We ordered two pizzas to take away. The pizza dough was very good, but the pizzas themselves could have been better topped: we ordered the Michèle, which is supposed to contain walnuts, basil, and mushrooms, but we only got one piece of walnut, no basil, and four pieces of mushroom... For the most expensive pizza on the menu, this is very disappointing.

On the way back to the hotel, I stopped by and got a capricciosa. When I got back to the hotel, the pizza wasn't as hot anymore, but it was still delicious. It was a pleasant surprise to find such a good pizza. I should definitely eat it in person next time.

16/10/2025: I took a pizza making class. The chef was so friendly & made everyone feel welcome. I loved the hands on experience. Rolling out the dough is not easy. It was fun to add the ingredients (sauce, bay leaves, cheese and olive oil) to the dough. My pizza was placed in the oven and it came out so tasty & crisp. Later, we were served a variety of pizzas along with wines. I thoroughly enjoyed the class!
