13/03/2026: I usually avoid writing reviews below 4 stars. However, in this case, I feel compelled to advise against this pastry shop's babà. The dough is neither good nor bad, and the cream is almost flavorless (a slight hint of vanilla, which is almost certainly not the result of natural extracts). It's very, very, very alcoholic, and the rum has an unpleasant flavor.

06/03/2026: This pastry shop has to be given 5 stars! For the products and the kindness of the staff. Special mention goes to the panuozzo and the babà with strawberries and cream, spectacular!!!! They gave us dream breakfasts during our stay in Naples! Top!

25/04/2026: Extremely slow service, excessive prices. They didn't allow cards for the bill, only cash. After paying, the manager only gave us a preliminary bill, not a receipt, saying there was a problem with the cash register. Avoid!

24/04/2026: Good pizzas BUT only 2 servers for 50 people, very slow service. Cash payment only. Friendly servers but unpleasant owner.

09/10/2025: Ordered takeout (during the week): undercooked pizza, unleavened dough, and nonexistent crust. The frittatas and croquettes were very good, however. Unfortunately, I can't give more than two stars because the pizza was truly awful.

01/05/2026: It's always nice to come here, the food is excellent and the atmosphere is family-friendly. It feels like home every time! I highly recommend it.

01/06/2026: I called for information, and once I learned what this place offers, I told the gentleman who answered the phone that I would consult with the family and call back, to which he replied, "Yes, yes, consult with them and we'll get to the point," and hung up on me.... Now, if it really bothers you that someone doesn't book right away, don't do catering because doing so will scare customers away. And I, who wish no harm to anyone, hope you can learn from these grave mistakes to grow both professionally and educationally!!!! I don't know how the food is because I've never been there, but if that's the case, well, let's just stay put!!! I'm sorry I was treated this way. Terrible.

29/05/2026: I was particularly impressed with the service, which I was very satisfied with as it was very attentive and super efficient. Otherwise, the prices were average, the food was good, and it's a pleasant place to dine with friends. I'll definitely be back.

15/05/2026: I had a cheesecake, then I sat down at the tables outside, and they kicked me out, saying that table service had to be paid more (the table was empty, and I just sat on the chair without even touching the table). Truly scandalous.

31/05/2026: Don Carlo and Giovanni are very good people and a historic pizzeria with excellent pizza and other specialties.

29/05/2026: We went to this place for a party with children, who were obviously not welcome. The pizza was good, but the staff was rude and incompetent. We paid quickly and left, and we'll never go back.

16/02/2026: We celebrated our daughter's first birthday, but to this day we're still disappointed... as soon as we arrived, the dining room was very cold... at 8 pm, they already put cold "friggitoria" and pizzas on the table, a bit like saying "eat and go"... just two bottles of Coke on the table. The food was poor quality, cold and not fresh. It certainly won't get good publicity from families with children, who were also disappointed by the service. I absolutely do not recommend it. Don't be fooled by the photos of the main courses or anything else that are posted. I don't usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I do it because there are mostly children involved and so that the service can improve for future customers who choose this place. 21/04/2026: Very personal service. Delicious pizza. A warm and friendly atmosphere. They even offered to drive us to our accommodation. Honestly, gestures like that really win you over.

28/04/2026: We had our Italian breakfast here, as we were staying at a B&B nearby. Mr Giuseppe and the staff were wonderful hosts. Mr Giuseppe brightened up one of the mornings with singing and piano music, so we've got goosebumps! Imagine enjoying a croissant and coffee/juice to the wonderful tones of classical music played live! It was like you are in heaven!

16/04/2026: The café is a 10/10. But when the owner isn't there, the older, dark-haired waitress is very unpleasant to customers. She speaks very rudely and seems angry. I went back because I thought he was a charming man, but he wasn't there, and the waitress who was there didn't seem very motivated and treated me so badly that I left very disappointed. You can't treat customers like that when your boss isn't around. I hope he finds out because he doesn't deserve to have his lovely business ruined by you.

13/04/2026: The food isn't top-rated because the burger was raw. The service is top-rated, even though it's lacking. They don't serve tables, but they're very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is good, but not top-rated, due to the lack of hygiene in the bathrooms.
