06/01/2026: A restaurant serving traditional cuisine with a fixed menu. We really appreciated the portions and the welcoming and friendly staff, but the wait between courses was perhaps a bit long.

22/12/2025: A cozy, rustic yet comfortable place...good food, excellent and fast service, excellent hospitality and attention to detail from the owner...several street parking spaces...

04/01/2026: We went to the pizzeria to make a reservation at 6:30 PM. The guy who took our order told everyone for 9:15 PM... that already showed how unprofessional he was! We called them back at 10 PM and they still hadn't been prepared. Constant teasing over the phone. In the end, they showed up at 10:30 PM. Ridiculous! Never again...

04/01/2026: I placed a delivery order at 6:00 PM, scheduled for 9:00 PM. At 10:30 PM, they deign to answer the phone after 10 rejected calls, telling me the pizza was "about to come out of the oven" and even giving me rude replies. You're incapable of managing your workload, you're unprofessional, and your pizza is mediocre to boot. You should be thankful you don't have much competition in Casoria; you're shameful. Edit, since you took so long to reply: use the same energy you put into responding to reviews written by your "customers" to answer the phone and perhaps apologize directly to the people you're inconveniencing, instead of just doing it here, behind a screen, to protect yourselves.

06/01/2026: The location is good for those who like the area. The service was adequate, but the room and breakfast were mediocre; they don't change the towels, and there's nowhere to air them out. I think it's a two-star hotel, not even close to a three-star. We stayed in several hotels in Europe, and this one falls far short of that rating. The safe is loose, there's no coffee maker in the room, and they don't offer extra coffee.

30/12/2025: Excellent location, in the heart of Naples, very close to the Duomo, the Pio Monte di Pietà, the Gerolimini Church, and many other wonders. A family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere, special thanks to Cira and Vasim for their helpfulness and kindness. Spacious room. Excellent cleaning. Quiet and peaceful despite the super-crowded area.

10/03/2026: Dinner on a Sunday evening. The atmosphere was warm and very relaxed. Excellent food at reasonable prices. For €24, we added an amazing Aglianico Superiore. Super attentive service. An experience we'll remember.

13/08/2025: We were here for two days. The beach was very crowded, but it was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Showers cost extra, but that's okay because it was well-maintained and clean. Perfect for families. We'd love to come back.

01/05/2025: Gita con amici per 4 giorni; trattoria scelta dopo aver consultato recensioni Tripadvisor. In un ambiente semplice, ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo pranzato e cenato solo lì per tutto il soggiorno, piatti molto buoni e prezzi eccellenti. Da segnalare spaghetti con gli scampi, polipo alla griglia, gnocchetti alla sorrentina, parmigiana di melanzane e pesce spada ai ferri. Apprezzabile la cordialità e disponibilità del personale, preparato anche a spiegare la preparazione di alcuni piatti. Consigliato!

15/03/2026: I went for lunch on Saturday morning with my family. The location is lovely, with green spaces for a short stroll through well-kept lawns, an outdoor children's play area, and an indoor playground. Farm animals like horses, goats, and chickens make the place a little corner of nature in an urban setting. The restaurant has a rustic style that suits the setting and also features an additional outdoor area that opens when needed. The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate, and the staff is courteous. Everything was fine until we sat down, where we weren't presented with a menu or prices. Despite our request, they denied it, claiming they'd tell us the menu verbally. After ordering, which was almost forced upon us, the total we had to pay didn't justify the amount we'd eaten. It's a shame, I wouldn't go back after this experience.

15/03/2026: THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE CHILDREN'S PLAY AREA. REGARDING THE MENU AND THE 45 EURO CHARGE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. THE MENU OFFERED WAS WORTH 25 EUROS AT MOST, BUT IF EVERYTHING WAS COOKED, IT WAS GOOD. THE MEAT WAS STRONG AND DRY THE FIRST COURSE TASTELESS, BUT A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

30/09/2025: DISHONEST. I was at Bagno Elena on Saturday, September 27th, with a group of friends. A friend who was celebrating his birthday had paid for the entrance fee, including sunbeds, for everyone—about 15 of us. Since we arrived separately, he left the names at reception for when everyone else arrived. However, when I arrived, my name hadn't been noted, and I was asked to pay, which I promptly did. When we realized the mix-up a few days later, we were denied a refund. We were the only guests at the beach, given that it was a late-September weekend, so there was no confusion to justify a mistake in writing down the names. But the most dishonest thing was denying a refund to someone like me who had paid twice. Congratulations!

20/09/2025: Nice clean beach, with changing rooms and an outside shower. The entrance is quite high, but at least it is tidy.

06/02/2026: The food might even be enjoyable if you don't come with high expectations, the biggest problem is the waiters who are incompetent and don't really know how to serve a table.
