12/10/2025: I wanted to share this experience with others that will decide to come over here. You are having a variety of other pizza places that you can eat a pizza for 1/3 of that price, and we just got one pizza for a 3 year old kid and were supposed to pay coperto for 4 people just because that was the number of people sitting at the table. For the context - we were visiting a number of other pizza places before, trattorias, ristorante etc, ordered much more than one meal and never had to pay coperto for the kid. Nevertheless, I strongly don’t recommend. Don’t make our mistake, choose the other places around.

12/10/2025: The food was excellent, except that our reservation was for 9:30 and they seated us at 11:30 PM, allowing dozens of people who arrived later and without reservations to pass in front of us, two of us. The pizza was excellent, and I recommend it if you're a calm person. The waiters were polite and helpful, except for the one who greeted us at the door, who decided who to seat based on his personal preferences. I recommend it, hoping it's better during the week; I strongly advise against it on weekends. Oh, and of course, the amaro after they've already brought you the bill isn't included.

06/09/2025: Ordered for 8:45 PM, but it's still 10:15 PM. Reading other reviews, the pizzeria is known for being late, and they justify themselves by saying the service is free for the customer... Let's just say they do nothing different from other pizzerias in Naples, without blaming anyone for anything. Let's just say that if this has been going on for months, if not years, they should provide their own staff to improve... Finally, one of the two locations is dedicated to takeaway, so if you offer "poor" service, you risk losing some customers.

21/09/2025: Unripe fruits and vegetables (even though they are ordered for same-day consumption). Cherry tomatoes are not good. Deli meats are good.

11/06/2025: I just bought two sandwiches at the store. I bought a box of strawberries to go with them. Unfortunately, I only looked at them at home and got strawberries that were bad old rotten.Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone. The strawberries I saw were amazing, and since I didn't look at them, I took home the bad strawberries they put in the bag.

18/08/2025: Neapolitan pizzeria with a capital N. There were 5 of us, we had an appetizer, 5 pizzas, 2 draft beers, 5 cokes, 2 waters, 2 meloncelli, a limoncello, and 3 coffees... total 100 euros... a great price... you will find friendliness and professionalism. Try it, they accept credit cards.

18/07/2025: A group of friends went to this pizzeria to catch up after a long time apart. We found a room full of people with their children screaming like crazy. It was impossible to have a conversation, so much so that we came back with sore throats. There was only one waitress, assisted by another who came in sporadically, and no one in authority to ask these people to lower their voices. We were basically at a market. The appetizers were very good, but I would have something to say about the pizzas, which were poor in ingredients. Would I go back? Definitely NOT!

09/10/2025: I was at this establishment tonight with my family. As soon as we arrived, the waiter greeted us very warmly, gave us good advice, and responded satisfactorily to our requests. This was until a young woman took over the service, serving us with disrespect. She almost resented being called for even a napkin. My wife was finishing her meal and, without asking, she was taking her plate away. What can I say? This is a job that, if you don't do it with love, is better off changing. I recommend it! Since I've been doing it for 25 years, I hope it's constructive for the good of the establishment.

I asked for a dish at 6pm that they didn't have and they kindly prepared it especially for 8:30pm. Thank you! Still too good. Congratulations also to the chef.

05/07/2025: Siamo rimasti colpiti positivamente da questa pizzeria. Essendo emiliani e per la prima volta a Napoli abbiamo scelto casualmente il locale e siamo rimasti soddisfatti delle varie tipologie di pizza assaggiate. Ottimo servizio e prezzo onesto.

27/06/2025: Ci ha accolti la gentilezza e professionalità di Raffaele, accomodati all'interno di una sala che sembra raccontare ai clienti il carattere di Napoli. Consigliati sapientemente abbiamo scelto una frittura alici, calamari e gamberi accompagnati da una delicata maionese al lime che ci ha stupiti. A seguire la pizza che era da provare doverosamente...e che vi dico? Una poesia! Consigliatissimo anche per il rapporto qualità eccezionale/prezzo. Grazie a tutto lo staff, si riconosce la vostra passione. Ritorneremo, Franco e Marianna dal Golfo di Policastro 🤗

19/10/2025: Don’t do it. As said in other reviews, this business is greedy. A reservation was made by our tour guide for lunch, when we got there the waiter asked if we were having just drinks. We said we intended to have lunch. We ordered drinks and realized my husband didn’t care for the menu. We said we changed our minds and wanted just drinks. The waiter said if we didn’t order lunch they would charge us 100€ for the little boat that took us from our tour boat to the restaurant (less than 50 feet). He said it was the owner’s policy. We had to eat lunch there. I also heard an older couple at the table beside us ask if they could split a risotto. The waiter said no. This place was not packed, and we were in fact the first people in the place. We told our tour company who said that little boat transfer was included in our tour cost and vowed to never recommend them again. Terrible service.

12/10/2025: I came today around 11pm with my partner (being Saturday it closes at 2am) I found myself on a hill full of potholes and I found the place closed, without any notice on social media or outside, nor a light or anything, I followed the instructions of the navigator, I drove 28 minutes for nothing, I tried to call but it said that the number was not available, the messages on WhatsApp only loaded a bar, bitterly disappointed

14/09/2025: Kids lined up, jumping over people, and security doesn't say anything. The road is at the limit of traffic (full of rocks that could also damage cars). I was there for the musicology evening.

21/09/2025: A delightful graduation celebration! ​We chose this restaurant, located inside the beautiful Hotel Culture Capodimonte, to celebrate my daughter's graduation. Our party began with an aperitif on the terrace, a touch that made the atmosphere even more special and enjoyable. ​The real added value that made the event a success was the young manager, Mr. Gaetano. His availability was simply exceptional. He was able to meet our every need with rare patience and kindness, making us feel supported and at ease throughout the dinner. He gave us the opportunity to organize every detail to our liking, including the music. ​On this note, I would also like to thank the DJ we chose, Carlo Palanca dj set Napoli: the atmosphere he created was perfect for the occasion and helped make the day even more memorable. ​I am convinced that this restaurant has great potential and that, with the commitment of people like Gaetano, it can achieve even greater success. I highly recommend it for the professionalism, availability and flexibility of all the staff.

17/09/2025: The restaurant is located inside the Culture Hotel, and it felt very much like a typical hotel restaurant — make of that what you will. We chose it for our last dinner in Italy since we were staying at the hotel. We were seated immediately as the dining room had just opened and was still empty. Unfortunately, that turned out to be the only quick part of the evening. After our order was taken, the server rarely returned unless flagged down, and while bread was brought to the table (as is customary in Italy), no oil or vinegar accompanied it. When the food finally arrived, there was some confusion. We had ordered the traditional filet al pepe verde, which translates as “fillet with green peppers.” We expected peppers, but it’s actually a fillet served in a creamy green peppercorn sauce with capers. Not the restaurant’s fault, but worth noting for those unfamiliar with the dish. My own entrée, however, was missing an ingredient. I had remembered it was supposed to include sausage, but assumed I had misunderstood until I later checked the display menu and confirmed the sausage was indeed omitted. For dessert, some of our group tried the daily special panna cotta. It looked beautiful but was underwhelming in taste. My girlfriend almost never leaves dessert unfinished, but even with my help, nearly half remained untouched. Overall, service was inattentive, food execution uneven, and flavors forgettable. For a hotel restaurant, it wasn’t shocking — but as a final dinner in Italy, it was disappointing.

03/10/2025: A croissant, a Parisienne, a soy latte, and a coffee €16.80, coffee alone €3, and everything is served together. The coffee obviously gets cold, so I ordered another at the counter for €1.20. Additionally, the tables were dirty from those who had breakfast earlier, and the service was lazy.

02/10/2025: Except for a guy with glasses and a beautiful brunette girl, the rest of the staff is uniquely unfriendly, especially the blond guy at the bar. The rotisserie is decent, the croissants are bah for those who love this Ischian stuff, for me the puff pastry is only the real croissant. Finally, the icing on the cake, for some time now, there has been a pigeon permanently on the inside tables that I don't think is very hygienic to see it pecking here and there on plates and glasses at the table, they don't even take care to chase it away. It was managed better in the past, but even then, frankly, I have never seen this kind of excellence.
