gentilissimo e servizio attento. Piatti gustosi, dalle ottime materie prime e ben preparati. Noi adoriamo il Tagliere Grani, con tantissimi salumi e formaggi davvero buonissimi, ma è tutto ottimo...Da provare e tornare!!

22/02/2025: La deliziosa cameriera ci ha consigliato di puntare tutto sulle Millefoglie di porchetta ed è stata una scelta vincente! Notevoli la versione fredda con verdure grigliate e quella con bufala e cipolla caramellata, ottima anche la versione calda con cicoria e provola. Buona la malvasia della casa. Consigliatissimo!

10/01/2025: Ero stata in questa fraschetta con la mia famiglia precedentemente, e essendomi trovata bene ho deciso di tornare con degli amici. Siamo stati a cena e abbiamo provato i millefoglie, buonissimi. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Il proprietario, che è stato in quell'occasione anche il nostro cameriere, è stato molto gentile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

14/01/2024: Pessimo! Il signore alla cassa è di una scortesia disarmante. Ha iniziato ad inveire semplicemente perché ho chiesto di pagare con la carta piuttosto che con i contanti

03/09/2023: Ci siamo fermati più volte per la colazione ma soprattutto per un pranzo veloce gustando gli ottimi e originali tramezzini offerti da questo bar. Consigliato!

30/03/2025: Sempre stata Una pasticceria deliziosa. Peccato che non fanno più il profitterol O il tiramisù mono porzione. Andavo lì spesso per questo ma non ci sono più. Peccato. Biscotti freschi e molto buoni.

03/12/2024: Pensa em um ambiente perfeito, funcionarios atenciosos, simpaticos, acolhedores. Vou deixar meu agradecimento ao Giulio e Francesco, pessoas adoraveis. A comida é muito boa, saborosa, deliciosa. Melhor restaurante que eu comi em Roma.

01/07/2025: The photo does not correspond to the current location, inside the Rectorate of Roma Tre, in Via Ostiense. There are books for all tastes and it is possible to order those that you do not find on site. The managers are extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I recommend a visit

05/10/2023: First of all, I would like to point out that the name (at least for three years now) is EDERA FOOD HUB. We were there for the first time about three years ago and were very satisfied but, since it is totally out of the area for us, we never went back until last Sunday. The food is excellent, with some particular dishes such as courgette flowers "my way" which are filled with ricotta and crispy bacon and some additions that were not on the last menu (baked shank). The price is not cheap but it might not be a problem if there weren't some flaws in the place that make you look at the final bill with less than benevolent eyes. The chairs are ruined, the plates defective (I asked for one of the children's plates to be changed because a piece was missing) and everything has a patina of neglect. Come on, it just takes a little more care to bring the place back to the level of the cuisine served!

19/07/2023: Chairs that are falling apart, plates that are chipped, wallpapers that are peeling, clash with the rather high prices and with a less than impeccable cuisine (very salty chicken, raw ravioli) and with the style that the place would like to give itself. I wouldn't go back
