A wonderful family Sunday at Cicerenella in Nola! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'll start by saying I'm writing this review without knowing the price, but regardless of how much it will cost, it's worth it: the experience was top-notch in every way. On Sunday, July 5, 2026, we arrived with our family around 2:30 PM and were greeted with exceptional hospitality and kindness from the very first moment. The owner and all the staff immediately made us feel at home, with smiles, helpfulness, and the welcome typical of the best Neapolitan trattorias. A warm welcome deserves top marks. The restaurant is truly beautiful: the imposing entrance leading to the well-kept garden, the interior rooms with frescoes reminiscent of Pompeii, and that characteristic, family atmosphere that instantly makes you relax. Perfect for a Sunday family lunch, with plenty of space and a peaceful atmosphere. The food was all excellent, fresh, and plentiful! We started with a delicious, flavorful, and incredibly tender octopus salad, which immediately won everyone over. Then came the pasta: textbook spaghetti with clams, made with real clams and a perfect sauce, and paccheri allo scoglio, rich, flavorful, and bursting with seafood. For our second course, we enjoyed the freshest swordfish, cooked to perfection, and fried calamari and shrimp, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, light and irresistible. Each dish was carefully prepared, with quality ingredients and authentic Neapolitan flavors. Everything arrived on time, with generous portions that left us completely satisfied. The attentive, fast, and friendly service was impeccable; the waiters were always ready to offer advice and make sure everything was to our liking. We left happy, full, and eager to return soon, perhaps to try other dishes from their vast selection. Thank you so much to the staff for this wonderful experience! Highly recommended. See you soon!

Excellent in everything and for everything quality, friendliness and kindness and especially exceptional professionalism

Even though the restaurant was busy with ceremonies, they accommodated our reservation and seated us in the garden. The welcome was very friendly and efficient, and the staff were expert and courteous. Our order was taken promptly and served in a timely manner, with the restaurant fully booked. The menu was varied and the food was good quality. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

This cuisine is truly exquisite. You have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. It's a little cramped, but it's not a picnic.
