26/03/2025: Il ristorante Cavallino Rosso, situato nel cuore di Tivoli, è una vera gemma culinaria che sorprende piacevolmente i suoi ospiti. Nonostante l’aspetto esterno possa sembrare modesto, l’esperienza gastronomica offerta è di altissimo livello. La cucina di mare è il fiore all’occhiello del locale, con piatti a base di pesce freschissimo e di qualità eccellente, preparati con maestria dallo chef Simone Martorana.

09/03/2025: La pizza migliore del mondo! Le recensioni negative che leggo non sono affatto veritiere! E’ più costoso rispetto allo standard ma la qualità dei prodotti è talmente elevata che giustifica il prezzo!

29/07/2025: Absolutely amazing restaurant and foot is unreal. Such an amazing service from all of the staff after I took unwell abruptly - they were quick and attentive and really helped as much as they could. Can’t fault the food, atmosphere or service, all amazing!!

30/03/2025: Went for a quick lunch (even if the service didn't make it so) for the first time today. Prices for two main courses and side dishes were a little higher than average, but still acceptable. We just made the mistake of asking for what they called a "small" platter of prosciutto for one person as an appetizer. When we got the bill, we discovered that the "small platter," which weighed a maximum of 60-70 grams, cost only 14 euros! Eating at a diner, no matter how high-quality, you certainly don't expect these prices, especially since, for some reason, they're not listed on the menu. It's okay to be ripped off, but this is a bit much... right?

18/04/2025: Un établissement (la responsable pour être précis) qui refuse l’accès aux toilettes à une femme enceinte …. Tout est dit ! À éviter ne serait ce que pour ce manque «d’empathie et de bienveillance » limite indigne !

31/03/2025: Abbiamo soggiornato per tre giorni all'hotel La Pineta e una sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante Il Focolare dei cinque sensi: nulla da invidiare alle osterie di Trastevere. Piatti curati e molto buoni. Prezzo leggermente più alto dela media di Trastevere.
