12/04/2025: Our first time in Rome was a warm welcome! We enjoyed the hospitality of this beautifully appointed hotel. Francesca at the front desk was very knowledgeable in helping us navigate the sights, and Simone the bartender crafted the perfect nightcap to end our day. Highly recommend.

19/02/2025: Nice place, friendly waiter but very slow cooking, we were the first two people and after us only 3 other tables of 2 came and we had the food in an hour and twenty, 2 potatoes, a portion of chicken nuggets (among other things different from the menu, but the kitchen apologised) and a parmigiana. I can't imagine the wait when the place is full.

07/04/2025: Mi hijo y yo comimos aquí mientras nos alojamos en Monti. Reservé una mesa para nuestra primera noche en Roma, y terminamos volviendo la noche siguiente. Consigue el Cacio e Pepe... es irreal. Nunca he tenido algo así. También tienen una increíble selección de vinos, y realmente aprecio que David me muestre algo de ella. Tienen todos los grandes éxitos allí - Barolo, Brunello, botellas de Tignanello, Masetto, etc.

26/04/2025: Advantage near Termini station and the chapel of Saint Mary Major where Pope Francisco is buried. As for the food, even if the prices are very reasonable, it lacks a little flavor but it is correct.

22/04/2025: We didn't stay in the hotel but visited for dinner on our last night, lovely restaurant with gluten free options of pizza, pasta although they don't advertise it, fantastic steaks,

26/07/2024: We went on Friday evening with confidence, because we know the place and up until now we had always had a good time. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience, from all points of view. The room had no air conditioning, very hot and poorly ventilated. Arriving at 8.15, we ordered more or less a quarter of an hour later; an hour later, 3 out of 5 starters arrived, after another half hour we asked for the others to arrive, which didn't even need to be cooked and had therefore obviously been forgotten. At 10 we were still waiting for the first courses, and in the meantime tables that had arrived after us were being served. We repeatedly asked for the order to arrive, we were promised that there were a few minutes left and that someone would come to speak to us to apologize and explain, but neither of these things happened. At 10.30 we decided to pay and leave. I underline that the waiter was very helpful, the totally fugitive manager left him alone to manage this very unpleasant situation. It's a real shame, it discourages us from coming back again.

25/07/2024: A restaurant that slowly just wants to make money by offering little, for goodness sake the fish is fresh but normal for any fish restaurant with a minimum of conscience, enormous waiting times and a place in decline... it's a shame before it was a small oasis.

09/11/2024: One day, while I was running coming from the aqueduct park, I passed in front of the farmhouse just as they were setting up the tables for lunch, noticing the beauty of the "picture": aqueduct view, kissed by the sun, informal and simple situation. Open only on weekends (alas), the farmhouse allows stops and relaxation, well-being.

06/05/2025: I happened by chance with my husband and my daughter late on a Monday: Sara's kindness did not make us feel uncomfortable about the time, on the contrary: We ate three different first courses and found them all excellent and the fried food was dry and very good. 19/03/2025: Siamo stati da Va.do al Pigneto per la prima volta e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Abbiamo ordinato un “Nudi e crudi”, “La musa” e un “Polpo ubriaco”. I piatti erano curati nella loro presentazione senza però tralasciare il sapore che era eccezionale, tutto ben equilibrato. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

24/03/2025: Quiet hotel, good price, simple rooms without too many pretensions. Friendly, friendly and fun staff always available for every request. For the restaurant I recommend the fixed menu, you can eat well at a reasonable price. The only flaw is that it is not well signposted from the main street, it has two entrances but you can't find either of them straight away, I recommend looking into the side streets as soon as you arrive with your navigator nearby to find it straight away. Parking is free, one is located on the restaurant side and the other in the back, accessing from the other entrance. Unfortunately, these are the only photos I have left, I accidentally deleted the others, so you absolutely have to try the delicious prawns at the restaurant.

11/10/2024: Great room and location. But extremely frustrating service. No one to let me in upon arrival. No response to emails. Long wait. Then one door above at the piazza to enter through the restaurant, which is never open. The hotel entry proves to be way down a curving staircase with no railing. And you enter there with your key from the noisy main street below. With no one to greet you or make sure you are okay. Payment with my card was badly dealt with, and I returned three times to complete the payment, with no one to greet me. Not impressive at all. Extremely annoying.

03/08/2024: Quiet, relaxing restaurant. Located in the town square, between ancient tuff walls and buildings from the early twentieth century. Discreet and professional staff, every possible need is fulfilled. The menu happily satisfies all tastes. Very happy and intelligent idea of ​​equipping the interiors for children's parties, with games, tubes, balloons and everything necessary to excite and aggregate. Very good, complements.. In addition, I learn that there are 5 rooms in the guesthouse for those who love the place and the Etruscan charm.

29/04/2025: Quiet and above all CLEAN environment!! Bartenders very courteous in service. We tasted two pastries, a pistachio cheesecake and a cream mignon and had two cappuccinos... truly top quality, not for nothing did we also take a seven-ply cake which we then took to dinner with friends... we made a great impression!! We will definitely return when in the area.

04/01/2025: Posto bellissimo, con un bel tramonto, ma vi sconsiglio di utilizzare i loro servizi. Conviene entrare e prendersi solo una cosa da bere e basta, il resto è terribile! L'aperitivo sembra una presa in giro, dopo aver fatto lo scontrino ci hanno spiegato come funzionava (si poteva ordinare da bere alle ragazze dal tavolo e poi loro stesse avrebbero portato a rotazione i fritti) peccato che dopo un'ora dal cocktail ci hanno informato che ormai l'aperitivo era finito. Per ordinare le pizze, con locale vuoto, ci sono volute 2ore i pizzettai mi sembravano non proprio a loro agio con il forno e le pizze . Peccato avere un posto incredibile e non saperlo far rendere a dovere, abbiamo capito solo alla fine perché c'era così poca gente. Peccato rovinare il nome dell'Osteria del Borgo (che in teoria fornirebbe solo le pizze e non le birre, incredibile) dove invece funziona tutto alla perfezione con un servizio

31/12/2024: The place is very nice, but rude staff. I had confirmation of this again today when I enrolled my son in their baby sailing course for children aged 4 to 6 years. Being from Milan we had called in advance and they assured us that the course was dedicated to the little ones and that the child could do the first day of testing to see if he liked it. My wife took the day off to accompany him and see how the course was carried out. When he arrived he was told that the child was too small, even though he was 4 and a half years old, adding that he was too frail, when in fact he was quite in line with his age and was even taller and more massive than most of his classmates. However, they rudely refused, calling my wife an inconsiderate mother who puts her son in danger to get him out of the way, when they are the incompetent ones who talk about courses for children from 4 to 6 years old without probably calibrating them to the age of the children, we didn't expect him to do a regatta alone, but rather to learn the basics of sailing in a playful way. We conclude with them who, almost as if they were doing us a favour, decide to reimburse us for the day we have already paid for weeks. Meanwhile, my wife has taken a day and now we have to find a last second summer center. If you can't offer services for 4 year olds please don't promote them, it would make you look better.
