29/05/2025: Terrible service with rude and unfriendly staff. Nice environment to go to the bathroom. Food since we went just to eat quickly and horrendous the cutlet seemed like polystyrene and the chips were dipped in salt to calm the taste, pasta and sauce without sauce and ice cream that made us want to throw up. If you want to have a bad experience come here.

15/02/2025: Not even one star for incivility towards children brought up by respectable parents who order pizzas but who do not receive them due to idiocy in receiving the list of pizzas ordered. Incivility in hanging up the phone in the faces of kids and mothers who simply ask for clarification. uncivilized. I don't understand how idiots can obtain authorization to carry out activities!!

21/06/2025: Great restaurant in the area. I ate very well. They are quite fast in serving what you ordered. The waiters are good and friendly. If I return to Naples, I will definitely return.

12/06/2025: What can I say.......highly recommended. Friendly, super polite and very kind staff. You really feel at home. Impossible to add anything more. Compliments to Ciro: Phenomenal!!!!

27/05/2025: They ripped us off, 3 espressos and two slushies for €18, the bill with the total, without a breakdown, we were foolish and didn't complain, but I don't recommend it to anyone, ugly place, good coffee, but very expensive.

26/05/2025: Two stars because it's sad to see that if you don't have a Neapolitan accent, you pay €1.50 for a coffee at the counter, while the customers to your left and right, Neapolitans, pay €1.20. I've seen other receipts for coffee on the counter, all at €1.20. If the prices were displayed, as the law requires, there would be no arguments.

29/03/2025: This is a Neapolitan pizzeria and the best there is in Terzigno. The environment is very classic and is not in my style but in the style of the pizza chef and that's fine and has a lot of identity and I recognize it. You are good, I wouldn't change anything. I advise those from Terzigno to take the pizza from Rifugio and a representation of the pizza as they know how to make in Naples because there is a lot of competition. Those from Terzigno from Rifugio must be satisfied.

28/05/2025: Villa Agostina is a place where you can spend a nice day with your family, the food is good, the rooms are welcoming and clean and there is a beautiful view! The staff is very attentive and helpful... Emanuele is always smiling and ready to please, a young man who is putting a lot of effort into managing the family business... I recommend Villa Agostina with great pleasure... the only thing to improve is the attention to detail and the pool is a little cleaner!

19/05/2025: I have come to this place several times for many ceremonies. Lately, however, just to receive a quote, I was treated badly by the owner who judged my request absurd, while his son had said otherwise, judging it feasible. Honestly, in order to be able to speak clearly with customers and provide accurate information, they should agree among themselves and communicate. I really liked the place and the food, but for these reasons I have not returned.

22/03/2025: Le premesse erano buone: camerieri gentili e attenti, e ambiente accogliente, ma purtroppo ho avuto problemi con entrambi i piatti ordinati. I calamaretti fritti erano buoni, ma in mezzo ho trovato un pezzo di sacchetto di plastica trasparente di circa 2×2 cm., finito per sbaglio nella frittura. Mi è finito in bocca e ho dovuto sputarlo. Gli spaghettoni con vongole e cannolicchi erano di base ottimi, ma i cannolicchi erano pieni di sabbia, praticamente immangiabili. La sabbia sotto i denti ha rovinato completamente il piatto. Peccato, perché il potenziale ci sarebbe: penso serva più attenzione a ciò che si mette nel piatto.

09/04/2025: Siamo state in questo ristorante per una cena e ci è piaciuto molto. Piatti buonissimi e con sapori davvero equilibrati. La pasta, patate e provola davvero divina! L'ambiente è elegante, ma accogliente, perfetto per godersi una serata tranquilla. La cameriera è stata veramente gentile e attenta, senza mai essere invadente. Un'esperienza che vale assolutamente la pena, ci torneremo di sicuro, magari per pranzo per ammirare il panorama. Cecilia e Sara P.S.: Consiglio a tutti gli avventori di raggiungere il ristorante in taxi o in motorino se nn si è particolarmente pratici con le manovre o se si possiede una vettura grande, poichè a 600 mt dal ristorante c'è una strada decisamente stretta che comunque noi noi abbiamo percorso nonostante avessimo un suv di grandi dimensioni.

04/05/2025: Personale oserei dire "affettuoso", pronto. Servizio celere, cibo abbondante, gustoso. Per niente caro, anche se parliamo di un ristorante quotato e con menù che predilige pesce, ma ripeto per niente caro e con gentilezze a fine pasto. Buona anche la vista. Ovvio è necessario prenotare. Consigliatissimo. Come sempre, per ora, ma solo per ora è tutto. Alla prossima....

03/05/2025: Ristorante nel cuore di Posillipo con vista incantevole sul golfo. Ambiente un pò datato, ma piacevole. Lungo menù, prevalentemente di mare. Abbiamo iniziato con i calamaretti fritti: frittura croccante e pesce morbido. Ci ha un pò deluso l'insalata di mare, perchè il polpo era abbastana duro e l'insieme risultava un pò slegato. Abbiamo poi proseguito con i paccheri con pesce spada ed olive, buoni. Abbiamo poi preso anche una grigliata che ci ha deluso un pò, anche questa volta: c'era un pezzetto di pesce spada, buono, il calamaro alla griglia era un pò duro e quelli che dovevano essere "gamberoni" erano due gamberetti veramente piccini. Servizio gentile, ma forse un pò lento con i tavoli tutti pieni, prezzi però super onesti (!!)

16/04/2025: J’ai dîné chez Nonna Tittina et j’en garde un excellent souvenir. Le cadre est super agréable, avec une belle vue sur la mer, et l’ambiance est chaleureuse. J’ai simplement pris un plat de pâtes (des spaghetti alle vongole), et c’était délicieux : cuisson parfaite, sauce pleine de saveurs, et portions généreuses. Pas besoin d’entrée, le plat se suffisait à lui-même ! Et pour finir en beauté, j’ai goûté leur torta caprese : un gâteau au chocolat et aux amandes, fondant et intense, absolument irrésistible.​ Le service était sympa, détendu mais efficace. Une super adresse pour goûter à la vraie cuisine napolitaine, simple et authentique. Je recommande sans hésiter !

25/03/2025: Ristorante carino ma non ci tornerò più mi eravamo in 7 da dire che c'era casino abbiamo ordinato dei primi e il cameriere ci voleva convincere a prendere quelli del giorno poi visto che 2 di noi non hanno voluto prendere quello del giorno e stato preso da da solo 2 di noi alla cifra di 88 euro x 2 piatti di pasta e non c'erano i prezzi mai più

21/03/2025: Super disappointing!! I just got the staple bon bons but they're terrible. Luckily I tasted them before giving them to my daughter, I had gotten them for her. Raw, they stink, I don't know how to define them anymore.!!! Super not recommended!! I gave 1 star because 0 is not possible!!

01/03/2025: Disappointing experience. I ordered through Glovo and the croissants arrived cold, with very little Nutella and only a piece of Kinder Bueno. Paying €3.50 for a product like this is unacceptable. I expected quality and care, but instead I received something decidedly lower than expected. I hope they improve, because it's not worth the expense.
