26/10/2025: The cashier completely ignored the customer. I placed my order, and then the lady started serving the "Italian" customer behind me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

06/10/2025: Excellent desserts and ice creams. The melon ice cream was a revelation; it's usually tasteless and watery, but theirs is exquisite.

20/12/2025: Terrible and rude staff after waiting 2 hours and calling 5 times to request the pizzas to be delivered I was told that the motor had broken at 7.30pm but the person who answered several times told me 10 minutes and it will arrive

20/12/2025: It's the first and last time I order. Rude staff. Order placed at 6pm for 9.30pm after two hours and having asked 5 times I was very rudely told "sir, do you want this pizza or not" and they hung up on me. You are terrible.

10/02/2026: Shameful experience. Besides the fact that they don't offer table service, the order was incomplete and several items were missing. When I went to report it, I was looked at askance, as if I was inconveniencing them for their mistake. But the worst was the salad: I paid 3 euros and received basically chicken feed. Ridiculous portion, poorly made, and the lettuce still had its roots attached. Unacceptable for a place like this. High prices, extremely low quality, and zero respect for the customer. Never again.

02/02/2026: There were five of us for dinner. We waited a long time, but nothing. I thought, "Well, maybe it's because there's too many people." Then I noticed that the trays were arriving at the tables seated after us. I took the receipt and asked to speak to the manager. I explained the situation and he said, "We'll take care of it right away." After a few minutes, he showed up at our table with a receipt that wasn't ours because it had a different table number and the amount was €26.00, saying you made a mistake with the table number. At the time, I hadn't realized that the receipt wasn't ours, and the service for another order arrived. I took everything back and explained that it wasn't our order, and especially not the amount we paid! They had practically lost not only the order but also our receipt! He almost couldn't believe that we had ordered five menus worth around €50.00. They couldn't trace our order using the display boards, and we had to remember the whole order! I think this is a huge flaw for such an organized and technologically advanced company. I think the staff is completely disorganized. This is the second time I've found myself writing a negative review in Maddaloni. We were there for almost 2 hours!!!! We definitely won't be back! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

03/01/2026: Review for the takeout spot. The girl at the cash register almost ignores us. The quality-price ratio isn't the best; I expected at least more broccoli rabe in the calzone, which had just a little in the center. They don't give you a napkin to wipe yourself down, and above all, the tables outside are littered with garbage.

15/03/2026: Consumed 4 poor quality coffees for the modest sum of €11.00 composed as follows: €1.50 each for the coffees (poor quality) + €1.00 for the cover charge (?) + €1.00 for the service charge (?) … naturally they will never see us again

01/03/2026: An experience not to be repeated! A poor atmosphere, no attention paid to hospitality, improvised and untrained staff (the cutlery for changing is placed on a plate covered with a napkin and not kept in the apron pocket), extremely poor hygiene, extremely long and tedious wait times, mediocre and bare-bones food. The price, which seems affordable, is actually high considering the many problems this dive has. In my opinion, they should change jobs or hire a competent person who can teach them how to run a restaurant.

13/11/2025: Yesterday, Francesco made us feel like we were at a friend's house. We came in for a drink and a bite to eat, but in the end we ate, and a lot because he even offered us something. 4 stars only because I wasn't expecting to pay €10 for a spritz, but maybe that's the island's prices 😊. I know I'll be back.

16/10/2025: The hours listed are wrong. Walked a mile in the rain to get the pizza on the menu. Arrived at 5:30 and was rudely dismissed. Not open until 7pm and no pizza. Guy was way ruder than he needed to be.

14/08/2025: GO HERE RIGHT NOW. This place was right next to our hotel but its right on the transportation bus stop. When I say this place is exceptional, it is. My husband and I love local places off the map is this service, food, atmosphere was exceptional. Its outside of the city with beautiful sunset views, they have a pool FREE AND OPEN TO EVERYONE, a cocktail bar for the pool and restaurant with the most unique, beautifully crafted cocktails (and I am a bartender). The bartender KNOWS his craft. Don't order a drink, have him make you something based off your liquor choice because he never steered me wrong. They grow their own herbs outside the restaurant and create their own olive oil/lemonchello on the grounds. Pasquale was an incredible waiter who takes hospitality as an art. He was kind, professional, attentive-- and we truly felt like we were friends by the time dinner ended. He was so kind, that he even cut up my fish for me knowing that I was a little hesitant to see a "whole" fish on a plate. The food was great. This place deserves upgraded new reviews because whatever old reviews are posted-- are NOT what this place is now. This needs to be a viral location.

Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning only worked at 25 degrees Celsius, when in reality it was broken. An experience not to be had; we left the table before eating, paying €14.50 for the cover charge despite the inconvenience of the room. It's a disgrace...
