Excellent stay: dream beds and top-notch cleanliness! I stayed at the Best Western Plus Tower Hotel Bologna and had a truly satisfying experience. Here are the highlights: • Rooms: Spacious, modern, and above all impeccably clean. You immediately feel at ease. • Rest: The real highlight is the comfortable beds. Fantastic mattresses ensure a deep sleep, ideal after a day of work or sightseeing. • Plus: The free coffee for guests is a welcome addition, a small detail that adds to the welcome. The only downside? The elevators. Due to the very tall building, they can be a bit slow, and during peak hours, you need to be patient to get up or down. Overall, it's a high-quality property that I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

Our first visit to Bologna took us to the Best Western for five nights. As some have mentioned before, the hotel is showing its age, which is noticeable here and there. Whether it's the plaster on the bathroom walls or in the underground parking garage, it's all quite dated. Nevertheless, everything serves its purpose. Check-in takes too long by today's standards and could be improved. However, everything is professional, and the staff are absolutely friendly and competent. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from the airport. There is no shuttle service. It costs approximately €25-30 to get from the airport to the hotel. The location is quite good, as the bus stop for the city center is very close (about a 5-minute walk). The city center can be reached in about 20 minutes by bus (note: tickets can be purchased on the bus, either digitally or from a machine for €2.50). Within sight of the hotel are a large supermarket and a drugstore, should you wish to stock up on snacks. The rooms are clean, and the upper floors offer a great view towards Bologna. They are definitely not soundproof, but since our room was at the end of the corridor, we didn't have to deal with too much noise. The air conditioning was set too cold, so we actually got quite chilly at times (tip: turn it up early). The TV mainly offers local channels, and the international channels are dubbed in Italian without subtitles. We received two complimentary bottles of water daily, and the cleaning staff checked every day if we needed anything else. Breakfast is rather sweet with lots of delicious treats, and the savory buffet was small but adequate. It included eggs and several cheeses. Unfortunately, the cold cuts didn't include chicken or a vegetarian option. All in all, there was something for everyone, and for the price per day, it was more than sufficient. There's a large coffee machine from which you can make various coffee drinks – the taste is so-so. Tip: just ask the staff, and you'll get really good coffee from a good machine in the kitchen 😉. Breakfast is rather sweet with lots of delicious treats, and the savory buffet was small but adequate. It included eggs and several cheeses. The elevators are relatively slow, and since the hotel is quite busy, the walk can sometimes take a while. Parking in front of the hotel and in the underground garage is free and available for guests, unlike many hotels that charge extra for parking. On our departure day, we weren't able to have breakfast, so we received packed lunches. A very kind gesture and absolutely commendable. All in all, a good hotel with good transport links and amenities nearby. Friendly and helpful staff.

Everything was impeccable, from the service to the staff, the facility was impeccable. The bar and restaurant were top-notch, from food to drinks. Highly recommended. The location was also excellent.

An unexpected experience, an exceptional hotel, excellent food quality, but what made the evening even more special was the excellent service of the dining room staff, especially the waitress Viola, who with her cheerfulness and professionalism made the evening truly enjoyable.

The hotel is located a bit further from the city center, about an hour's walk. However, there's a bus stop nearby, and the number 14 bus takes about 25 minutes to reach the center, making it ideal for excursions and sightseeing. Breakfast is simple but sufficient, providing a good start to the day. A wider selection would be a welcome improvement. The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, mozzarella, cheese, cold cuts, breakfast cereals, crostata, croissants, cooked sausages, fruit, Greek yogurt, and regular yogurt. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, including a TV, kettle, and refrigerator—a pleasant retreat after a long day. While the pillows were a bit firm, this hardly affected our stay. We were particularly impressed by the spacious lobby with its numerous seating options, perfect for working or relaxing. Overall, a clean, well-located hotel with solid amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that we would recommend. There is plenty of free parking in front of the hotel.

Hospitality, quality, and impeccable organization! We want to sincerely thank the entire Best Western staff for making our wedding and our daughter's baptism a truly wonderful experience ❤️ We had a wonderful time in every way: the cuisine was excellent, carefully prepared, and appreciated by all our guests, as were the wine and sparkling wine, always available and in abundance throughout the celebrations. The organization was perfect, precise, and seamless: every moment was handled with great professionalism and attention to detail, allowing us to enjoy the day with complete peace of mind. A special thank you to Giulia and Irene for their availability, kindness, and professionalism, and for carefully assisting us at every stage. They, along with the entire staff, truly did an extraordinary job. We and our guests were truly delighted. Thank you so much to everyone for helping make this day so beautiful and unforgettable!
