13/07/2026: Absolutely delicious! We had a coffee, a lemonade, and the pastries babà and sfogliatelle. The staff was very friendly and attentive. This short stop here really brightened up our day in Naples 😍

10/07/2026: If you can, try the tiramisu baba; you won't regret it. If you're looking for a dessert or a caffè freddo, this is the place. This place has a little piece of my heart; I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: We were really disappointed, we were with friends, certainly with 25 euros you don't expect much, very poor appetizers, three octopus tentacles in the salad, clams that were full of sand, the first courses all in all decent, but you could tell that they were very arranged dishes in the preparation, a second course that was funny just looking at it, three calamari rings with a shrimp on the plate, for them this would have been fried fish..... the only positive note was the boy at the piano bar who had a really beautiful voice. As for the rest I'm sorry but we're not there, there are places that offer abundant menus for the same price. We will definitely not return.

19/02/2026: ‼️‼️Don't go to this bar if you don't want to waste money, have food poisoning, and even be laughed at by the girl behind the counter when you report the problem. On Tuesday, February 17, 2026, I bought chiacchiere and sanguinaccio, and when I got home, this is the product I found. Inedible. It smells terribly of vinegar. The next day, I went back to the pastry shop trying to clarify the obvious problem, and the girl behind the counter laughed in my face, saying, 'What did you bring it for? You were throwing it away.' Zero professionalism and SHORT-QUARTERED products. Reportable.

04/04/2026: A pleasant concept with significant challenges. To enter the venue, you must pay a €6 fee converted into the venue's currency, which translates to 3 SLYs that can be spent in the bar and "restaurant" areas. However, this ploy distracts the customer's attention from the receipt, which clearly isn't provided. After gaining entry, you quickly realize the second challenge: seating availability. The venue is spread across small areas, meaning there's very little seating and comfortable dining options. Having already paid the "tax" at the entrance, you're forced to stay, as the currency conversion isn't refunded if requested upon exit. The staff isn't very attentive to customers; even if you manage to get a seat, ordering is a real struggle. Even after calling back several times, no one bothers to serve you; it almost feels like the customer has to chase the staff. On top of this, if you're lucky enough to be heard, once you've finished your order, the staff will take everything from your table without asking, literally rushing by. The price factor certainly doesn't help; just consider that a Parisienne or a Coke costs 2 SLY, or €4, and the products listed in the bar area with a lower price (i.e., 1 SLY, for example, a coffee or cappuccino) aren't actually available. Furthermore, the room where the foosball and pool tables are located requires a fee; there's no "concession" even though you pay for access blind. This is constructive criticism; it's not intended to discredit the concept, but these are areas where we need to improve.

04/04/2026: Nice and welcoming, friendly staff... a really nice jam session evening, with music of all kinds. Cheerfulness and good humor.

05/07/2025: When we made our reservation over the phone, we were told the room had air conditioning. Upon arrival, we were informed that the air conditioning only worked at 25 degrees Celsius, when in reality it was broken. An experience not to be had; we left the table before eating, paying €14.50 for the cover charge despite the inconvenience of the room. It's a disgrace...

22/04/2026: Great location but that’s the end of it. Huge let down. The bedroom was damp and had mould on the walls and the bathroom tiles and ceiling also had a lot of mould. Some of the walls were thick with dust. Looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Was pleased to leave. As we checked out after only one night some other people refused to stay and checked out so lost their 3 nights with of money but they said they couldn’t stay there.

09/04/2026: We had a reservation for 3 nights and had to leave after 1.5 hours due to the condition of the rooms. There was mold and both rooms we had smelled awful. Even though we had full days of outings planned, we couldn't deal with the conditions even if just to sleep. The location was phenomenal in the center of old town, but this is not a 4 star hotel.

11/07/2026: Waiters were very aggressive to eat at their restaurant. The bread was hard as rock. And the pasta had little to taste and the pizzas on the menu where disgusting but the view was nice enough

05/07/2026: I visited the pizzeria, and unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. The prices of the craft beers seemed truly excessive: €9 for a large beer and €6 for a small one. Furthermore, the croquettes were served cold, which disappointed me. Furthermore, there was no receipt, just a simple delivery note with the prices... I hope this feedback will be taken as a starting point to improve the service and offer a more balanced quality-price ratio.

05/07/2026: The quality of the products is undoubtedly excellent, as is the preparation, but the service is truly terrible. We ordered two first courses and four pizzas... only three of the pizzas arrived (my son's didn't). We kept asking, but to no avail. In the end, my son (who is 5 years old) was left without dinner! His pizza arrived more than half an hour after we asked, and obviously he didn't eat it because I had already given him part of mine (I couldn't leave him starving). Of course, they apologized and offered us the pizza, but the point is, you can't be so careless, especially when dealing with children. Furthermore, there were no clean cutlery or napkins: we asked for them, but I don't know why they forgot to bring them. A place of that caliber can't afford such slip-ups!

So if you go here, make sure you deal with one of the younger girls. You'll have a better experience. 5 stars for the younger girls here. 0 stars for the older women. I think she should just retire or stay in the kitchen, away from the public. Others have said the same thing. Nice place. I really like the decorations. 12/05/2026: We were walking leisurely along Via Toledo when this gentleman suddenly stopped us and offered us a €10 menu with a choice of pizza, water, and an appetizer. We accepted, and he showed us to the table and brought us the menus. However, when we tried to order, the waiter told us that this menu was only available for three specific pizzas. Disappointed, we ordered anyway and spent more than expected in this tourist trap. If we could, we'd give it 0 stars. Go eat somewhere else; maybe you'll listen to less of Sal Da Vinci.
