04/04/2026: A pleasant concept with significant challenges. To enter the venue, you must pay a €6 fee converted into the venue's currency, which translates to 3 SLYs that can be spent in the bar and "restaurant" areas. However, this ploy distracts the customer's attention from the receipt, which clearly isn't provided. After gaining entry, you quickly realize the second challenge: seating availability. The venue is spread across small areas, meaning there's very little seating and comfortable dining options. Having already paid the "tax" at the entrance, you're forced to stay, as the currency conversion isn't refunded if requested upon exit. The staff isn't very attentive to customers; even if you manage to get a seat, ordering is a real struggle. Even after calling back several times, no one bothers to serve you; it almost feels like the customer has to chase the staff. On top of this, if you're lucky enough to be heard, once you've finished your order, the staff will take everything from your table without asking, literally rushing by. The price factor certainly doesn't help; just consider that a Parisienne or a Coke costs 2 SLY, or €4, and the products listed in the bar area with a lower price (i.e., 1 SLY, for example, a coffee or cappuccino) aren't actually available. Furthermore, the room where the foosball and pool tables are located requires a fee; there's no "concession" even though you pay for access blind. This is constructive criticism; it's not intended to discredit the concept, but these are areas where we need to improve.

So if you go here, make sure you deal with one of the younger girls. You'll have a better experience. 5 stars for the younger girls here. 0 stars for the older women. I think she should just retire or stay in the kitchen, away from the public. Others have said the same thing. Nice place. I really like the decorations. Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning only worked at 25 degrees Celsius, when in reality it was broken. 05/05/2026: After about a year I returned to this pastry shop to eat their babbà again because I considered it to be the best in the central area of ​​Naples. The babbà was not as good as the previous time because it was a little drier but you can not always make the same product and sometimes they make it a little drier but still you could see that it was a quality product and I would recommend trying it anyway because personally it is the best in the center of Naples. The reason for my one-star review is due to the behavior of an employee in the pastry shop side (not to be confused with the bar). First of all, there were not many people in the pastry shop except for the two employees and a single customer. I enter I say good evening and in a self-deprecating way I correct myself by saying good morning because it was early, I go near the window where the portions are displayed and I notice the availability of babbà in crystal (large plastic cups) so to change a bit and not always get the classic babbà I kindly ask one of the two employees what flavors are available (the lady in question was blonde, short hair, and a face a little more swollen than the other~ it's not an insult but it's used to make it clear the physiognomy of the employee in question). They list the various options to me even if already in a hasty manner and with a nervous tone almost as if she were annoyed. In fact, to defuse the situation I say and now I'm undecided but I am immediately answered~ and ch n sacc ij (and how do I know), at which point my girlfriend also comes near the counter and I kindly ask the lady again if I can repeat the last ones and I am answered~ uaglion cca nun stamm ndo ristorant (guy here we are not in the restaurant). To avoid becoming rude towards a woman both because she was older than me but above all because I didn't want to ruin the image of the place with the people who were passing by and maybe wanted a dessert (in fact other people came in when I left), I chose to ask her for a classic babbà with Nutella. I am immediately answered~ only coins thanks and without even having the dignity to invent an excuse or ask for it Please specify that the taxes on food products would force them to raise prices even if I mean, I think inflation has already done its job given that a babà costs 2.50 euros which is deserved but don't treat me like an * to me who am the customer (ps the VAT on food products is not always 22% so in itself it can already be considered lower than other activities). Leaving aside the fact that she had put them wrong from the beginning, but the thing that bothered me was her nervous tone, the haste in getting rid of you and the annoyance of working but above all the set of actions that should not be done even to an acquaintance not to consider the lack of professionalism at work. With my politeness I left and spontaneously said thank you too. Now I turn to the owner if he ever reads this review. The product, as said, is not up for discussion, it is of excellent quality but I have noticed various reviews that speak of this lady. If the employee is a relative and you can't fire her, I would consider giving her her salary and letting her stay at home because the appearance and professionalism of the business are at stake. Maybe tourists don't understand if they are foreigners (even if rudeness is also evident from gestures), but I don't think it's worth losing the Neapolitans or the rest of the Italians. 03/05

20/10/2025: everything was fine until we sat down, the waiters were totally unpleasant and inappropriate, he smokes in front of the customers and explicitly says that he eats the day before's food in the kitchen which he then offers to the customers, if you order a wine they bring you an anonymous glass with no traceability and a vast menu only on paper but in reality they have nothing

28/09/2025: We stopped by for two simple drinks, which elsewhere we would have paid €6 (with a smile included), but here they were "kindly" offered at €10 each. The cocktails were watered down, full of ice, and practically tasteless. The two people behind the bar? Let's just say they're not good at welcoming people: rude and apathetic, served with more generosity than the contents of the glasses. There are other places in the area that are definitely worth it, but this isn't one of them!

12/05/2026: We were walking leisurely along Via Toledo when this gentleman suddenly stopped us and offered us a €10 menu with a choice of pizza, water, and an appetizer. We accepted, and he showed us to the table and brought us the menus. However, when we tried to order, the waiter told us that this menu was only available for three specific pizzas. Disappointed, we ordered anyway and spent more than expected in this tourist trap. If we could, we'd give it 0 stars. Go eat somewhere else; maybe you'll listen to less of Sal Da Vinci.

We were served coffees in cups that were actually dirty with spilled coffee and with numerous stains. The snack bowls had been covered with a white paper napkin, the kind you find in napkin holders on tables, evidently to try to cover the mess. However, the glass bowl was extremely dirty, with breadcrumbs, oil, stains, and so on. The bar inside, as well as the bathroom, were also filthy. Cleanliness was completely lacking.
