06/07/2025: Slow service, very slow indeed, as soon as we arrived, menus and drinks were served after half an hour, despite several reminders the meals arrived after about 1 hour and 40 minutes... I won't add the temperature in the internal room... Bye Bye and adios

09/05/2025: Terrible experience! filled the cart and arrived at the checkout to pay, I heard the cashier sitting there not giving a damn tell me that only the self-checkouts were available, which were also overcrowded! I would like to point out that to be fair they should at least communicate this at the entrance, so that one can decide whether to make purchases or not, I personally prefer to be served, first of all because I pay!!! and then self checkouts do not offer any kind of advantage to the customer, but it is just a way for companies to reduce staff and increase profits. The convenience, however, is that they give those who are in a hurry and don't want to queue at the self-checkouts the opportunity to leave their trolley there, even if it's full, and leave without any problems, because the kind and friendly cashiers will take care of putting everything back in their place. In this supermarket? never again!!! Thank you

10/07/2025: Fresh tramezzini, slightly dated atmosphere The tramezzini are truly delicious and incredibly fresh, a true pleasure for the palate. The restaurant offers numerous comfortable tables along Via dei Condotti, although the red velvet armchairs, more suited to a period living room than an outdoor space, feel a bit out of place and could use a good makeover.

09/07/2025: Didn’t eat here. Had a couple of late afternoon drinks and just loved it. Service was excellent and made the visit.

29/06/2025: One star because it is not allowed to give zero. Unfortunately, an experience that never started, certainly not because of the customer. I would like to point out that, while we were out for a walk in Frascati, we were looking for a restaurant that offered typical Roman pizza and our attention fell on Pinocchio, despite the not too positive reviews, directed by some of my family members who had served us years ago. Let's start with the fact that there is no telephone number to contact the restaurant; we went there in person at 8:15 pm, and asked the person who seemed to us to be the owner (or manager) if we could book for 9:00 pm, which was not granted because, according to him, he could not guarantee us the availability of the table. After taking a short walk, we decided to trust the restaurant again: we went to the entrance and, patiently, we waited. The waiters (young guys) didn't even bother asking us a question, also because they were busy with work (perhaps the amount is too much for just two guys); the owner (or manager), who came out, gave a condescending look, telling one of the waiters that we needed a table, however when two other couples arrived he made us step over, without a reason. After waiting for more than a quarter of an hour standing, we opted for other shores... I invite the owner/manager, as well as all the staff, to carefully reread and reflect on the phrase uttered by the Talking Cricket to Pinocchio that has the conscience as its object, to improve the offer of this historic place.

22/06/2025: Spectacular pizza, one of the best pizzas I've eaten in recent years!

09/07/2025: I went to this store to purchase buffalo mozzarella and subsequently asked for storage instructions (they recommended keeping it at room temperature until opened, then refrigerated). Just one day after purchasing it, and having followed the instructions, the mozzarella was inedible, having formed air bubbles inside and turned sour. Considering the high cost of the product, such poor quality is unacceptable. Never again.

20/06/2025: Inedible morsels, unpleasant smell. Total disappointment We bought the mozzarella morsels "La Contadina" at this store, but the experience was terrible. Opened the day after purchase, they were mushy, with a soft consistency and a very unpleasant smell, bordering on nauseating. Clearly they were not fresh. Be careful with storage! I strongly advise against this store!

12/07/2025: I ordered an entrecote. Medium rare. Perfectly cooked but inedible. Very poor quality with four pieces of potato next to it. No bread whatsoever. Near me were really low-quality hamburgers or chicken sandwiches. You can't come here to eat. Plus, tons of wasps.

12/07/2025: A modern, welcoming venue with plenty of outdoor seating. Ideal for aperitifs, aperitifs, and dinner. The menu offers a bit of everything, including elaborate dishes made with carefully selected ingredients. I've been here several times and the atmosphere is pleasant, the food is good, and the prices are fair.

17/03/2025: Art Pizza's pizza is very good, well seasoned with excellent, fresh ingredients and, above all, very digestible! I would say that it tends more towards the type of Roman pizza, soft and with a fragrant side dish, as we like it.. We have been using them for several years and the service is also very appreciable for its kindness and punctuality. Even the fried foods, in particular the supplì, are very good and fragrant. I recommend it to everyone for its variety and authenticity.

06/07/2025: First time for us in this place even though we are from the area. We wanted to try it because we were intrigued by the new location which is actually very nice and well-kept. The staff sat us down and shortly after we ordered. Not all the dishes on the menu were available, at least the fish ones. We ordered 2 sets of appetizers which included octopus salad and cuttlefish salad and a mussel soute, then a sea bass in a potato and almond crust and a first course with pistachio pesto and octopus. The appetizers took almost an hour to arrive, even the seafood salads and when they arrived they were full of seed oil which made us think of a ready-made product, something later denied by the waitress. These appetizers were not to our liking. After these appetizers came the mussels which were good; but the real revelation was my husband's first course and my sea bass, a triumph of flavor. Both dishes were tasty and plentiful and given the first appetizers and the long wait we did not expect to end our dinner so well. The service was very long, but in the end we had a nice evening. The restaurant also accepts four-legged friends and this is an added value. The prices are excellent for the quality offered. The service needs to be improved due to the long wait and for us the "cold fish appetizers" need to be reviewed.

05/07/2025: Good evening. I read some reviews that are unfortunately not true because the food is always fresh and the pizza is very good because it is made with good flours and cooked in a wood oven, all visible to the customer, so they cannot be frozen. As for the choice of wines, beers and prosecco, there is everything and it is also served cold. I leave my review at the highest level of positivity and invite you to go because there is also a beautiful fresh garden.

28/06/2025: We had dinner last night in this place, after sitting down the waiter wants to offer us appetizers and first course, but given the late hour we decide to take only some pizzas and a portion of chips, the horrible pizzas arrive the frozen ones are better the cold and badly cooked chips the water arrives in bottles for domestic use, the bill was really a return to the 90s written like that in pen without understanding what and how much we are paying. Read the reviews it is important especially for those who are passing through and do not know the places

28/06/2025: I returned after years to this beautiful town and to the same restaurant where I was welcomed by the owner, who served plenty of food at reasonable prices and knew how to create a pleasant atmosphere. However, this time the place was devoid of atmosphere and unpleasant. The appetizers of the two previous years were poor in quantity and quality, at a cost of 15 euros per person, so we decided to eat scamorza in padella. The quantity was minimal, half a scamorza divided into eight, four miserable pieces on the plate. They laughed at people at a price of 12 euros per portion... real thieves. A mockery of the work. I commented to the waiter who apologized and, realizing that it was wrong, immediately took care of bringing another portion. And Cumin showed me the size of the cheese, which probably weighed 60-70 grams. Shame and disgrace. The wine was homemade. The final bill came to 60 euros. The bill was shamelessly presented to us on a piece of paper... not even an invoice. And who wants to return to this restaurant? We certainly don't.

13/06/2025: I discovered this restaurant on the occasion of a birthday. The location is very neat and welcoming. We ate two excellent first courses (fettuccine with courgette flowers and guanciale + ravioli) and a roast for a second course. Highly recommended.

24/05/2025: Be careful when asking for a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses: they will beat you on the bill for 3 platters (one of raw meat, one of cooked meat, and one of cheeses) at the modified price of €44 total for the platter in the photo (raw meat platter €15, mortadella platter €10, cheese platter €19). Justification: the mixed platter is not on the menu so we did 3 platters. NO COMMENT! I didn't want to argue because it wasn't worth it. Otherwise, the food was excellent.

16/07/2025: Pleasant... Convenient for me, where I can have a nice breakfast in peace with my dog. The croissants are very good, handmade and not like the frozen and reheated ones I see around.

25/05/2025: Great potential but very poor cleanliness. The cleanliness in a bar must be excellent. My attention fell on the windows that were really very dirty and even the counter was not less including the glasses. Before making coffees clean the whole place thoroughly!!
