15/05/2025: Historic pizzeria located in the historic center of Naples, easily reachable also from via Amerigo Vespucci. Always packed, with quite long waiting times.... But it's worth it. Very good and highly digestible pizza and fried food. Exceptional value for money. Absolutely worth trying.

02/05/2025: After a few years we returned to the Da Caliendo tavern and this time I didn't like it (much better when it was facing the square), perhaps it was the fact of wanting to imitate the master chef's gourmet dishes but more than anything else you pay dearly and you leave fasting, tiny but very expensive dishes (in fact a couple next to us was complaining), in the end it was time to get home and we were still hungry. Conclusion: I won't go there again.

15/05/2025: We went here for a late dinner. They didn't have gluten free pasta for my partner, but did some substitutions in some dishes so we had octopus over a potato blend and a fresh sea bass in a tomato and potato broth. More potatos than we had been having, but it was actually a nice break and everything was great. My partner didn't want dessert, so I had their baba which was so good. The woman that runs the restaurant was very nice, and even though we don't speak much Italian and she doesn't speak much English we made it all work. And they didn't play any music, just let us listen to the lovely sound of the ocean in the night.

02/06/2025: Delusione quasi totale, non mi andava la pizza quindi ho ordinato un piatto di verdure grigliate e della mortadella e prosciutto, mi moglie una pizza mia.suocera una pizza fritta, iniziamo con le.verdure grigliate le ho lasciate tutte immangiabili vecchie , la.pizza fritta mezza cruda quando lo abbiamo fatto presente tutto scocciato il.pizzaiolo è venuto al tavolo dicendo che andava bene così..inaccettabile, la pizza buona. 13/05/2025: Great experience with a totally vegetarian cuisine, which with its vegetables, fruit, whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds can still provide adequate nutrition. Vegetarian diets are free of meat-based foods (such as beef or pork, poultry, game, seafood and their products). Tasty and varied lunch, completed by an excellent lemon crumble 🍋. I highly recommend trying it. Quality and courtesy, reasonable prices.

Volevo raccontarvi la mia esperienza, abbiamo ordinato sbagliando indirizzo di consegna per via del telefono che non prendeva bene, dopo richiamando per verificare lo stato della pizza, ci siamo chiariti sulla posizione, si sono scusati e alla consegna ci hanno offerto un dessert. Sono stati fantastici e ordineremo sicuramente un'altra volta.
