13/10/2025: The pasta was completly raw, way far from “al dente”. They brought another one, but the portion was ridiculously small, as if I had eaten the first one (that I barely touched since it was raw). When I told them, they acted like they didn’t understand. Just go to another restaurant where they respect tourists

28/08/2025: I went there last night, nice atmosphere, very large, good food, slow service, only one expert waiter for the whole room, high price, a bottle of water 5 euros, plus 3.50 cover charge, quality price not proportionate

20/08/2025: Finally, smiling staff! After three days in Ischia, I'd given up hope. Very good food, both meat and seafood, and excellent value for money. The only flaw that ruined a fantastic dish for me was the cooking time for the scialatielli, in my opinion, but that can happen. The octopus and sauce were out of this world. Well done!

03/10/2025: I visited this restaurant with high expectations, but the experience didn't live up to them. The service was slow and inattentive, and the quality of the food didn't justify the prices. I think they could use more attention, both in the kitchen and in the hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it, at least not until they improve in these areas.

23/07/2025: We stopped by for a lunch during the trip in Capri, that was late March, just before the season opening so there weren't many places open yet. Al Capri was recommended by our Italian tour guide. The place is specious with lots of tables available, clean, with breath-taking views, decorated in Mediterranean style which is very welcoming. We ordered pizza and spaghetti al limone. That was best spaghetti I've had in Italy during the whole stay. The pizza was good, it didn't make in the top 3 out of 10 we tried though. Good selection of wine. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was served in timely manner. The places has lots to offer, including the beautiful decor and views, good food and location- it's off the main square so it's not so crowded but still close La piazetta.

18/07/2025: Attirati dalla musica romantica di un bravo pianista live, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta di Capri. Subito accolti con gentilezza siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo a noi assegnato. Il nostro cameriere Angelo ( di nome e di fatto ) ci ha consigliato e coccolato. Il mio “Fusillone ai frutti di mare” è stato a dir poco sublime. Vista spettacolare e atmosfera incredibile. Super consigliato! Nancy B.

13/09/2025: The products on display don't match the ones you receive at all. Some croissants are good, with plenty of filling, others are nothing special.

02/09/2025: By far the best pizza I had in Naples. We had the Moradella with cinghiale and pistachios (I can't remember the name on the menu).

22/08/2025: Very good pizza. I recommend the truly delicious log. Ciro and his wife are a very close-knit team and are kind to their customers. The price is very low; we average €10-12 for a pizza and a drink.

20/10/2025: I just wanted a Coca-Cola. The service was quick, but it was mid-morning and quiet. When the waitress brought the drink, I wanted to pay right away. The Coke cost €6 😮. I left without consuming it, because that's extortionate!

20/09/2025: The waiter brought the wrong cake from the one I showed him in the display case, but I didn't argue. The coffee was lukewarm. The pastries were too sweet for my taste. Okay, it was nice, but there were no people everywhere and it was kind of boring.

11/10/2025: An experience to avoid. We waited an hour and a half for two sandwiches. The sandwiches were good, but it wasn't worth it.

02/09/2025: Been trying to reach Officina for weeks via phone and email to help with a billing issue. I have left voicemails and emails with zero response.

26/08/2025: I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at Officina for what was supposed to be a special birthday dinner and trying this place for the first time. After waiting 35 minutes with no drinks, slow service, and being told I couldn't even get a simple side of pasta with chicken parm (pollo) unless I ordered a second entrée, my group left hungry and frustrated. The restaurant was only us and another table when we walked in. There was no excuse. The manager offering a single tiramisu on the way out hardly made up for the wasted time and ruined evening.

16/09/2025: Pollo e Patate Posillipo is a guarantee! The chicken is always cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with that irresistible crust. The potatoes are golden brown, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and taste like homemade. Generous portions and top-quality food. Friendly and fast staff, welcoming atmosphere. A place that manages to transform a simple dish into a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

12/08/2025: The best chicken I've ever eaten
